(3) MOVE YOUR MASS is clearly the fastest horse in here, he just needs to stay flat; top call in the opener. (7) THAT DUDE comes off a perfect trip maiden win, but his good fate speed makes him a threat here, especially if the choice misbehaves; using. (5) LMC LITTLE CHIPS has taken four slices in 13 starts and he is another that can lay close to the front; using underneath. (1) HP LUCAS, fifth to the choice in his last start, likely finishes on the edges here again.

Race 2: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000

(1) MAJESTIC VIRGIN took all the action at the windows last week, got the leading driver, and jogged. She likely repeats here. (3) COOL CUTE COOKIE was the main rival to the choice last week and she is likely the one to fear again; Exacta factor. (7) FEARLESS SHELIA is one of the better ones in here, but she has missed three weeks. I’ll use her underneath here. (2) SHADY MEMORIES will be passing some of these late. I can see her sneaking into the Super.

Race 3: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2024 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2024. LEG 1

(1) SCRATCHIN AN ITCH dropped out of the Golds and easily broke his maiden on 10/12 and he did it setting fast fractions. I’ll give him the call to repeat here. (9) SHINING MOMENT similarly was very good breaking his maiden, coming in off a strong qualifier and taking all the action at the windows. This is a two horse race on paper. (2) CONNOR B should be in the exotics mix here exiting a Gold race and he likely completes the Tri. (6) GOUDA MAN is capable of taking a share starting from the best post tonight.

Race 4: FILLIES & MARES, CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW $30,000 (OS $37,500) LIFETIME - Pick 4

(9) PAM roared up late to get the win last week and there appears to be plenty of pace to chase in this field; call to repeat. (6) KENOGAMI HEART took a new life’s mark two starts back when she was on the engine then she failed last week racing first up. She can be right there vs. these if she gets a better trip. (2) CODYS MOMENT is another with a big late kick that will be passing rivals late and she is another possibility for early multi-race tickets. (4) SPEAKINGOFSHADOW had a clear shot in the lane last week and she lost a position. Another small share is likely here.

Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $9,600 LIFETIME

(7) VENDETTA BLUE CHIP gets away from Oh A Legend that won two straight against here and she gets top billing tonight. (2) HEADS CAROLINA will likely improve in her second start for Brethour, and she keeps Macdonald in the bike. She is the other one that I will use on Pick 4 and Pick 5 tickets. (3) ALLSTAR TWINKLE showed some promise in her two starts in the summer and she comes in off a decent qualifier. She can take a share here. $15,000 Harrisburg buy (4) UNSKINNY BOP was better in her second qualifier. She is in the mix for a small share on debut.

Race 6: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2024 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2024. LEG 1 - Pick 5

(4) NATIONAL TIER was good in both starts and getting post relief makes him a top contender here in a spot where he will surely lay closer early; top call. (6) HIDE THE WICK draws best coming off a rest and he is fast enough for these; using. (2) HP BELLISSIMO was first up into the teeth of a 27-flat kicker last time. He can be right there if he finds a better trip; consider for multi-race tickets. (9) MERROW finished 4th in the Grassroots Final but that was a month ago now he draws worst. I’d demand a price here.

Race 7: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $8,500 LIFETIME - Pick 4

I thought (1) KADABRAKABOOM raced well first up last week and she gets the nod here off that improved performance. (7) SEQUENCE HANOVER was better in his first start out of the Demers barn and the leading driver sticks. He should be the one to fear here. (6) MAGICS ANGEL EYES followed the choice home last week and she can take another share here. (3) SUSHI BAR was much better last week, and she can land another share in this spot.

Race 8: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $8,500 LIFETIME

(2) STOPWATCH was good in his return race, but the leader was better and enjoyed a soft early pace. He gets the leading driver now and he is the one to beat. (6) JOHNNY LAW maybe made a premature 3-wide move coming off the last turn then he drifted out and lost his starch. He could do here if he gets a trip; using. (3) BETTOR BE EARLY comes off two solid efforts in a row and he is in the exotics mix here. (8) MINOTAUR has finished 3rd in three of his last four starts and he is a good one to use underneath here.

Race 9: 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS: GRASSROOTS STARTERS

(1) SATURDAY fell just short after making a couple of moves last week. I don’t mind the rail for him here because I think he lets the dust settle then makes a decisive move to the front on the backstretch; top call. (6) HUNGRY HILL was game fighting off the choice, and he is the obvious threat starting from the best post here. (2) JACK N ABS will likely be much more aggressive early in this race and that makes him a contender. (8) FABULOUS FREDDIE is often motoring late in races. He probably closes too late in this race and takes a small share.

Race 10: CLAIMING $8,000

(5) MACH SILVER crushed at this level twice and he likely threepeats here as a big chalk. (3) PASSIONATE PRINCE was a distant 2nd to the choice last week and he probably completes another Exacta here. (4) MILITARY SECRET comes in off two solid tries at Flamboro, but these are tougher; using underneath. (2) FERN HILL BREEZE followed along and took 3rd behind the top two choices. He should be good for another slice here. (1) MALVOLIO got cooked early last time. He can get an easier trip tonight and take a check.
