Race 1: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO GRASSROOTS **GTD $100,000 Pick 5**

(7) ONGOING ROYALTY had a perfect tightener for this Grassroots race and the winner already came back to win Monday night. Expect a more aggressive try here. (2) MIKEY MASS made two moves to win and he kicked home impressively. Hot driver Drury sticks and he is a top contender here. (9) RIPPED AND READY has overcome an outside post to win previously in the Grassroots and he's not out of this. (1) FIELD GUNNER is capable on his best but him drawing the inside post coming off a break is worrisome; demand a price here.

Race 2: 3YO NW1 or $7,500 LT

This seems like a good spot for an import to make his first start over the track so I'll give (9) STORMY HALL GB the nod despite drawing widest. (3) SOCIAL THEORIES was sent first up in a quick mile and the winner has already come back to finish 2nd at long odds; using. (2) FEAR THE SHADOW has improving form and he is another in with a decent chance in this race. (8) PERSEUS SEELSTER shows a 26 2/5 kicker and he should be passing many of these late with that kind of speed. He could roll by them all if everything falls his way.

Race 3: 2YO NW1 or $10,000 LT

(2) PUBLICITY SEEKER's sharp winning effort from the 9-hole two starts back against similar foes as he meets here is good enough to win here so he gets the nod. (7) RITSON raced decently in his debut after taking heavy action at the windows and if he progresses off that effort he could win this. (1) HESOHOT HANOVER charged up late to nail 2nd at a big price last time. I see a similar trip for him here; using underneath. (4) TRIBECA SEELSTER raced tough over an off track at Hanover. She can take a piece of this.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS & GELDINGS - Pick 4

(5) CHARMBO PRINCE raced okay vs. elders preparing for this Grassroots race and he is capable of much better than he has shown recently; top call. (2) TITANS DREAM comes off a couple of sharp efforts and he looks the main danger; using. (3) KENOGAMI COCO’s Quebec form is quite good and he isn't without a chance here. I'll use him on multi-race tickets. (8) OXFORD HALL's most recent race was decent enough to suggest that he can share here.

Race 5: CLM HDCP $10,000 to $12,000

(9) E L WILD SPIRIT races off the claim for trainer Shepherd who is clicking at a rate of 38% with fresh claims. The outer post should help boost his price and he gets my nod. (4) EMPTYTHETILL also goes for a barn that clicks at a good rate racing off the claim (22%) and he should be a threat here. (7) BEACH BABY BEE parlayed a nice trip into a win last time and while he isn't impossible here, I'm inclined to try to beat him. (8) DARKEST SECRET is worth a look for the exotics dropping in for a tag.

Race 6: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 5

(4) TRUE BREW tuned up for this sires stakes race with a sharp win here last week and he gets the call to repeat. (1) YOUR STILL UP should be a threat if he can stay flat this time; using. (3) CHOCOLATE PIE is right there every week and he should get a slice here. (5) ARCHIES STAR came close to winning a Grassroots race in July here. He has upset possibilities.

Race 7: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(6) CUTE ACCOUNTANT looks best here on form and I wouldn't be shocked to see s change in racing style here with J Mac sending her early; top call. (4) LADY TITAN qualified well unhoppled and she could take these a long way on the lead. (3) TITANIC KATE's good effort two starts back stamps her as a contender if she can stay flat here. (1) ALPINA is another that should go better in this spot and she is another in with a chance in a wide-open race.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4

(2) LIFE IS A FEAST came close to beating red-hot Mister Magic last time and that one has already come back to win. This race on paper boils down to this gelding and (3) LOVEDBYTHEMASSES, who is likely to get over bet because he took a check in a Grand Circuit race last Saturday. (9) CROSSFIT MOUSE is improving rapidly but the 9-hole is no picnic here; demand a price. (5) BLUE CUPERTINO fits better here and he may sneak into the Super at a price.

Race 9: 4YO and Younger NW 3 or $34,000 LT

(5) EVANANT rolled by effortlessly last week and he is hard to bet against here if you saw that mile. (3) HUNTER HILL took a new life's mark when winning and he looks next best here. (4) GOING FAST rarely throws in a clunker and he should be part of the Tri again. (7) SIDDHARTHA is probably better on the big track and he is worth using on the bottom of this Super.

Race 10: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(5) FIT BITT comes out of a strong race and he should be tough here getting back to racing only sophomores. (3) PERPETUATE was flying but ran out of racetrack and he should be the main danger here. (6) NO TIME TO PLAY shows good races vs. Grassroots company and he wouldn’t be a big surprise here. (1) DART GUY never misses the board and he can better this placing with a trip.

Race 11: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $17,000 LT

(6) ISLAND BEACH BOY raced tough first up against Grand Circuit foes last time and he should simply dominate here. (5) CAVIART VAL moved up with McNair driving and he can take a good piece of this. (9) DEVIL OR ANGEL is in solid form and he could add some value to the exotics from post 9. (7) FAR BETTER’s last couple of starts are decent and he goes for a hot barn; using underneath. (2) ROCK AND TWIST gets Filion here and he can sit a trip and land a share.
