Race 1: 2YO colts and geldings NW1 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
$25,000 London buy (7) CENTURY LUCIFER flew late to get the job done in his lone qualifier and Borth appeared to have the choice of him and another one that he qualified to an impressive win, (4) COPRPORATE BUSINESS, the morning line favorite. Nod goes to the former, but both will be used in the early Pick 5. (6) CONNOR B fired fast kickers in both qualifiers, and he can get a share on debut here. (3) SAUBLE WILSON looks next best. He can round out the Super.

Race 2: Claiming $8,000
(1) KINKAID SEELSTER got stuck following a totally dead flow in the Pop Up final and he had zero hope of getting a check with that trip. Things should go much better for him tonight; top call. (5) MALVOLIO blasted out for position in that same race then he sat a perfect trip but couldn’t convert. His good gate speed makes him a threat here. (2) SOUTHERN FLIGHT was the one that got hung out in that race so you can probably put a stroke through that line. His race two back makes him a contender racing off the claim for Tackoor and getting Roy in the bike. (4) PAPIAMENTO wired the Pop Up consolation but these are tougher; small share predicted.

Race 3: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(7) MAGIC DEALER rallied well to win easily in his debut over this track and he looks good to repeat here. (2) HUNGRY HILL is in the thick of the chase in most of his starts, but he falls short in the races where he stays flat. I’ll play to beat him here and single the top pick. (3) FLEX ON THEM has good late speed on his best day and he can take a share here. (4) ART ICON was 3rd in an extremely fast qualifier, and he can make it into the Tri or Super if he races as fast tonight as he did then.
Race 4: 4YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT - Pick 4
Homebred Bettors Delight colt (8) BROTHER JIM is the third foal from a dam that produced two winners including Velvet Stinger (37-12-4-2, $322K, 1:49 4/5 S.). He qualified fast enough to suggest he can win here on debut. (5) SMILES FOR MILES wasn’t asked for anything until the final 1/4 on debut and he roared home. He will likely get put into play tonight and he should be the main threat. (1) THE VICAR made a huge third 1/4 move at Georgian Downs to win his local debut going away. He is improving rapidly, and he is worth a look for early multi-race tickets. (2) ROCKET FREIGHT could only follow the leader last week as that rival simply crushed the field and didn’t let anyone get close. He should be part of the exotics here.
Race 5: F&M 4YO and younger NW1 or $7,500
Several of these fillies come out of the same race from last Thursday. Of those, (4) DONTMESSWITHMOLLY impressed me the most, rallying off dead cover and closing in on race winner (2) SWEETER THAN LOU late. This race will likely come down to these two. (8) SAULSBROOK ANNIE led most of the way and split the top two. She will be in the mix, but I prefer to use her underneath. (6) RAFFLE WINNER closes strongly every week, and she should be along for another share here.
Race 6: 2YO colts and geldings NW1 LT - Pick 5
(3) GRAVENHURST was one of the more impressive winners at the June 8th qualifiers and I’m not going to hold the June 14th loss against him. He should be the one to catch here. Homebred (6) STMIKES KERRYBLUES is by a promising first crop sire and related to three winners, two of which won more than 10 races. He could pop at first asking here. (1) GO BLUE made up a lot of ground in a strangely run qualifier where one of his rivals trotted off to a big lead then stopped. The final 1/4s that day were affected by a strong headwind, so the 31-flat kicker should probably be taken with a grain of salt. (2) TEATRIX was 4th to the choice on 6/8 then he improved six days later. He can be part of the exotics.
Race 7: 3YO colts and geldings Grassroots starters - Pick 4
The two colts that dropped from the Grand Circuit to Grassroots and crushed last week look best here. I’ll give (5) ALWAYS A THRILL the nod over (1) DO BETTER but either can win depending on pace, trip, and intent. (6) CHALK HANOVER got a bit of an unlucky trip to get beat last week, but he will be up against it here if either of the top two choices fires close to their best. I’ll use him underneath. (3) T H MCMURRY raced better last week, and he can be part of the exotics again tonight.
Race 8: NW $18,000 in 2024 or N/A $900 P/S in 2024 (Min. 10 starts)
(6) CLASSIC MAGIC raced in a much tougher field last week and it’s only four starts ago that she took her lifetime mark. She stands out to me, and I will make her a single. (3) COOL CLIFFORD will likely blast out for the lead, and he can probably carry his speed a long way in this spot and take a good share. (4) CHAMBA is 0 for 14 this year but he fits well here, and he can be part of the exotics. (1) KATKIN MORGAN got a needed clean line last week and I can see him laying closer this time and closing for a slice.

Race 9: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT
(1) FALA qualified faster than most of tonight’s rivals race on 6/18 and I’ll giver her the nod in this sophomore debut. (2) THE CANAM BANKER raced well in defeat on Thursday night, pressing the winner first up and just failing to convert. I like that he comes back quick, and he will be on my late multi-race tickets. (3) NO ONE flashed speed against Gold fillies. She should hang around for a share in this NW2 dash. (6) STAR HAIRDRESSER can stick around for a share if she stays flat tonight.
Race 10: NW $2,900 L3 AE: OPT CLM $20,000 AE: Starters for a purse of $7,500 L2
(2) DELGADO raced well here at this level three starts back and young typically handles him with confidence; top call in the finale. (3) MUSCLE FASHION gapped cover on the final turn on Thursday, suggesting he was still short. He should be tight now and he fires back quickly; price look for the multis. (6) JOKIC was good in his qualifier on 6/18 and if they have his gait issues figured out now, he could do in this spot; using. (10) MISTER MAGIC is as tough as they come and he is hard to count out, even from post 10. He won parking the mile with Borth driving on 6/4, but he had the widest post in an eight-horse field then. From post 10 he will likely finish on the edges. (8) EPIC DREAMER will likely close late to take a small slice.
