Race 1: 2YO colts and geldings NW1 or $5,000 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5
(1) P L ROBERT G figures to go off as a big chalk tonight after kicking home in 27 2/5 in his second start and this isn’t a tough field. He should convert. (6) VUNDERBAR has been firing sub-29 kickers regularly and he should get away closer tonight starting from the best post. He should be heard from late. (5) PAY THE PRICE got easy fractions last week but he shriveled up in the lane. He will likely revert to a closing style here and he can take a share. (8) FLEX ON THEM raced okay in his debut. I can see him landing in the exotics.

Race 2: Pop Up Series Ont. sired 3YO colts and geldings NW $20,000 in 2023 Leg 2 AE: Leg 1 starters
(5) NOTHINGBUTADREAMER made an uncharacteristic break at the start as a 1-to-5 chalk in the opening leg. He can make amends here in leg 2. (7) ALL STAR YANKEE produced a better effort in leg 1 when a distant 2nd to a dominant winner and he can complete the Exacta. (2) LOOKS LIKE MAGIC looks best of the rest in this spot; using underneath. (1) PRINCE ARCHIE can land in the bottom of the exotics if he behaves tonight.

Race 3: 2YO fillies NW1 or $5,000 LT
(2) EXCITING MIA just missed getting a check in the Grassroots final and she stacks up well vs. this group. (5) TEA LAKE wasn’t far behind the choice then and she figures to be the main threat here; using. (7) MUSCONE fits better here after trying a Gold race. Her best race gives her a chance vs. these. (3) FITNESS CLASS had no chance from post 9 in the Grassroots final. She is in the exotics mix facing maidens tonight.
Race 4: 2YO and 3YO fillies NW1 or $5,000 LT Pick 4
(10) SILENT LUCIDITY has the best recent race and she can beat these if she gets a reasonable trip from post 10. (1) PAM finished just behind the choice and she figures to be the main threat tonight. (7) CATCH SOME SUN paced a sub-56 back 1/2 from post 10 and she is in with a decent chance here starting from a better post tonight. (5) HONEY LOVE was bet like she couldn’t lose last week and she didn’t fire. Is tonight the night instead?
Race 5: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT
(8) RICARDO has jogged twice at this level in his past three starts and he will likely do the same again tonight. (10) P L QUINELLA is capable vs. these and he has the driver to overcome the wide post, but I’d demand a price if you like him. (6) CACTUSTOTHECLOUDS will likely flash speed and stick around for a share. (9) CENTURY JAGUAR comes off a solid effort. Consider him for the bottom of the exotics.
Race 6: 2YO colts and geldings NW1 or $5,000 LT Pick 5
(8) WHEELZABLAZIN was beat by a gelding that has already come back to win, and he looks best vs. these; top call. (1) DEVILS KISS was also second to that same gelding but in his second win that came last week. He should be the main threat. (3) JAY RICHARD NYCE was locked in until it was too late last week. He is another in with a shot here. (5) STAR HAIRDRESSER should be good for a small share in this spot.
Race 7: 2YO and 3YO colts and geldings NW1 or $5,000 LT
(6) HANGOVER HILL, a 1/2 to $1.8 million earner Racing Hill (1:48 M), lands in a good spot to debut and he has a big shot to graduate at first asking. (9) BE RIGHT THERE gets Macdonald and a slightly better post, and that can make him a threat in here; using. (4) GIGITYGIGITYGIGTY qualified nicely for this and I can see him landing in the exotics. (2) BROOKLYN STRONG is in the mix every race and he is a good one to use underneath.
Race 8: Pop Up Series Ont. sired 3YO fillies NW $20,000 in 2023 Leg 2 AE: Leg 1 starters Pick 4
(4) VALLEE DOREE and (3) ANGELIKI likely battle it out again in leg 2 of this series and I will call the former to repeat. (1) JAYPORT ANNA MAY is fast enough to contend with these, but she comes off a break in stride and draws the rail. I’d need a price here. (6) OLIVIAS GOLDNUGGET is capable of taking a share vs. these; price look.

Race 9: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,000 LT Pick 4
(3) TANGLEWILD ROAD is clearly fastest in here based on her most recent start and I imagine she will get aggressive earlier in the mile this time; top call. (9) JONNY BOOTS raced well in defeat, and he figures to be the one to fend off late here; using. (1) NORTHERN IRONMAN will probably sit another nice following trip and take a slice. Notice he has finished 3rd 13 times in his last 41 starts. (6) MEADOWVIEW LILLY will likely close for a slice if she stays flat.
Race 10: Pop Up Series Ont. sired 3YO colts and geldings NW $20,000 in 2023 Leg 2 AE: Leg 1 starters
(7) M I RADICAL continued his winning ways in the opening leg of the series and the slow final time is a product of the off track. I’ll stick with him here. (2) DWS POINT MAN should go much better in this Pop Up series dropping out of the Grassroots final; using. (1) TYRONE BOW TIE just jogged after the 1-to-5 favorite blew up at the start. He is a contender right back, but this looks like a tougher spot. (9) AIRBORNE wasn’t far behind the choice in his first race since May and he is another that is playable on late multi-race tickets.
Race 11: F&M CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000
(6) DOLLYDAYDREAM overcame a tough trip to beat many of these last week and now she draws best; call to repeat. (5) CANTSTOPTHEFEELIN brings some great form in from Flamboro and she should be the main threat to the choice here; using. (9) SHEPLAYSFORKEEPS made two moves as the 3-to-5 favorite in that race then backed up late. She is worth a look for the exotics moving into Marfisi’s barn. (4) HILLBILLY JET will likely race close to the front again and stick around for a share.
Race 12: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000 for NW $40,000 LT
(10) BLAKESAGENT drops into a much easier spot and I don’t mind post 10 for him in this field; top call. (1) SAULSBROOK BOOMER beat many of these last week and he should get another good trip racing near the front; using. (2) SUNSHINE LOVE’s good tactical speed should facilitate another nice following trip. He figures to be part of the Tri. (9) SELF ISOLATION gets J Mac back for a second drive and he’s worth using underneath. (8) HIGNETT takes frequent shares. Consider him for the bottom of the Tri.
