Race 1: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,000 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(6) MISTER BANJO got in tight quarters at the start of his debut, appeared to get a little excited, and broke stride. I’ll forgive that miscue and stick with him here. (10) GONE GOODBYE just raced well from the 10-hole on June 11th and he is hard to leave out in this field. (7) PAY THE PRICE makes his second start back for a hot barn and he has the fastest mark in the field. He is capable if he gets put into the race earlier tonight. (4) ELECTRIC JANE takes frequent shares. She is a good one to use underneath.

Race 2: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GRASSROOTS LEG TWO 3 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES
(7) VALENTINE BLUE CHIP comes off a nice return win and this isn’t the toughest Grassroots field. I’ll give her the nod over (2) RHYTHM OF LIFE in what looks like a two filly race on paper. (6) HOPE N GLORY looks next best. She can round out the Tri. (5) ABIKADABRA raced okay to get a share at Grand River. She can take another slice here.

Race 3: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT
(5) ARMORED DOVE dropped six seconds in less than three weeks while winning at a price twice. She will get bet more heavily here, but she looked tremendous last week taking no prisoners and she gets top billing. (7) DENALI DEO produced a huge last 1/4 rallying wide to get the job done as the chalk and he should be a contender right back, although I’m not sure he beat much there. (1) NORTHERN LOOKER is hard to fault at this stage and he could trip out here and rally late. He is another to consider for the early Pick 5. (6) DEALERS DELITE will likely flash speed and stay for a share again.
Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GRASSROOTS LEG TWO 3 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES - Pick 4
(1) HER CURRENCY, a Grassroots winner at the end of May, followed that up with a good 3rd to a filly that came back to take a check in a Gold race. She should be tough in here. (5) BILLIE JEAN QUEEN was 3rd to the choice in that Grassroots race and she was probably short last week after missing a week. She should be a threat here. (7) WEST RIVER IVORY was bet like she couldn’t lose last week but the repeat winner was just too good. She is in the exotics mix here. (6) GO HAVE FUN should be good for a share if she stays flat.
Race 5: F&M 4YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(1) SPACE CADEBT was rolling late in the mile last week, but she ran out of racetrack. I’ll take a shot with her tonight at what should be a square price. (2) SAULSBROOK ANNIE took a new life’s mark at Grand River with part-owner Roy in the bike and she figures to be a front end threat here; using. (6) SWEETER THAN LOU might have slowed the pace down too much last time. She should be a speed threat again. (4) ACEFORTYFOUR BELLA finished ahead of the choice last time but she also failed as the 1 to 2 chalk. I’d be careful here.
Race 6: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GRASSROOTS LEG TWO 3 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES - Pick 5
(8) MASS CARA won a Grassroots race two back, missed a week, got a good tightener, now it should be all systems go; top call. (4) SUE ANNE flashed big speed in the Grassroots race won by the choice on 5/30. Driver Roy is hot and I could see this one turning the tables with the right trip; using. (2) SYMBOL OF BEAUTY’s two Mohawk starts were decent. Consider her for the bottom of Tri and Super bets. (5) RADICAL LEGACY took a slice off a perfect following trip last week and I see more of the same coming here.
Race 7: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT - Pick 4
(8) FABULOUS FREDDIE was flying late last week, he just ran out of racetrack. He can beat these if he is closer to the lead at the 3/4 pole. (7) CRAIGIEBURN has been right there in three straight, and he figures to be the one to beat here; using. (3) THE CANAM BANKER’s high early speed makes him a threat because he will probably make front early again. He will have to be caught. (9) SONIC BOOMER missed some time but I could see him closing for a small share in this spot.
Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GRASSROOTS LEG TWO 3 YEAR OLD TROTTING FILLIES
(6) SWEET VALLEY got a tightener in last week now she draws best and gets McNair back. That driver teamed her to a Grassroots win two starts back; top call. (3) BIRTHDAY MONEY has a similar profile except she finished 2nd in the Grassroots race two starts back. She should be the main threat tonight. (1) FLIRTY DANCER was better in her second qualifier wearing trotting hopples. She can be an exotics player if she stays flat. (5) GAMING QUEEN comes off two solid efforts but these are tougher. I’ll use her underneath.

Race 9: 4YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(5) OLAF DU LAC almost got the job done with part-owner Roy in the bike at Grand River and he should be firing starting from the middle of the gate here. He could get brave if he gets left alone on the lead. (7) CONCEALED shows two good miles racing at this level at Mohawk Park and he should be a threat in this field; using. (3) DEUCE HANOVER had a clear run up the pylons last week but he could do no better that nab 4th. Another small share is likely for him tonight. (6) MELS LEGACY’s recent form is improved. He is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics.
Race 10: CLM $20,000 for NW $70,150 LT AE: N/A $780 P/S L5
(1) HESTONATOR was on good cover ready to pounce at the 3/4 pole last week when the leader suddenly slowed to a walk and affected him and several others. He looked like he was going to win that race so I’ll give him top billing here. (3) BETTORHOLDONTIGHT was much better last week when 2nd to a big chalk. He is an obvious threat but keep in mind he typically closes from well back, and he will probably get overbet tonight. (5) CHASING GOOSEBUMPS had a nice pocket trip worked out last week before the confusion ensued. He is possible here. (7) BAYLOR BOBBY is developing an effective closing style. He can take another share. (4) BLAKESAGENT was directed into the safety lane to avoid the confusion and he came back onto the track to get a check. He should be in the exotics mix here.
