Race 1: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $25,000) **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**

Interesting opening leg of this Pick 5 with several possibilities. I'll side with (8) ANGRY EYES who beat non-winners of two when last seen here in the summer of 2019. She should offer a good price here. (1) STRAVINSKY was no secret as a maiden-breaker last week at first asking and his barn continues to run very hot; using. (7) DELILAH SEELSTER goes for a barn known for moving horses up off the claim. Tab the tote for clues. (5) SEBASTIAN U closed nicely last time for 3rd and he should come on late to take another share here.

Race 2: Starters for $8,000 Clm or Less Last 3 Starts

This race figures to be formful with (1) OUTLAW GUNPOWDER and (3) FERN HILL BREEZE battling for the win. Nod to the former who prevailed last week but I'll use both in the Pick 5. (4) ON CRUISE CONTROL - third behind the two choices last week - might be able to control the pace here. He's not out of this. (7) J J MYSTIC STORM gets a positive driver change and he could be coming on late for a share.

Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(7) POWERFUL SPIRIT is logical in this spot after finishing 2nd to. Big chalk last week; top call. (8) WINDSONG PATRIOT is in a better spot here and I expect that he'll start quicker which gives him a decent chance vs. this group. (9) VICTOR INVICTUS may have the best form of any in here, but I wouldn’t take a short price for the 9-hole. (10) ROCKSTAR ENERGY can’t get parked the mile this time. He's worth a look for the exotics in this his second career start.

Race 4: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(4) CLASSICA's race last week was by far the best on the page and she will be tough to beat if she brings a similar effort here. (1) MACH ME ONEMORE’s debut effort was good and she could complete a very chalky Exacta here. (3) POTO HANOVER goes for a hot barn after changing stables and he is worth including in Tri bets here. (7) COUNT TO THREE showed little in her debut. It’s reasonable to expect some improvement for this Bob Mcintosh trainee.

Race 5: F&M NW $6,000 L5 or $13,000 L10

(5) JAN looked like she needed that opening race and there are no Lovely Donna's to contend with here; slight nod. (4) SOS BAMBIE lands in a good spot for her first race back and her barn sends them ready; using. (3) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY is in a much easier spot here and the winner of her last start has already come back to beat tougher. She is a contender here, but typically needs a trip; demand a price. (1) CHARMBO BRIE likely benefitted from the break; consider for Tri and Super bets.

Race 6: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10

This looks like a good spot for (4) THE FIXER and I’ll give him the nod in a race where there is little decent recent form. (10) YC BROADWAY can go better here if he gets a more alert start; using. (5) CANTABERNET has beaten better in the past and if he is tight for this he is capable against this group. (3) THEMANOFMYDREAMS should be forwardly-placed early and that gives him a shot here.

Race 7: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4

(1) VILLAGE JOULES is right back for more in the same class she won in last week and she gets post relief, too; call to repeat. (7) BURN MY VILLA got hung out vs. the choice last time. If she can find pylons early, she can be a much bigger threat here. (10) SO AWESOME raced okay at Grand River and she now picks up McNair; consider for Tri bets. (8) INNOCENT KISS - 2nd to the choice last week - should be good for another slice in here.

Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW 2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $25,000)

(2) HOT WHEELZ put it all together last week to break his maiden and this is a tougher spot, but he should be up to it. (10) MOANA had the impossible task of closing from far back into the fastest 1/4 of the race last week. She can go much better here with that race under her belt. (3) T H PRESENT was going well at the end of his qualifier and he picks up a catch-driver here; price look. (4) UP AND TRENDING is capable of better and getting his nose on the gate should help; using underneath.

Race 9: PREFERRED

(6) ON THE ROPES gets away from P L Jill here and he has a decent chance at what should be a square price. (3) MUSICAL RHYTHM looks ready for another solid campaign and he’s hard to leave off late multi-race tickets. (1) RUN DIRECTOR steps up off and excellent first up win but he may find these too tough; using on the bottom of Tris. (7) MASS FORTUNE K was good in his local debut and he should get position early and stick around for a share.

Race 10: Starters for $12,000 Clm or Less in One of Last Three Starts

(1) BUDDHA BLUE CHIP was impressive in victory here last week and he is a solid bet to repeat starting from the inside here. (2) E L WILD SPIRIT should get put into this race earlier and he is the other one that I'll use on multi-race tickets. (5) CROCADILE CANYON followed the choice home and he needed more; using underneath. (6) MISTER GODRO rode and inside trip to nab 2nd behind the choice. I'm not counting on him getting that same trip here. (10) GO NINE O can follow the choice here and he could better this placing with the right trip.
