Race 1: CLM HDCP $8,000 to $10,000 **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**

(6) LUKE AND DUKE moves from the worst post to one of the best following a good try vs. a logical class-dropping winner and he gets top call to kick off the early Pick 5. (2) DREAMFAIR B J paced a big back 1/2 in that race and the leading driver sticks. He has upset potential tonight; using. (3) COOL ROCK is 2 for 3 racing out of the McKibbin barn and he is hard to leave out at this level. (4) REAL WICKED is capable on his best and his qualifier was decent, but I'll use him underneath tonight.

Race 2: HARVEST SERIES 2ND LEG ONT. SIRED 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(6) KIPPER WHIPR SNIPR jogged as expected in the first leg and he should be tough to beat here, too. (2) LENIS got too far back as the 6 to 5 chalk last week but he was moving well at the finish. He is likely going to be cutting into the choice's lead late again tonight, but he likely finishes 2nd again. (1) RICKY RESOLVE looks next best and he can take a share off a following trip. (3) CENTURY ISAIAH is capable of finishing in the bottom of the Super in this field.

Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

Tough race here. I'll take a swing with (8) CASH HUDSON, who qualified well and could go right down the road in his first start for Auciello. One of these times (5) MENSA is going to stay flat and jog; maybe tonight? (6) TREND gets Macdonell back and he returns quicker tonight. He would be no surprise against these. (2) CHICO MODERNO has the best form and the most failed attempts at breaking his maiden. I wouldn't take a short price here.

Race 4: CLAIMING HANDICAP $12,000 to $18,000 - Pick 4

(4) P L IDAHO made a huge middle move to the front last week then kept increasing his lead. He's not known as one that strings wins together, but off that sharp mile, he gets the call to repeat here. (8) MACHIN A TRICK had a rough trip when claimed and he should be a threat racing out of the Moreau barn tonight. (5) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ closed some ground but he couldn't get near the choice, who clearly relished the off track. He has upset potential here. (3) KINGOFBROKENHEARTS improved with Macdonald in the bike and he should take another share here.

Race 5: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $30,000)

(2) STONEBRIDGE STRONG has developed a powerful late kick that should play well in this field and he gets top call. (5) WEE JILL and (3) WICKENURGH both exit OSS Gold Superfinals and drop into an obvious easier spot. One or both should improve sharply tonight and they make sense to use on multi-race tickets. (7) DEAL WITH LUCUS has done nothing wrong in his last three starts and you know he will be passing horses late. He is another in with a decent chance.

Race 6: HARVEST SERIES 2ND LEG ONT. SIRED 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 5

(6) RIDINLIKEYASTOLEIT paced a sub-27 third 1/4 last week despite having missed 18 days and he will likely be in closer range tonight; top call. (5) ST LADS STERLING probably went too fast early in the mile racing on the wet track last week. He remains a viable contender. (1) SPORTS ADVISOR was impressive winning first-over last week and he is another obvious threat in this spot. (4) IM KING CONN got a brutal trip last week. He can take a share here off an expected improved trip.

Race 7: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT - Pick 4

(3) COLD RAGE closed well last week in his first pari-mutuel race since July, now he gets post relief and the leading driver. He gets my nod vs. these. (8) FLANAGAN DESTINY left hard, took a tuck, then finished well in a good effort. He should be an exotics factor tonight. (4) ARLANDA was bet like he couldn't lose last week and he closed too late. He seems destined for another small share again here. (5) KRYPTONITE should be close to the lead early and hang around for a spot in the Super.

Race 8: HARVEST SERIES 2ND LEG ONT. SIRED 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(3) ANGELS EXPRESS dominated here last week and this field is no tougher. He should repeat at a short price. (1) IMA STANDUP GUY was 2nd to a big winner last week and he can be an Exacta factor here. (2) SIR BALLYKEEL was an even 3rd to the choice last week and he can get a similar trip here; using underneath. (6) MR FIREWORKS comes off his best race yet but then he had a sick scratch. He can be an exotics factor if he is fully recovered.

Race 9: HARVEST SERIES 2ND LEG ONT. SIRED 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(1) RON is clearly several lengths the best here and he should roll through to the final with another easy win. (2) DON’T POKE THE BEAR was visibly moving well at the finish last week and he get a much better post here. He could complete this Exacta. (5) FOX VALLEY CARLIN raced okay last week to take a share and he should be part of the Tri or Super here. (3) ICEY SHADOW should get positioned close to the front and stick around to take another small share.

Race 10: CLAIMING $17,500 for NW $35,000 LT

(8) ELROY SHINER had a rough trip racing off the claim last week. Moving in a couple of posts gives him a better chance tonight; top call. (4) SHAZAM BLUE CHIP fell just short and he too makes his second start off the claim here. He has a decent chance here; using. (5) MACHED UP tripped out to beat both choices and he could do it again, but he might be overbet now; your call. (10) CUTTING CLASS goes for a barn known for moving horses up off the claim, but from post 10 he is a bet-against for me this time. (1) ROCK N ZEUS should be good for at least a share in this spot.
