Race 1: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**

(8) NO TIME TO PLAY came to play in his Grassroots debut and he trotted away to an easy maiden win. This barn and driver continue to run hot and he should be tough to beat. (5) FIELD GUNNER is bred to beat these and if he is over his sickness and gets positioned near the front early, he could upset here. (9) RIPPED AND READY has the speed needed to get away quickly from the outside and he should be a factor here. (6) DRONE SEELSTER has improving form and he should be good for a slice tonight.

Race 2: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT

(6) GOING FAST was eye-catching last week and the driver switch to Henry paid off to the tune of a 1:51 1/5 maiden-breaking score; call to repeat. (1) ONE FOR JULIUS has been facing some tough colts recently and he should be a major player here; using. (10) MACHPHEUS was motoring late last week and he could hit the ticket at a price here. (9) BETTOR AT HIGHTIDE tired very late in the mile last week and if he makes front here, he could go a long way again.

Race 3: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(7) FIT BITT has raced well in every start this year and he is probably unlucky to be winless still this season. I'll give him the nod here in a race that has a few options. (2) REMEMBER TITANS broke through in a Grassroots race last time and he will likely be the one to catch here. (3) D PROCRASTINATOR is improving, and he likely won't be held off the win column much longer; price look. (4) TRUE BREW is fast enough to compete with these if he can stay flat. He is another option in a contentious dash.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4

(3) MIKEY MASS has improved in every start and if he reproduces his last effort here, his rivals might be racing for 2nd. (1) ANGEL NATION also comes in off a sharp win and he figures to be the main threat. (9) TRAVELLER has shown a big late kick in many of his races and he could spice up the Trifecta here. (6) HOMETOWN BOYZ has been improving and he should be good for a small share here.

Race 5: 3YO NW1 or $7,000 LT

(5) TINT OF MINT paced a big mile in defeat last week and he should be tough vs. these. (6) THE DEVIL YOU KNOW showed some late interest in that race and the experience of that debut effort should help; price look. (4) MODERN ROCK has never hit the board, but this is a mighty class drop and he can enter contention vs. these. (2) PERSEUS SEELSTER almost lit up the tote board last week and Filion has been driving great for weeks now. He should be in the mix here.

Race 6: Two Year Olds - Pick 5

(10) MUSCLE BUILDER, a $25,000 Lexington Sale purchase, beat a colt by 12 lengths in his July 3rd qualifier that came out in his debut and trotted a huge mile to win an OSS Gold race. I'll give him the nod here. (8) LOGAN PARK was flying at the end of his debut and he is a late Pick 5 must-use for me. (3) FATHER CORBY fetched $50,000 at the Lexington sale and he looked good here on July 10th. He is another contender in a good-looking field. (5) BLACK TIE BASH is fast enough for these if he can stay flat this time; your call.

Race 7: ONT SIRED 3YO GRASSROOTS STARTERS IN 2020

(8) POSEIDON SEELSTER paced his back 1/2 in 53 4/5 last week and if he can lay a bit closer, he may notch the upset here. (10) LOUS DELIGHT gets his easiest assignment in a while here and he should be heard from in this spot. (4) USURPER showed speed both early and late last time and his improving form makes him worth a look here. (2) MACK is another who shows improving chart lines and he should be on the Super ticket here.

Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 - Pick 4

(1) MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE has finished strongly in both starts this year and moving inside gives him a chance to lay closer to the lead and he has a good shot to graduate here. (5) OKAYZOOMER, a $52,000 Lexington Sale buy, has one 1/2-brother that has raced once and won a New Jersey Sires Stake for 2YO in 1:56 4/5 on July 10th. This filly could be much faster than she showed in her lone qualifier. (3) MAGIC CAPE is the other obvious contender coming in off a 3rd-place finish, but she could get over bet in a spot that may just be a prep for the next sire stake. (8) SHESWILDNFREE comes off a solid effort and she should be in the exotics mix again here.

Race 9: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(4) CROSSFIT MOUSE raced better last time for a barn that has been heating up lately and he gets the nod here in a spot where he seems to fit well. (5) AWESOMEDABRA made a tremendous recovery to win a Grassroots at Grand River and perhaps the bigger track will help with that gait issue. He's the one to beat as the likely heavy chalk. (3) GAMBLIN ROAD was racing well before his miscue last time vs. Grassroots rivals. He should be in the picture here if he stays flat. (7) RUKIDDNME BLUECHIP is another who will enter contention if he stays trotting in a race that could end up being a war of attrition.

Race 10: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(3) CHARMBO PRINCE imploded at even money last time, but he again meets a field he should beat, and I'll toss that race as a fluke for this typically sure-gaited colt. (5) NORTHERN FLAME looks much improved and he may end up going off as the third or fourth choice here; using. (8) ONGOING ROYALTY has been sharp, but he will need to be faster here, and I won't take a short price from an outside post. (1) HETALKSTOANGELS should sit a trip and nab a share starting from the inside.

Race 11: F&M NW3 L5 or $7,000 L10

(4) PRETTY HOT is always a top contender when she drops to this bottom condition level and teamster Ryan is sure to provide an aggressive steer; top call. (9) BETTOR TRIX N has been facing a steady diet of much tougher mares and if she gets put into this race leaving the gate, she could prove tough in here. (10) OUR VACATION improved with the drop to this level and she is another in with a chance. (8) BETTIM VICKY raced well in her Mohawk Park debut but she may have a tall task here leaving from the outside. (1) ROCKIN MYSTERY improved with McClure driving last time; consider for deeper Pick 4 tickets.
