Race 1: PEACEFUL WAY ELIMINATION 2 YO FILLIES **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**
(4) LADY CHAOS' only loss came at the hands of the very tough Darlene Hanover and she likely converts here as the favorite. (2) IMEXTRASPECIAL draws inside and gets Henry back, so a more aggressive approach is likely here; Exacta factor. (6) DICENTRA was an easy winner of a Champlain Stakes that came up light, likely due to Covid-19. I’ll use her on the bottom in this spot. (3) SPRUCE CREEK has been finishing well and she could hit the board at a price.
Race 2: WILLIAM WELLWOOD MEMORIAL ELIMINATION 2 YO OPEN
(2) SOUTHWIND TYRION has been perfect so far and his superior late speed sticks out. He likely completes the Gingras early double. (3) LUCKY RASCAL has improving form and he could provide some Exacta value. (5) SPY BOOTH was a distant third to the choice two starts back but he started from the 9-hole then. He should be a factor here. (1) PLUMVILLE PRINCE has the second fastest mark in this field, but the inside post for a young trotter with gait issues can be a nightmare; your call.
Race 3: 2YO Fillies NW1 or $8,600 LT
(8) ALWAYS BE DEO got hammered at the windows last week and she fell just short after making a couple of moves. She gets top call here. (10) EXTRILLA HANOVER gets away from the tough Notorious Pink and she picks up Gingras; expect improvement. (3) EASYRUNNER HANOVER can get a better trip here moving off the second-tier and she is the third one that I'll use in the early Pick 5. (1) PAULAS BET HANOVER has exotics potential leaving from the inside; using on the bottom.
Race 4: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $20,000 Pick 4
(2) BUDDHA BLUE CHIP exploded late last time to win and take a new life's mark. The horse he nailed has already come back to win on Monday night; call to repeat. (3) MISSION THREE shaded the choice three starts back then drew poorly twice. He could improve sharply racing off the claim and drawing inside here; using. (6) MACH IMPACT has improving form, but I prefer to use him underneath in this spot. (4) LEADER TONIGHT goes for a red-hot barn and I wouldn't be surprised top see him land in the Super at a price.
Race 5: WILLIAM WELLWOOD MEMORIAL ELIMINATION 2 YO OPEN
(6) MACHO MARTINI puts his perfect record on the line here and I doubt we've seen his best race yet. He should be tough to beat. (1) LOCATELLI may provide a challenge to the choice this time if he can stay flat. (9) CALLE PALEMA brings good form north from New Jersey and he's worth a look for the exotics as is (8) FULL OF MUSCLES, who has yet to miss the board.
Race 6: PEACEFUL WAY ELIMINATION 2 YO FILLIES
(3) DONNA SOPRANO has shown flashes of brilliance so far and I can’t find anyone that will beat her in this field. (6) DREAM CHAPTER has improving from for top connections and she should be a threat here. (1) RUBYS ARE NICE raced big to give the choice a scare last time and she is in the mix again. (2) MIDNIGHT MIRACLE has yet to miss the board and she figures to get a good trip here; using underneath.
Race 7: 4YO and Younger, NW 2 or $15,000 LT
(2) ENAVANT has been stellar racing in Quebec and he picks up the leading driver here; top call. (10) DEVIL OR ANGEL is an obvious threat moving into the Moore barn while coming off a fast win. (4) FAR BETTER is worth a look for the exotics going for a hot barn here. (1) KATAPARKA is on a roll but facing much tougher here; small share predicted.
Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(3) TRUE BREW has been in against tougher recently and he should be able to do some damage here versus maidens. (2) ROWLEN is an obvious threat on paper off his strong debut effort but he has now missed a month. What price will you accept? (5) MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE has raced well in every start and he qualified well for this. He can't be tossed easily. (1) KNOCKDOWN DRAGOUT gets a barn change following a private sale and she picks up the top driver, but she still needs to find more late.
Race 9: F&M CLM HDCP $10,000 to $15,000
(5) MISS ROCKADALI projects to get the same good trip as last week here and she gets the call to repeat. (6) LYDI LULA BELLE may be able to get a breather in this short field this time, so I'll use her in the late Pick 4. (3) MONEYMAKEHERSMILE is getting closer for a barn that has been winning with everything for a few days; using. (4) FERN HILL BELLA can take another slice here.
Race 10: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10
(8) IN SECRET lands in Auciello's barn and a way easier spot. I'll give him the nod despite missing time. (4) MAJOR MUSCLE took on a leader that was full of trot last time and he was easily repelled, but he could get a better trip here racing at the lowest conditioned level; using. (2) KNOPFLER also drops, but he loses Lasix and he is likely to get outsprinted by a few of these going into the first turn, which will leave him with lots to do; using underneath. (7) WHAT A RUSH will likely close for another small slice.
Race 11: NW $5,000 L5 or $10,000 L10
(8) HOCKEY HANOVER takes a big class dive here and he will be hard to get past if he clears to the front quickly, as expected. (10) DREAM NATION also faces easier and he could be the one to fend off late. (3) WHITE TIGER is capable of taking a good piece of this is he stays flat. (2) GODSPELL HALL was right there at this level two starts back; using underneath. (1) MARQUIS VOLO faces tougher, but he may sneak into the High-5 racing off the claim.
