(5) JAYDENS PLACE paced a huge mile uncovered on the rim most of the way to win here Monday night and off that impressive effort he gets the call to repeat. (2) UNCAGED enters the Shepherd barn shipping in from Ohio and he is worth a look in this spot. (7) VENENO repelled the choice's backside bid and while he won that battle, he eventually lost the war. He should be the one to catch again. (3) SPORTSMANSHIP takes frequent shares and he is likely to be part of the Super facing these.

Race 2: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(6) HALLIDAY DREAM roared home in 27 2/5 Monday night and if he does go here on short rest, he gets top call. (7) ROSIES WAR BONDS was a decent Grassroots horse last year and he qualified well for this. He should be right there if he gets a reasonable trip. (10) MUSCLE JACK is another that qualified well in advance of this start and I might have picked him on top had he drawn on the gate. From the second tier I'll use him underneath. (1) GOLDEN COMPASS almost pulled off a huge upset last time and he should be part of the exotics mix again.

Race 3: F&M 5YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000
The filly that (6) AINT SHE PERFECT beat last week has already come back to win easily and she gets the call to repeat vs. these. (5) ALWAYSABEACHDAY took a mark of 1:54 3/5 at 2 and she qualified in fast time for this. She is an obvious threat and she could go off as chalk here. (4) COVER STORY raced against some decent fillies here last year and she should be good for a spot in the Tri or Super tonight. (1) LADY AKILA is a consistent check-getter and she could provide some value to the bottom of the Super.
Race 4: CLAIMING HANDICAP $10,000 to $12,000 Pick 4
(8) FLUFF ME UP faces many of the rivals he beat last week when claimed by leading trainer Moreau and he gets the call to repeat. (6) MONTALBANO BI could sit right on the choice's back again and he is the logical alternative. (10) MEADOWBRANCH MEMO can take a small share if he stays trotting this week. (4) ZEUS LIGHTNING will likely leave for position and stick around for a spot in the Tri or Super.
Race 5: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES 2ND LEG
(2) RUBY ON RAILS was confidently handled by McClure last week and she really motored late to get the job done; call to repeat. (1) STATE OF MIND puts her perfect record on the line here and she qualified fast enough to contend right away in this 2021 debut; using. (5) BIG MYRTLE was taking no prisoners last week and she is another who was solid in victory that is in with a good shot here. (7) FILTER HANOVER was getting weary at the wire last week. I'll use her on the bottom vs. this group.
Race 6: 5YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $25,000) AE: NW3 who are NW1 in Last 8 Pick 5
(6) TWIN B SHOWTIME looked good rolling by the leaders late to win his local debut and this is a good spot to shoot for the repeat; top call. (4) ASTRE DUHARAS couldn't sustain his move last time. Maybe Young blasts, gets position and escapes late for the upset this time; using. (3) HEAVENSDOOR HANOVER faces easier in his 2021 debut and driver Roy has been hot. He is another that could surprise. (7) TRIP SEVENS is capable of better and he should get at least a share tonight.

Race 7: CLAIMING $15,000 for NW $50,000 LT
(4) GENERAL LEE was sharp when claimed by high percentage trainer Johnson and this isn't the toughest spot. I'll give him the nod here shipping in from Ottawa. (5) READY TO RUMBLE N got hammered at the windows last week then had an adventurous trip. He would not be a surprise in this spot. (7) CHIEFS BEACH faces much easier in this conditioned claimer and he could last much longer. I'll use him on late multi-race tickets. (9) YARIS SEELSTER frequently passes horses. He could add some value to the Tri or Super here.
Race 8: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES 2ND LEG
(4) SOMEWHERE NORTH is just too good for these right now, but she could go off as low as 1-5 here. I'll look for value underneath. (5) LAILA BLUE was a good 2nd over on an off track last time and she likely won't be offering the smallest Exacta payoff in here. (6) NICE KITTY HANOVER surely will be second choice to the top pick and you know she'll be coming late, but I'll hope to beat her out of the Exacta. (9) NECTAR should be passing a few of these late and she could add some value to the Super from her outside post.
Race 9: 5YO and Younger NW1 or $8,100 LT
This has to be the spot for (3) LEVI AT PLAY to break his maiden, doesn't it? Top call but expecting a short price. (6) HOMEBODY shows a couple of races down south that make him competitive here and if Moreau somehow has him cranked up coming in off that 1:59 1/5 qualifier, he could be the thorn in the choice's side. (7) MARLBANK ROAD has been racing decently enough that he can take a share in this field. (2) SONIC FLARE looks next best; consider for the bottom of Tri and Super wagers.
Race 10: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10
(3) BEACHIN LINDY has been facing tougher at Flamboro Downs and if he stays flat this week, he has an excellent chance to beat these. (1) HP I GOT TOPLAY's race from the 9-hole is best tossed. His effort two starts back puts him right there with these. He's on my late multi-race tickets. (6) LYONS MUSIC was over bet last week but he did race okay and he is the third contender that can win this with the right trip. (8) BIG BANG BOOM will likely blast for position and I can see him lasting longer tonight. (2) BRONSONS DELIGHT can get a much better trip tonight and work his way into the High-5.
