Race 1: WILLIAM WELLWOOD MEMORIAL ELIMINATION 2YO **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**

(1) LETSDOIT S was the easiest Grand Circuit winner here last week and he is the one to beat in this first Wellwood elimination. (3) DULY RESOLVED was locked up tight until it was too late and that narrow defeat broke his winning streak. He is the obvious alternative to the choice in this spot. (4) ESPLOSIONE blew up in the lane when he was closing and he should be part of the Tri here if he stays flat. (7) DRINKS AT HOME is capable of better and McClure will likely look to work out an easier trip this time; consider for the exotics.

Race 2: PEACEFUL WAY ELIMINATIONS 2YO FILLIES

Who can touch (5) VENERABLE in this field? Nobody if she stays flat, but you are likely looking at a 1 to 9 shot here. (2) RESOLVING may have disliked the off going last week. She can rebound here and complete the Exacta. (6) DABRA DAY has big speed when she stays flat, she will likely be battling for scraps with the others not named Venerable. (1) SAMOSA has improving form and she should be part of the Tri or Super here racing from close range.

Race 3: WILLIAM WELLWOOD MEMORIAL ELIMINATION 2YO

(1) KING OF THE NORTH overcame a very tough trip to win the Haughton on Hambletonian day and his unblemished record should remain intact here. (2) TWIN B ARCHIE moved from Grassroots to a Grand Circuit winner in only five starts, but he is likely destined to finish 2nd here. (7) PRETENDER dropped more than three seconds in only three starts and he is one to tab for the final where trainer Takter excels. (8) SENNA figures to get a slice here; consider using on the bottom of the Tri or Super.

Race 4: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT - Pick 4

(3) DR JOE had no chance coming off three breaks in stride and racing against Jimmy Connor B in a 1:50 1/5 Grassroots mile. He got the clean line that he needed though and he could do tonight in this much easier spot. (10) BIG ACE has the best form, but what price would you take on one that might be asked to pass all of his nine rivals? (2) MISSSION COMMAND stacks up well vs. these and maybe he'll make an aggressive move of his won tonight; using. (7) CARTIERE was used up early on the off track last week. He could last much longer here and he is another possibility in this wide-open race.

Race 5: Claiming $17,500 for NW $75,000 LT

(1) MYINSIDEVOICE made a big move on the backstretch last week but there was no catching the winner who had taken a death grip on the race by that point. With that rival drawing the 10-hole this week, he gets top call here. (10) SAM MCKEE HANOVER sprinted away from the choice (and everyone else) in the third 1/4 last week but his trip could be much different here. He can win, but I'd demand a price. (2) FRONTIER CRUISE was hammered racing off the Barrington claim and he threw a total clunker while a stablemate was crushing the field. He is capable of much better and might be worth using at a price now. (5) VICTORY MOVE has a knack for finishing 4th; using on the bottom of the Super.

Race 6: WILLIAM WELLWOOD MEMORIAL ELIMINATION 2YO - Pick 5

(4) TEMPORAL HANOVER was expertly driven by McNair to take a Grand Circuit win here last week. He can be sharper tonight returning to a 7-day rotation and he gets the call to repeat. (1) SAFE CONDUCT got a beautiful following trip to win a Gold race, but he didn't get room until very late and when he was free, he absolutely flew to get up for the win. He has upside and he is worth using on multi-race tickets tonight. (3) DEVEREUX SEELSTER gets a big driver change tonight and he is one that is hard to toss from multi-race consideration. (6) WORLD AT WAR DEO closed nicely in a race where the winner was sprinting away from the field late. Now that he got that clean line out of the way he can be more aggressive here and he should a threat.

Race 7: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT

There are no Stonebridge Rex's in here so it's feasible that (4) LORD ANTHONY and (3) RACINWITHTHEWIND will race 1-2 throughout then battle down the lane for the win. I'll give the edge to the former but use both in the late Pick 5. (6) CONTROL ME ONCE beat a horse that has already come back to win and he is getting faster. He is another contender here. (1) U R ASURPRISE TOME should leave faster tonight and hang around for a share.

Race 8: PEACEFUL WAY ELIMINATIONS 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(3) ADARE CASTLE gets a big test here but she has been up to every challenge so far and she might be this good; top call. (6) AMERICAN BEAUTY was in tough in her last two starts in Kentucky and she fared okay. Takter is a master at prepping them for big events and she can't be dismissed. (5) DELILAH HANOVER couldn't have looked any better last week in her Mohawk Park debut and she should be a threat tonight. (1) PEYTON HANOVER got a tough trip in the Doherty and she has missed close to a month now. She is capable but she may be looking to make the final and fire her best shot next week.

Race 9: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $30,000) LT

(2) PLUMVILLE PRINCE, last year's Haughton favorite, should beat this group on memory if he gets put into the race. It's hard to say how hard he will be pushed in this first start in more than a year, however. (5) CIAO BABY HALL recovered well from a break in stride to get a check last week and the mare that won that dash has already come back to repeat; using. (4) MAGIC WANDA and (7) MODERN MASS are always in the Tri or Super it seems and they are hard to leave off those tickets.

Race 10: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(2) MISS M A K raced decently last week chasing a big winner. She can beat this group and she gets top billing here. (5) CHELSIS CHOICE has raced well in every Mohawk Park start and the short field should help here tonight; using. (1) SHEZA GAMER showed speed from the widest post now she moves inside nine slots. She can make it into the Tri or Super. (6) KATHYS MOMENT showed little at 3 to 1 in a fast race. These won't go 1:52 so she can make the ticket this week.

Race 11: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10

This is a big class drop for (10) GP DREAMIN and Jamieson should be looking to send her right down the road despite drawing wide; top call. (2) NEVER MIND N was bet heavily in both starts for Auciello off the barn change and he broke both times. He requalified nicely and he is worth a look here. (3) ONGOING ROYALTY has improving form and an upset chance; using. (8) LIFE IS A FEAST trotted a nice back 1/2 last week now he draws better. He should be part of the High-5. (1) H P STARLETTE should ride a following trip to a small share tonight.
