Race 1: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.

(5) HAVEACANFORME is progressing nicely since the miscue and could be set for a winning effort at a price. (4) SATU WANIA gets another chance to do some damage when dropping from a Gold and finally doesn’t draw outside. (7) STORMONT SHANLYBOY should be in the mix with a forward trip but I don’t quite trust him to finish.

Race 2: 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES.

(1) FROLIC has been solid in the mornings and looks like she will take a step forward on debut. (3) HOUSTONWEAVAPROBLEM flashed some ability on debut and could get away a little better tonight. (8) ELEGANT GREEN looks like a filly who has some ability, but can’t quite harness it yet. We’ll see what she can do if she stays flat tonight.

Race 3: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 (OS 5) RACES OR $50,000 (OS $72,500) LIFETIME.

(3) TOSS OF THE DICE was vicious out of the pocket last week and edged away to a career best. I’ll look for a similar trip and result. (7) MAIZE AND BLUE continues to be a consistent factor and should provide another good race on or near the lead. (8) TH TRIX R FORKIDS didn’t mind prepping with a win four back, but I don’t think she’ll be blasting out of there against a salty bunch.

Race 4: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.

(6) JAZZVILLE is in top form right now and comes off a strong win. I think she has a chance to grind out another. (8) MY ONLY SUNSHINE will likely try to bottom out the field again, but that can only take her so far for so many weeks. (7) MEILLEUR FROMAGE races off the claim after a confidence boosting win at Grand River. Not sure what trip she gets, but I’ll use her underneath.

Race 5: FILLIES & MARES NW 2 RACES OR $33,500 (OS $39,500) LIFETIME.

(2) LO AND BEHOLD has been showing sneaky late ability and could wind up second over behind the favorite if she doesn’t quarter move. Regardless, a live helmet could see her be very good. (5) WALNERS GROVE continues to improve and looks like a filly with more to show. (9) SOUTHWIND FLORENCE could throw a wrench into things if she is blasted towards the lead. She held her own when grinding in the Casual Breeze.

Race 6: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.

(6) BUBBLE UP is second back after a perfect tightener in his first start of the year. Hard to see him not stepping forward. (8) DULCES SUENOS DEO showed more punch last week and should be in line for a similar finish tonight. (1) WHADD was better in his latest and could be continuing to improve. I can see him getting a piece again tonight.

Race 7: 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES.

(6) DINAMICA was forwardly placed in her third qualifier and looked solid on the lead. I can see her stepping forward again. (2) STORMONT MAGENTA has just one morning prep under her belt but finished up decently behind Dinamica. She should step forward. (1) PEACHY DEE produced a nice rally in the back half of her second qualifier. She looked impressive in that outing and is likely to step forward.

Race 8: FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.

(5) CANT TURN YOU DOWN produced a sharp win on the front end and looks to be figuring it out. I’ll give her the nod over other fillies with similar potential. (2) LIVIN A SWEET LIFE makes her second start on Lasix after a strong back half paced when off a month. (7) ARTISTIC DELIGHT was equally as sharp from off the pace but might be in a worse spot than the #2. Still, she could overcome it and get at least a piece.

Race 9: 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS: GRASSROOTS STARTERS FOR NW $12,500 LAST 4 STARTS. AE: PROSPECT STARTERS.

(3) SENDI KA makes his second start on Lasix and could challenge for the win if he steps forward. (4) D A MASSTERMIND is second back after a qualifier and trotted a decent mile in his latest. However, I can’t help but think that was just a product of him following and not doing much work. If he repeats that mile, he can win, but I’m not quite sold. (8) THE CONQUEROR got an aggressive steer by Louis Roy and broke his maiden. A similar trip could see him step up and get a piece.

Race 10: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 4) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $25,000) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YO N/A $1,050 P/S IN 2026.

(10) YANKEE BOOST is 2-for-2 this season after getting up in the final few strides over Dusty Roads. I think he can overcome the post and win again. (6) DUSTY ROADS has shown he can hang with the likes of Land The Plane and Maize And Blue. He is a consistent type who should be right there again. (7) I AM didn’t get the best trip last week after dropping from the Goodtimes. Something’s gotta give with all of this early speed.
