(7) STREET ART converted immediately racing off the Guillemette claim and I’m not sure this spot is much tougher; call to repeat. (3) LETS GET ROCKED got a good trip to finish 2nd to a logical winner last time. He figures to be the main threat. (2) HESTONATOR’s most recent line is a toss being that he had broken equipment before the start and he lost all chance. He is another in here with a shot. (9) SKY LOW LOW is another that can close for a small slice in this spot.

Race 2: F&M CLM $20,000 for NW $50,000 LT

(1) ULTRA took a while to get going last time, but she was closing ground at the wire. I expect an aggressive Borth steer this time; top call. (3) THE TURNING POINT exits a much tougher class where there was a blowout winner. She should improve sharply vs. these. (8) ST LADS DARK ANGEL paced a 56-flat back 1/2 on a cold night and she is another one to consider for the early Pick 5. (2) WAITINONAWOMAN was over bet last time coming off a perfect-trip win, and although she finished 2nd, she was never a threat to win the race. I’ll play to beat her again.

Race 3: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT

(8) COOL TRIXTER was facing better in New Jersey and he picks up the leading driver for this local debut; top call. (6) ALLSTAR GOLDI jogged twice at a similar level at Flamboro Downs and took a new life’s mark in her most recent victory. The five-time winner can be an Exacta factor here. (7) ARCHIMEDES tried to close in a wide path when the pace accelerated and that wasn’t going to work. I think getting off the rail helps him here and he can land in the money. (3) OCEANVIEW CHIP makes his local debut after compiling a nice sophomore record racing in the Maritimes. He can take a share.

Race 4: F&M CLM $10,000 to $12,000 Pick 4

(8) HILLBILLY JET fits much better at this level and she has a big shot to return to her winning ways here. (7) PLAYA DUHARAS produced a huge first-up effort while beating the choice and she is hard to leave out coming off that strong winning effort. (4) SHAKEITIFYOUGOTIT was blocked in early stretch last time, which was probably costly for her. She races of the Puddy claim and she is another in with a chance. (2) BETCHULOVEME is developing a habit of closing too late in the mile. I’ll use her underneath tonight.

Race 5: Pop-up series F&M CLM $8,000

(8) DIALMEUP faces easier here – mainly B track shippers – after finishing with broken equipment last time. She should improve sharply vs. these; top call. (9) SILLY BUT SERIOUS was too far back last time and now she gets Jamieson back. She is another that should be more aggressive in this spot; using. (10) FIRE SHINE comes in from Flamboro in good form and she gets a big driver change to Roy here. She is another in with a shot, but I’d need more than the 3-1 morning line quote with her starting from post 10. (1) BOOKIE BABY was 2nd to a predictable winner last time racing off the Graham claim.

Race 6: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES: 3YO and 4YO F&M in 2024. NW2 OR $30,000 LIFETIME AS OF 10/31/2023 1st Leg Pick 5

(8) MONSOON raced against some good fillies in the U.S. last year and she fits well here going for the leading trainer in this 2023 debut; top call. Undefeated (5) MARGOSGOTTHECARGO is all the rage, and she has been impressive, but this is tougher and I wonder if she will get over bet; your call. (4) YES IM HUNGRY tripped-out to win here two starts back and then she was in too tough. She can rebound to take a share. (2) HONEY LOVE was a predictable winner in NW2 and she is another that is in the exotics mix likely racing close to the front.

Race 7: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(6) READY FOR LANDING got hammered down to 2-5 for his return and he really looked like a horse that needed that start, appearing to be flat. He can and should be better tonight; gets top billing. (5) HANDSOME HANK is another that failed to convert at odds-on, but he was right there and he should be the main threat. (2) FASHION CONTENDER has taken six shares in 10 starts and she’s a good one for the bottom of the Tri. (3) ULTRA LADY S has the late speed to close for a share in this spot; using underneath.

Race 8: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT

(8) COLLECTOR S was simply too far back last time and he never entered contention. He was driven more aggressively from a wide post two starts back and that’s the trip I’m hoping for here; slight nod. (6) MVN will take a lot of action on the driver change to Filion alone. Couple that with a move to the best post this time and she is a contender. (7) HP ADALINE wore down a leader who is known for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, but she raced tough and she can take a share here. (3) P L QUINELLA was better last time and he can close for another share in this spot.

Race 9: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES: 3YO and 4YO F&M in 2024. NW2 OR $30,000 LIFETIME AS OF 10/31/2023 1st Leg Pick 4

(1) ANGOSTURA HANOVER got a perfect tightener in for the opening leg of this series, and she looks solid vs. these. She is the one to beat. (5) MCVERA is on a roll and she comes in looking for four straight after winning from the back in London. She should be blasting off the gate this time and she is a speed threat. (4) ROYAL TELL raced first-up against a strong leader that pulled away to an easy win and she can be closer vs. these; using. (7) ROSE RUN YVETTE never got involved last week. She is capable of better, and she is worth using in the exotics at a price.

Race 10: Pop-up series F&M CLM $8,000

(5) DEL DIGGITY was an easy winner at a short price in this class last week and this field looks no tougher. She should repeat again at a short price. (4) PROUD OF MY ROOTS chased the choice home and she should be close again here. (3) A SAILORS DELIGHT should close for another share in this spot. (2) MISSY ROCKS comes off a nice first-up win at Flamboro and she picks up Roy tonight. She should be good for a share. (7) ITALIA SEELSTER will likely flash speed and stick around for a slice.

Race 11: F&M CLM HDCP $14,000 to $18,000

(7) LITTLEBEARCAT won well when claimed by Fellows and she gets the call to repeat. (5) GOLDIES ROCKIN was nailed late by the choice, and she figures to set the pace again and play come and catch me. She should be part of the Exacta. (2) GOING YARD tripped-out to beat easier. She will likely tag along close to the front and stay for a share this time. (4) DARKRSHADEOFPALE N should be good for a small share in this spot.

Race 12: Pop-up series F&M CLM $8,000

Wide-open race here and I’ll take a price stab with (7) JUST SHOCKING, who will likely get sent right to the front by Borth and look to lead all the way. (1) MARINA DEL REY was Macdonald’s choice, and she is another that should get an aggressive steer; using. (2) EATAAMS ELLIE fits well here and she should get a better start tonight. She is a closer that is in with a shot. (6) BLOSSOM ONTHEBEACH raced okay last time when best of the rest for third. She is in the exotics mix. (3) OUTLAWSKYSTHELIMIT will likely lay close to the pace and stay for a share.
