Race 1: 2YO FILLIES NW $5,000 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(8) TACTICAL PRINCESS gets Jones in the bike tonight and that upgrade should give her a big shot at her maiden victory. (10) BABY BE MY LOVE drops from the Pure Ivory to face straight maidens and she should be a threat, even from post 10. (5) TWIN B FLING’s debut effort was good and she is an obvious threat here. (9) CHARMINGLY IRISH can improve off her debut and she is likely to show more speed tonight getting off the rail post; using underneath.

Race 2: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 2. 2 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES
(7) CLASSY ROYALE, the only Gold winner in the field, looks tough in here and she should be the one to catch at a short price. (8) DONTMESSWITHMAMA has a good chance to blast off the gate and ride in the choice’s pocket. She is the other one that I’ll use in the Pick 5. (3) EVOLVING was a sharp maiden winner in the slop and she has some upside, but she will obviously need to be faster to contend tonight. (5) VALUABLE MISS was no match for the choice last time, but she should be in the exotics mix in this field.
Race 3: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 2. 2 YEAR OLD TROTTING COLTS AND GELDINGS
(4) MASSTERCRAFT gapped in the pocket heading to the 3/4 pole, but he closed well when he was angled outside; he needed about 10 more feet of racetrack in the end. That was a good effort and I’ll give him top billing here. (9) STONY BURKE is another that closed well and he will likely get a more aggressive steer tonight; using. (5) WAYS N MEANS was 2-1 in the Millard Farms, but he was refunded due to an interference break before the start. He is another possibility here. (6) ELEGANT RESOLVE got a good trip and a clear shot in the lane but finished evenly. I’ll use him underneath.
Race 4: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT Pick 4
(4) PASSARINO is only 1 for 17 but he has been facing tougher and this is a good spot to take his second win. (7) LITE THE CANDLES was in perfect striking position looking loaded when he jumped it off last week. He should be the main threat if he stays flat. (1) CRAFT MADE broke his maiden at 1-5 then he was a retention scratch. He can be quirky and I don’t love the rail post for him here. Your call. (3) BRACE FOR LANDING is in good form and he can take a slice here.
Race 5: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(3) P L QUINELLA gets a catch driver for this as the trainer hands the lines to McClure and that might be enough to turn the trick; top call. 0 for 16 (6) ITS YOUR CHOICE fits well vs. these and she might break through tonight; using. (4) CONNOR showed improvement last time, closing well in the slop for a share. He is another in with a shot here. (5) SISTER ACT was too far back last week. With post improvement here she will likely leave faster, get position, and land in the exotics.
Race 6: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 2. 2 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES Pick 5
(8) WILLYS HOME RUN indicated her talent with a strong debut effort, then she followed that up with an impressive Gold win. She is the clear top pick here. (7) HIT THE BANK’s debut in a Gold was good and she is the obvious alternative to the choice. (1) R LIZA got the job done as the big chalk in her debut vs. Grassroots company. This is tougher and I’ll use her underneath. (6) RESOLUTE LADY loses Macdonald to the choice and she will likely be fighting for a share here.
Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 2. 2 YEAR OLD TROTTING COLTS AND GELDINGS Pick 4
(5) MYRETIREMENTDREAM was impressive fighting off a third-quarter challenger to win in the first Gold leg and he gets the call to repeat. (4) SOAR HIGHER trotted a big back 1/2 in defeat in a different division and he is the obvious threat. (7) HEDGE FUND WIZARD will likely look to sit and rally this time. He can be part of the Tri. (8) JACK N ABS should be passing some of these late. He can sneak into the Super.
Race 8: 2YO colts and geldings NW $5,000 LT
$250,000 yearling (2) PRIVATE ACCESS blew up racing in the slop in the Millard Farms. If he stays trotting, he should handle these. (8) PERFECT LANDING raced okay in the slop on debut and his gate speed should put him in good position here; price look. (5) WELL MET is another that should be racing close to the front and capable if the choice fails. (7) DRYDEN HANOVER can be part of the Super with some slight improvement tonight.

Race 9: F&M 5YO and Younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
This race likely comes down to (5) DAKOTA SHADOW and (2) WATCH HER DEWITT, who exit the same race. Nod goes to the former, who possesses more gate speed. (3) TOP SHELF disappointed at 7-5 and finished behind the top two choices then missed a week. She will be a fade for me here. (1) JUST SHOCKING takes frequent small shares and she is a good one to use on the bottom of the Super.
Race 10: 5YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT
(1) RICARDO hooked wheels and broke in mid-stretch as he was commencing a rally last week. He can rebound here with a clean trip. (4) DELCREST BRENT produced a big rally for 2nd in that same race and he figures to be a threat here. (5) LASTKICKATHECAN is in great form, but he loses McNair to the choice. His good tactical speed makes him a threat. (2) CRYSTAL BALLER comes in off two starts where he was parked the mile and finished 2nd. He should get a better trip here racing on the bigger track and he is in with a shot. (9) OLIVIAS GOLDNUGGET is good enough to take a check in this spot.
