Race 1: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Leg 1 2YO Fillies **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
$85,000 Lexington sales buy (2) BANKERS LUCK just looks faster than her rivals and she should convert as a big chalk on debut for Team Alagna. (3) ILLUSION SEELSTER fired a fast kicker in her lone qualifier and she goes for a barn that sends them ready; Exacta factor. (7) PA DELIGHT, a $70,000 Lexington purchase, is a full sister to 1:51 (F) pacer Wager On Me who raced locally in the 2018 Battle of Waterloo. She almost surely will drop several seconds here on debut and land in the exotics. I can see (8) TRUE SEELSTER showing improvement in this second start; price look.

Race 2: NW6 (F&M7) or $80,000 (F&M $100,000) LT
(3) LEXUS CODY raced great in defeat in his 2022 debut and he should be even sharper for this; top call. (6) AMAZONE DUHARAS is the obvious danger dropping out of a Grand Circuit race but facing the boys here this spot is no gimme. Be careful not to take too short of a price. (1) VALI HANOVER looked good exploding between horses in the lane to get up for the win vs. easier. He can land in the exotics in this tougher spot tonight. (5) RITSON likely rounds out the Tri or Super in this spot.

Race 3: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Leg 1 2YO Fillies
(4) PROVE EM WRONG is the sixth foal from her dam and the other five are all winners. The $35,000 Lexington buy is sent out by win early trainer Coleman and she looks ready to roll; top call. (8) SWEETEST BELLE is a full-sister to Sport Secret (1:53 2/5 S) who finished fifth in an OSS Gold race here on Saturday night and has a 4-5-3 record from his first 15 starts. She is an obvious contender on debut based on her two qualifiers. (2) PLAUSIBLDNIABILITY got a start in down in Pennsylvania and she is in with a shot here in a spot where she is likely to show improvement. (3) MOMENTARY CONTROL should be passing rivals in the lane; using underneath.
Race 4: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,700 LT - Pick 4
(1) ROY ROGERS made up 10 lengths in the final 3/4 last time and he stacks up well vs. tonight's rivals. I think Drury middle-moves to the front tonight; top call. (9) TWIN B RAPTOR is 0 for 14 but I don’t mind his effort vs. Cheeto and Sorrie sticks; using. (8) HASHTAG MONEY drops from NW2 and picks up Macdonald and he could add value to the Pick 5 at 15 to 1 in the morning line. (5) DON'T POKE THE BEAR should be in the mix for the bottom of the exotics again.
Race 5: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Leg 1 2YO Fillies
(6) MAPLE caught the eye closing well between horses in the lane in her last start. That mile should set her up perfectly for this initial Grassroots try; top call. Homebred (8) FAVORITE BEACH comes from a prolific maternal family and she looks ready to roll on debut for owner/trainer Hall of Famer McIntosh; using. I like that (5) NO SOUP TONIGHT flashed speed from post 10 here last time and she is another in with a shot. (2) SHAKE IT TWICE goes for Team McNair and they regularly dominate the Grassroots division. She is in the mix on debut.
Race 6: F&M 4YO and Younger NW2 or $17,500 LT - Pick 5
(3) BEYOND THE SEA tried to rally wide last week but the late pace was just too strong. She fits better here and I'll stick with her. (9) SAULSBROOK C HORSE was beat by a good mare who has already come back to win. I can see her being a big speed threat here; using. (7) NORTHERN LUXURY shaded the choice for 3rd but she got a better trip. She is another in with a decent chance here. (5) DARBY O GILL looked good breaking her maiden but I prefer to use her underneath on the class rise here.
Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Leg 1 2YO Fillies
(3) AVALON FREEZE, a $65,000 Harrisburg buy, has shown enough in her qualifiers to suggest trainer Coleman has her ready to rock and I expect a more aggressive steer on debut tonight; top call. (5) GRANDEUR SEELSTER from the first crop of All Bets Off, cost $37,000 at the London Selected sale. Sorrie qualified her here on 6/24 and he sticks; using. (6) BLUE GLAMBER moves off the rail an into the best post for this second start and she has upset potential in a spot where she should improve. (8) SUNBURNT is a 1/2 to several winners and I like that she showed enough speed to get position leaving the gate then passed some fillies late. She is in the exotics mix.
Race 8: 5YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $27,000 LT - Pick 4
(4) FORREST grinded out a tough first-over win as the chalk last week and I'll give him the call to repeat considering his improving form. (5) FEEL THE FORCE shows two sub-28 kickers. Is this the night he gets put into play earlier making his third start back? (2) KIKIWAKA probably wins this if she doesn't break, but how much can you trust her? (7) FROSTY TROUBLE brings some solid form north from Ohio. He should be part of the Tri or Super.
Race 9: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Leg 1 2YO Fillies
(6) GLENBORO got stopped on the last turn in her debut when the horse she tried to follow began to back pedal. After swinging wide, she closed willingly and that effort was likely much better than it looks like in the program. She gets a much better post to work with here and Cullen should get better position early; top call. (7) CAPRI SUN, the full-sister to local Open mare Karma Seelster ($845K, 1:49 2/5 S) is owned by top connections and staked to everything. She would be no surprise on debut. (5) BEST ACTRESS, a $35,000 Lexington purchase, is related to three that have won in sub-1:52 time. She made two moves to win her second qualifier and she is in the mix. (9) D A TEMPTATION is the only winner in the field but starting from out there I'll use her underneath.

Race 10: NW $3,000 L5 or $8,000 L10 AE: NW 1 in L8 or Starters for a purse of $9,000 or less L4
(8) BAUTISTA may have only won by a nose last week, but the only one coming was Mister Magic who was absolutely airborne late. I'll give him the nod to repeat. (2) LAZZARO had broken equipment last time now he gets to drop to the bottom and he should be heard from tonight; using. (4) LEFKADA tuned up for this with some solid efforts in Sarnia and she has won here before; price look. (1) SHES GOT PIZAZZ should sit and rally for a share in this spot.
Race 11: NW $2,350 L3 AE: N/A $520 P/S in 2022
(4) LESTENPERCENT took all the action last week then he broke before the start. He likely beats these if he stays flat, but that's the big question mark, isn't it? (6) CONQUEST AS had a decent qualifier for this return race, he is fast enough to win this and McNair should put him into play from the best post; using. (10) LOOK AT DAT KAT raced decently in a fast race and he should contend here despite drawing widest. (1) DART GUY exits that same race and he can land in the Super here. (2) MISTER OF ALL gets major post relief here. He might sneak into the bottom of the High-5.
