Race 1: CLAIMING HANDICAP $15,000 TO $18,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE & SEX. ENTER IN MULTIPLES OF $1,000.
(4) WICKED EXPRESS comes off a convincing victory and could prove dangerous if he handles the class rise. (9) STICKEMINLETHIMGO adds Lasix after a disappointing outing as the favorite where he made two moves. He is good enough to rebound. (10) CANT STOP LOU comes off a sharp victory against these and has the tactical speed to overcome the outside post.

Race 2: NW $20,000 LAST 4 STARTS. AE: NW 8 RACES OR $150,000 LIFETIME.
(7) PENNTELLER HANOVER never had an anxious moment last week and looks primed to repeat. (2) MR BLUEBIRD should be more competitive against these and likely won’t be racing from well off the pace. (5) UNGAWA has enough early speed to get himself into the mix and stick around for a big piece.
Race 3: CLAIMING HANDICAP $10,000 TO $12,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE & SEX. ENTER IN MULTIPLES OF $1,000.
(7) YYC ON THE HORIZON held his own after two moves and only lost by half a length. Look for him to post another quality outing. (2) I AMA ROCKET comes off a commanding front-end victory and could work out a trip from an advantageous post. (5) DRAGONS BETTER flew home in his latest and could take advantage of quick fractions set by the obvious speed types.
Race 4: NW $6,100 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $12,000 LAST 8 STARTS (W/O $20,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E) AE: OPT. CLM. $40,000. AE: NW $25,000 IN 2026.
(1) DISTANCE LEARNING should attract plenty of attention off the claim. He could break a somewhat stale run of outings. (10) STABLE GENIUS comes off a strong front-stepping victory and looks capable of repeating despite the outside post. (9) SPRITE SEELSTER finished a solid second in her latest and should be competitive with another well-timed closing effort.
Race 5: NW $2,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $9,250 LAST 8 STARTS. (W/O $12,500 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: OPT. CLM. $25,000.
(9) MY HOLY MOLEY comes off a convincing front-end victory in his latest start and looks like the horse to beat if he can overcome the outside draw. (10) LUKES BAR is slowly working his way back into form and could improve again with another class drop. (1) CRYSTAL BALLER could secure an inside trip that puts him in contention against this group.
Race 6: HORSES & GELDINGS CLAIMING $8,000 FOR NW $4,000 LAST 4 STARTS. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.
(6) THE DARK PANTHER has shown consistent early speed and competitive recent form at this claiming level, making him a logical win candidate. (4) DR JOE has been closing effectively in recent appearances and could benefit if the early leaders engage in a demanding pace. (9) TELLIT RUSS TELLIT drops from tougher claiming competition and has enough back class to threaten despite the outside post.
Race 7: FILLIES & MARES.
(10) DAFFY HANOVER comes off an impressive victory, although the outside post presents a challenge. She can overcome it. (9) TACTICAL STRIKE just went wire-to-wire in her latest start and should be a serious contender if she can establish an advantageous early position. I’m tired of chasing (3) STORMONT BEAUTIFUL but she always remains a factor given her sharp turn of foot.
Race 8: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, WINNERS OF 3 (FM 4) BUT NOT MORE THAN 6 OR $80,000 (OS $100,000) LIFETIME.
(4) GUCCI GUCCI GOO comes off a sharp victory and draws a favorable post that should allow him to work out another competitive trip. (8) GETTHEGREEN has been racing consistently against stronger competition and could prove dangerous with a clean journey. (5) ANOTHER GREAT MASS faces a more manageable assignment after competing in the Ontario Harvest Series and should benefit from the class relief.
Race 9: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW 2 RACES OR $22,000 LIFETIME.
(3) AMORPHOUS was unable to finish the mile after looking like a world beater in his first two starts. I think he can rebound. (4) ASTRALPLANE was impressive winning his debut outing and looks capable of handling the class rise with another strong performance. (9) CAPTAIN TATE comes off a front-stepping victory and has the early speed to establish a favorable position despite the outside draw.

Race 10: OPEN.
(5) LOGAN PARK is the one to beat again until proven otherwise. I think (6) MAJOR VELOCITY has the sharpest turn of foot of the others and could wind up best of the rest. (7) GAINES HANOVER finished a close second in his latest start and has enough class to be competitive with these rivals.
Race 11: NW $9,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $18,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $60,000. AE: NW $45,000 IN 2026.
(10) AMIGO VOLO looks to drop and pop in the finale. I’ll give him the nod despite the outside draw. (5) GRIFF has been consistently competitive against comparable types, and his recent efforts suggest he is ready for another strong performance. (9) MAXIMUM EXPOSURE comes off a solid runner-up performance and appears to be improving.
