(5) HILLBILLY JET finished behind that one in latest but goes to Moreau now. He's had a nice year around this level. (3) RAVE REVIEW is another that’s having a solid season but has been getting minor awards in recent starts. Perfect draw keeps her in it. (8) PROUD OF MY ROOTS gets away from 'Dolly finally. That could be enough to get her more involved late.

(7) MAE LOSE CONTROL just rallied to beat these while favored 11/3. Three year old has been better with a tag in last two. (4) SAGE DUHARAS has nine wins this year out of town. Was sub 3-1 last time here from a tough post. (3) LIBERTY ROYAL has taken $ at this level in two straight. Needs to find more late. (2) BRING YOUR FIRE got a check with a change in venue 11/3. Barn does improve horses rapidly.

Race 3: HARVEST SERIES FINAL: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YO COLTS AND GELDINGS

(10) GOOBER SMACK has two winning legs of this series at 1-9 odds. Post will be the test now but talent should carry him to another win. (1) LMC MR SQUISHY won the battle in latest when staying flat. Fits vs these and Patrick keeps price high. (4) SID THE KID is another that fits when he stays flat. Starting to put things together late in races. Use him in multis. (8) BRUTALIZER is better at this level, should be forward early but needs a trip to get a slice.

Race 4: FILLIES AND MARES 5 YEAR OLDS AND YOUNGER, NW 1 OR $8,850 LIFE *PICK 4*

(3) AVAS ANGEL BABY comes in off two qualifiers after racing very well 9/5 with 26 4/5 kick. That effort would win this spot for barn that gets horses ready off layoffs. (6) PAM has been favored in last two but lost both. Running out of excuses but the one to beat again. (7) WILDCAT HERA has two thirds in three starts but can't seem to get on a regular schedule. (8) ACEFORTYFOUR BELLA has a strong late kick but needs to be close enough to use it.

Race 5: 5 YEAR OLDS AND YOUNGER, NW 1 OR $7,000 LIFE AE: NW OF A RACE IN 2022-23

(5) THE RIGHT TIME raced well after missing time 11/2 from wide draw. So many in this field have had plenty of chances and similar speed puts her in the mix at a fair price. (4) JONNY BOOTS races well every week just not well enough to win. Needs to be closer at the top of the lane. (3) QUEEN INDEED draws inside looking to use her speed again. Needs more late. (7) BELVEDERE FRANKLIN ships in off a win but needs to be faster to beat these.

Race 6: FILLIES AND MARES CLAIMING HANDICAP $15,000-$18,000 FOR NW $40,000 LIFE *Pick 5*

(5) BADDITUDE ships in with his eight wins this year and finds the right spot to grab another. Won here 9/28 at short odds. (6) WATCH HER FLY is racing well at London when she draws well. Borth picks up a live one here if he can put her into the race. (2) POP THE BUBBLY found a win vs NW1 foes in last and now gets tag again. These are tougher. (7) MS CHANTALMACHABAY is a closer that's helped by the short field; she will be passing a few late.

Race 7: HARVEST SERIES FINAL: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YO COLTS AND GELDINGS *Pick 4*

(7) STONEBRIDGE THRILL finally broke maiden in last with another sharp kick. Sometimes the light goes on after that and horses win right back. (10) TROPHY TAKER has never missed the exacta and looks faster than these on paper. Post could force him into going faster early than he wants. (3) BE RIGHT THERE likes to finish third so let’s pick her there. Closes up every week just can't seem to pass the last two. (2) MAGICAL AOINE has been showing speed in this series just isn't quite up to a few in here. Inside trip and a few misfires from the favs could get him a top finish.

Race 8: CLAIMING HANDICAP $15,000-$18,000 FOR NW $40,000 LIFETIME A/E N/A $1,095 P/S in 2023

(5) GOLDINTHEBADLANDS goes to Waxman now and is no stranger to winning at this racetrack. Won 71k last year with 1:53 2/5 win here. (3) SAULSBROOK BOOMER has two straight solid races at this level with different trips. Speed to chase and better draw equals use in all spots. (4) BORN A REBEL draws better after checks in last three. Getting position early but mostly even late. (7) TRIDENT SEELSTER is getting plenty of starts and is thriving. Barn excels with claimers at any venue.

Race 9: FILLIES AND MARES CLAIMING HANDICAP $12,000-$15,000

(6) DOLLYDAYDREAM has five straight wins and has only been favored in two of those. Play against her at your own peril. (5) SHEPLAYSFORKEEPS can't quite catch that one in last three but gets a post flip here to help. (2) BETCHULOVEME won off the drop and now steps back up for prior connections. (1) FEARLESS SHELIA is in form right now and is capable of upsetting if the favorite decides she’s ready to lose.

(6) MAJORDANCEMOVES won well at Hoosier then Dayton until stepping up to NW6 with a ten hole on 10/20 there. Fresh Auciello and NW2 foes here make him tough. (7) MSFRANNIE is another shipper this one for Moreau with sharp recent form. Five straight exactas show ability. (1) STONEBRIDGE BRAVO was good enough for checks in Golds and the Super Final this season. Has missed time now. (2) YANK MY HALO has taken $ in last two. Second lasix, capable of bottom of exotics finish. (4) TALISMANO looked ready to improve in last but didn’t. When will he wake up?
