He can win here if he stays flat. (6) NEVERLOSE FELIX debuts for The Stable in a field where he should compete at first asking and he should be the main danger to the choice; using. (3) HOBNOB HANOVER was better last week, and he flashed big early speed. I think he can stick around for a share this time. 1 for 36 (4) GAMING QUEEN drops back to the maiden level. She can get a share vs. these. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: FILLIES & MARES, CLAIMING $20,000 TO $25,000 FOR NW $31,750 (OS $38,750) LIFETIME (9) VENDETTA BLUE CHIP keeps winning at this level, yet no one claims her. She is the one to dethrone and her win streak will likely reach five tonight. (7) MY LAST KISS has finished closest to the choice of any in here in several recent starts. She is the one to knock her off is one of these is going to do it. (4) SAULSBROOK ANNIE is around the money every week and she should be part of the exotics again. (3) FIRST CAST is capable of better than she showed last week. I think she sits in and rallies late for a small share. Race 3: POP UP SERIES CONSOLATION 1: CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 5 STARTS (5) KEEPAMERICAGREAT took some action last week and he made a decent late charge to get a slice. Drawing the middle of the gate this time I think he blasts for position near the front, and I’ll call him to notch the upset. (1) BAYLOR BOBBY should be sharper and more aggressive in this second start back and he retains the leading driver. He should be right there tonight. (9) OFFICER JONES rallied well in the first two legs. He is in with an upset chance. (6) COOLSUNSHINE had a clear shot out of the pocket last week and he hung and lost two positions. He is a fade for me here as the morning line choice. Race 4: FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $8,500 LIFETIME - Pick 4 (5) AMERICAN STARLIGHT has had 27 chances to graduate already with no luck, but her recent miles suggest that she is improved, and she has the late speed to chase these down; top call. (7) TOPVILLE CHECKMEIN got stuck behind a stopper last week and she was forced to move to the far outside in the lane. She finished with interest, and she is worth a look here. (1) CZECH WITH VIVIAN got forced three wide by a rival that pulled late on the last turn and that loss of ground may have cost her a position or two. That was a decent effort, and she is in with a shot here. (4) WHISKEY BLUE CHIP missed some time after breaking stride. She may still be able to take a share here. Race 5: POP UP SERIES FINAL: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 5 STARTS (4) GOLDEN LEADER is Macdonald’s choice over two others in this competitive Pop Up final and she gets top billing based on that factor. (3) CODYS MOMENT took a ton of action coming in off two ugly lines last week and she converted off a perfect trip. She can get another good trip here and she is a threat to repeat. (6) LA COEUR CHAPEAU, a winner in Leg 1, got a tightener in for this final on Sunday in Ottawa. She is another in with a shot here. (7) GOLDIES ROCKIN was a predictable winner racing off the Demers claim and she is yet another live option in a good betting race. Race 6: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $8,500 LIFETIME - Pick 5 (8) FILLY BOO’s debut was good, and I think she will get more aggressive in this spot; top call. (7) GREEN MONSTER rallied too late again, and while he has the best overall form in here, his typical racing style often puts him behind the eight ball. He is capable but will likely get over bet again; your call. (3) SEQUENCE HANOVER is 1 for 37, but he holds a tactical advantage on the top two choices, and he could do in here; using. Homebred (10) GOAL DIGGER draws worst, and a small share is likely his ceiling here. Race 7: POP UP SERIES FINAL: CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 5 STARTS - Pick 4 (3) QUAN BLUE CHIP had only hit the board twice in 20 starts when Barrington took over his training on 11/11 and it only took three starts for him to turn him around. He gets the call to repeat here coming off an easy win. (1) OUR MAX PHACTOR N raced well in both starts here after shipping north from Ohio. He should be the one to fend off late here. (6) G A SPEED SAMMY crushed last week in Leg 2, and he is hard to leave out coming off that big win. (2) HES GOT SWAGGER will likely sit a trip and land a share. Race 8: FILLIES & MARES, CLAIMING $20,000 TO $25,000 FOR NW $62,750 (OS $78,500) LIFETIME (2) GRAND CIRCUIT comes off two blowout qualifying wins for Team Cullen since shipping north and I could see her bottoming out this field; top call. (7) ULTRA is in great form, and she should be the main threat providing she is still sharp enough after missing a bit of time due to a transportation scratch. (6) FANCY LETTERING draws bets looking for the repeat at this level. She should get a good trip and she’s not out of this. (8) ZEBS BREAKING DAWN is sharp and Macdonald sticks, but she draws widest and hasn’t been showing any gate speed. I’ll use her underneath tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: POP UP SERIES CONSOLATION 2: CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 5 STARTS (9) BLAKESAGENT retains the leading driver, and he should be much sharper coming back on a 7-day rotation tonight. He is a threat to lead all the way or win from the pocket. (3) MISTER REBBILY A’s 'B' track form is decent, and I like that he gets Roy in the bike here; price look for the multis. (2) FLYING ART A gets a key driver change and he will likely last longer on the engine, but I’m not sure he offers any value here as the morning line favorite. (8) TRIDENT SEELSTER should pass some of these late to take a share. Race 10: POP UP SERIES CONSOLATION 1: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 5 STARTS (2) WIFEY SAID SO was part of a three-pronged early battle for the lead last week, then she stayed on for a share. She fits well here, and she gets the nod. (4) IS HE WATCHING was also part of that early battle and she gets a key driver change now. She is an obvious threat. (7) HILLBILLY JET raced better off the claim last week and she should be in the exotics mix tonight. (6) A DISRUPTOR, 3rd in both preliminary legs, figures to get position early and stick around for another share. (3) DALI DALITE will likely out finish some of these and land in the bottom of the exotics.
