(6) CENTURY GIGALO made a couple of moves in a solid losing effort last week and he looks best here; top call. (2) SUNNY BO came on late to beat the choice by a length and while he is a threat, he is usually trip dependent. (1) JOURNALISTIC is worth a look for the Pick 5 moving into the Moreau barn tonight. (7) THREE TRICK GAINER is another Ottawa invader that doesn't look out of place in this spot; using on the bottom.

Race 2: 2YO Fillies NW2 LT

(5) SAUNDRA, a homebred 1/2-sister to $495K earner R First Class, finds a great spot to debut here and she gets the nod. (8) SILVER DIAMOND was 2nd to the choice in a qualifier on 9/28 and she should be right there vs. these if she stays flat. (2) MAGIC MAGGIE goes for connections that have been winning with everything this year. It's hard to leave her out of the Pick 5 in this kind of race. (6) GALA HALO should find this company a bit easier than Grassroots. She can land in the Tri or Super.

Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(8) PACK YOUR BAGS was no match for a sharp winner last week, but he looks good against this group and he gets top call. (6) DARK MOVES, left, yielded, took a shuffle then kicked in 27 3/5 while finishing behind the choice. He is in with a shot here likely racing near the front again. (3) PETER POOLE stacks up well here on paper and he gets a driver change, but he has missed four weeks so I wouldn't take a short price. (4) SILVER MAPLE should use his good late kick to take another share tonight.

Race 4: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 - Pick 4

This race should come down to (7) DEAL WITH LUCUS and (9) R PRECIOUS PEARL who finished a neck apart at this level last week. Nod to the former based on post position. (4) FLANAGAN DESTINY wasn't far behind the top two but he has had 18 chances without converting. I'll use him underneath. (1) TREND can come on late to round out the Tri or Super.

Race 5: CLM HDCP $17,500 for NW $35,000 LT

In a race with no standouts, (6) TOUGHSONOFABEACH gets first time McNair. I'll side with him expecting sharp improvement. (10) BRILLIANT CORNERS jogged and was claimed the one time he raced for this tag. History could repeat here. (7) THE SHINING was good last week vs. NW2 and he has upset potential tonight; using. (3) ELROY SHINER paced a big back 1/2 in his win at Flamboro Downs. He is another possibility for multi-race tickets.

Race 6: 2YO NW 2 LT - Pick 5

(5) TAKE COMMAND gets a catch driver here and post relief. I'll side with him to knock off likely chalk (6) SOUTHWIND DOMINO, who takes as big a class drop as you might ever see after getting hung the mile in the Mohawk Million. (4) LENIS was solid in his debut, finishing 3/4 a length behind the choice. He has upset potential here. (1) MR FIREWORKS also had a decent debut race and I see him closing to take a share tonight.

Race 7: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $18,000

(2) MAY TO FOR raced well in his first start off the claim last week and I'll give him a slight nod in a race with a few possibilities. (9) ROYALE BIG GUY surely faces easier here but starting from the widest post, he may need to pass them all to win. Demand a price here. (7) STELIOS, winner for four of his past five on the B tracks, has done well at this track previously. He's not out of this. (5) TOO MUCH DUNCAN is worth a look for the exotics with Macdonald in the bike.

Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $30,000) - Pick 4

In a race with no standouts, I'll side with (7) POWERFUL SPIRIT making his first start for Team Baillargeon. (9) RADICAL J J gets a huge driver change here and his mark of 1:57 2/5 taken at Georgian Downs shows he is fast enough for these; using. (5) MAGIC WANDA has some of the best recent form, but she is 1 for 31 lifetime. What price would you take? (1) ELBE should be coming on late again for a share here.

Race 9: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(8) RAVISHIN RUBY failed to convert as the even money chalk but she had little chance after the opening 1/2 was cut in 58-flat and she had to go first up as the pace accelerated rapidly. Leading driver Macdonald sticks here and so do I. (7) MISS M A K is another that is coming off a sharp first-over try and she is the other one that I'm using in the late multi-race bets. (3) NOTHINGCPMPARESTOU was a winner at this level when facing a weak group two starts back. I'll use her underneath here. (1) DILLY TARYN can take a share off a following trip.

Race 10: CLM HDCP $8,000 to $10,000

(7) SHADOW ME THEMONEY's potent late kick makes him a good bet to repeat here in a field where he has the best recent form; top call. (6) MONTY MONO should be a speed threat getting McNair back in the bike; using. (8) UBER HANOVER came out of the clouds to win at Grand River and he was really motoring late. He is in with an upset chance today. (4) TOXICITY is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics racing off the claim.

Race 11: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $9,700 L9

(4) SUNDAY AFTERNOON drops and gets McNair and this looks like a spot where she can lead all the way as the likely chalk. (3) NECTAR looked good closing down the middle of the track to get 2nd to a strong winner who was recapturing some of her good form. She can round out another Exacta here. (1) SHES A SASSY BEACH fits well here and I see her closing late for a slice. (7) MACH MY KISS rarely misses a check; using underneath. (8) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY is another that can pass a few of these late and land in the High-5.
