Race 1: 2 YEAR OLDS NW 1(FM2) RACE OR $8,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
It’s hard not to start with the top two from last week. (1) MASSBAR will provide a better price of the two, and is just as likely to win if she is able to sit close. She is improving weekly. (6) BASELITZ got the better of Massbar last week and is another filly who continues to step forward. She is likely to be one of the first off the car. (8) TAVERN ONTHE GREEN should take some support because of his stakes lines, though he has been well beaten in a few of them. Roy could get more out of him on the drop to the conditioned ranks.

Race 2: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. LEG 1.
(3) GO ROSSCO got a key driver change to the leading pilot on the grounds, and he was able to get plenty out of him from post nine. I think he follows up that going away victory with a repeat trip to the winner’s circle. (4) ANIBAL DUHARAS put it all together last time out and produced a sharp rally to track down the leaders. He hasn’t raced in nearly a month, but should have the ability to sit close and produce a similar trip. (8) MAIZE AND BLUE has the gate speed to overcome the post draw in the early stages, but tends to weaken when it matters most. I can see him hanging on for a piece.
Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, CLAIMING HANDICAP $8,000 TO $11,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. ENTER IN MULTIPLES OF $1,000.
(8) LISAS ALL IN should take the bulk of the support off an effort where she was parked for the mile and just missed. Her recent form stands out against this group. (6) SHARE THE MOMENT has been just even in her last two efforts, but finds a weaker bunch tonight and picks up the services of Louis Roy. I would expect her to be a contender tonight. (1) MY ONLY SUNSHINE has been very solid over the last month and a half since adding Lasix. She could work out a perfect trip behind the dueling leaders.
Race 4: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. LEG 1.
(3) SCORPION SEELSTER looked like a project to start his career for the Menary barn, but was unleashed last time out on the front end and was a going away winner. That effort towers over these, but I offer a slight hesitation considering he will be odds on. (5) LARJON LONI has shown his quirks early in his career, but has plenty of speed if he is able to mind his manners. We will see how he handles the bigger track. (8) TWIN B JOHN B has a closing style that just hasn’t worked against tougher horses. Louis Roy got the call for the qualifier and used him more in the early stages. I’m curious if they will try him more towards the front tonight.
Race 5: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(4) LITTLE ARROW showed some pop late in the mile in what was his first start at Mohawk. I would look for him to get away in better order this week and get the job done. (2) FLORIDA GUY is inching closer to a win, but hasn’t raced in nearly a month now. I would expect him to be making up ground late, but he may come up a step short this week. (9) RESOLVED ISSUES was in contention last week, but spoiled it with a break in stride. I could see him getting a more conservative steer tonight and trying to close for a piece.
Race 6: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. LEG 1.
(7) BARRACUDA HANOVER was also unleashed on the front end last week and cruised to an open length win. Look for him to get away in good order and be a repeat contender. (9) PA SALT made a big first over move to clear to the front, but Figment, who came back to win again a few days ago, was in a better spot and pounced on the new weakened leader. He has shown high speed in limited starts; The post should only help his price. (1) LETR SINK SON should be able to work out a trip from midpack, and shouldn’t have to deal with a runaway winner like Scorpion Seelster. He can close late for a piece.
Race 7: CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW $30,000 (OS $44,500) LIFETIME. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. AE: 4 YO N/A $1,240 P/S IN 2025.
(6) D A SUPER GLO made a brief bobble just past the quarter, which was enough to briefly stack up the horses sitting just behind him. That shuffled him back and put him in a tough spot, until he got free and closed for third. I thought it was a strong mile considering everything that happened; A cleaner trip can see him in the winner’s circle. (1) RUSTYS BETT got into the outside flow and was able to finish best of the rest behind Wicked Express. He has been a contender in recent weeks. (3) CARSONSBUCKNGO can be forgiven for his latest where he took back and was never involved. The post relief should give him more of an opportunity to be put in play.
Race 8: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 3 RACES) OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(4) I LOVE THIS BAR has been taking steps forward with each start and looks primed to get his first career win tonight. He draws well and should be given plenty of respect. (6) NOVA BLU got a tightener under his belt from post ten last week. He has been right there plenty of times. I would look for another good finish if he can find his way to a trip behind the favorite. (3) LATE FOR COFFEE is another logical type at this level. He doesn’t have the pop that other rivals usually have, but he can easily get a piece.
Race 9: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $29,750) LIFETIME.
(4) ESME came up short to a logical favorite in Ibelieveinangels, but held off the rest of the pack and raced well. Look for her to be aggressively handled again and get the job done without that rival in the race. (6) MUSCLE SPASM went down the road last week and pulled off a stunning upset at nearly 50-1. The big track may have unlocked something with him. Travis Henry gets the call tonight. (3) THE GOVERNOR has been jumping around the class ladder and producing miles that could put him in the money tonight if repeated. I would look for him to get an inside trip and sneak through for a piece.

Race 10: POP UP SERIES FINAL: OS 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS NW $100,000 IN 2025 AS OF OCT 1ST. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000 FOR OS 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS.
(4) OUT OF ICE didn’t need to win last week, and wasn’t able to get himself involved with a wicked first half like that. He managed to finish in the money, and should have plenty left for tonight’s final where he will need to put up a big mile. (1) BRUNO NO NO NO went a gigantic mile on the front end last week, finally getting to the winner’s circle after taking steps forward since adding Lasix. The $40,000 question is: can he do it again? (2) BOXER SEELSTER went off as the favorite in last week’s race and finished a strong second to Bruno No No No. He should be a much better price tonight with many backers hopping off his bandwagon.
Race 11: FILLIES & MARES NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $37,500) LIFETIME.
(3) NIGHTINGALE should find a nice middle ground after dropping from a Super Final where she was completely overmatched. I would expect her to be handled aggressively and sit a good trip. (5) MISS UNIVERSE adds Lasix after faltering in the stretch and fading to sixth. The post relief should help, and I don’t think they will be going nearly as fast this time. (1) SUPERGIRL MOLLY has the speed to win if she puts it all together, but that has been a big problem for her in recent months. I’ll use her underneath.
