(1) JM BETONSIX drops again and she picks up McNair tonight. She should be tough to beat in this spot. (6) DARKRSHADEOFPALE N won last time she raced at a similar level and she will likely be the one to fend off coming down the stretch; using. (3) NIGHTLIFE SEELSTER picks up Macdonald tonight with McNair choosing the choice and she should be in the exotics mix racing from close range again. (2) FERN HILL BELLA can get a good following trip and land in the bottom of the exotics.

Race 2: 3YO Colts and Geldings Grassroots starters AE: NW $35,500 LT

(4) PETIPOU has been right there in all of his Mohawk Park starts and he should be the one to catch here. (7) STOP THE SHOOTIN was 2nd in a tougher field than this two starts back and he could provide some Pick 5 value tonight; using. (6) DREAMFAIR ARNIE B is an obvious contender on paper but he could get too far back here racing in between Grassroots starts. He can win, but I wouldn't take a short price. (1) AVIATOR gets Henry in the bike tonight and he can land in the exotics starting from the rail.

Race 3: Winners of 3 but not more than 7 races or $80,000 LT

(5) ARMOR SEELSTER comes off a nice win at Grand River on Monday and he lands in a spot where he should get a swift early pace to stalk. I see him pouncing in the lane and vaulting past the leaders. (8) GREATEST ENDING raced great in defeat last week and he should be the one to catch again; using. (6) FROZEN HANOVER, 3rd in the North America Cup, obviously fits well on class and he is another that could do in this competitive dash. (7) CENTURY HEINEKEN should be good for another small share in this spot.

Race 4: F&M NW $7,700 L5 or $12,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $35,000 - Pick 4

(8) MY MOTHER PEARL drops and she gets a probable pace scenario that should set up her good late kick; top call. (1) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP is another dropper that should be flying late tonight and she is the other one that I'll use on multi-race tickets. (9) BEACH MOMENT went too fast early last week. She gets McClure back tonight and she could get a better trip here and take a share. (2) MAJOR LEAGUE N chased some wild early fractions last week and she stuck around to take a share. She is in the exotics mix again.

Race 5: NW $11,000 L5 or NW $26,000 L8 AE: NW $140,000 LT

(8) THATLL BE SPORTY is sharp and this race looks like it could set up for his late move. I'll take a swing with him looking for a price. (10) SINTRA has raced well in all three starts since being bought privately by The Stable. He rates highly here despite drawing widest. (2) SECOND BRUISER won at a similar level four starts back and he can work out a good trip racing close to the lead here; using. (1) COMMANDING OFFICER should improve on the drop here but he has missed close to a month and I'll use him underneath.

Race 6: Claiming $15,000 to $18,000 for NW $100,000 - Pick 5

(5) ROCKINMYDREAM drops back into a conditioned claimer after racing okay in a claiming handicap first time off the claim. He stacks up well here and gets my nod. (7) MISTER J R gets Roy in the bike racing off the Lester claim and he should get an aggressive steer tonight; using. (8) JIM STRIKESITRICH dominated at this level last week and he is hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (4) HELLO ROCKY frequently takes small shares. He should be part of the Tri or Super.

Race 7: F&M NW $10,200 L5 or $20,000 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $15K or less L4 AE: OPT CLM $50,000

(5) HEAVENS SHOWGIRL A raced great vs. lesser last week, pressing some big fractions and gaining a clear lead in the lane before getting caught. She steps up which will help her price but McNair sticks and she can beat these if she works out a good trip. (6) MISS ROCKADALI is right there most weeks and she never gets bet. She has upset potential in this spot. (9) WESTERN WISH has won 10 of her last 36 races and she faces easier coming back home from Pennsylvania tonight. She isn't out of this. (10) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN drops from the top class but she is winless this year and she has already had chances at this level. I'll use her underneath.

Race 8: NW $6,000 L5 or $14,200 L10 AE: OPT CLM $40,000

(7) ROYAL RENEGADE dropped, popped, and took a new life's mark and he gets the call to repeat coming back in the same class. (1) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR got clearance in deep stretch and closed to narrowly miss. He is in with a decent shot tonight. (4) LETS GET PICKLED wasn't far behind the choice last week. He should be part of the Tri here. (8) GRAND POOBAH comes off a sick scratch but he faces easier tonight. He should get positioned near the front early and he is in the exotics mix.

Race 9: NW $35,000 L5 or $175,000 LT AE: 4YO - Pick 4

(4) MAPPOS LION was flying late last week but so were the horses in front of him. With Warrawee Vital not making this class, he is one of a few in with a chance tonight. (2) WHEELS ON FIRE is another who should enjoy Warrawee Vital's absence and he will likely be the one to catch in here; using. (1) DESPERATE MAN took a break then qualified against Bulldog Hanover on 8/2. He is obviously good enough to beat these if he is sharp enough and the intent is there. (5) EAST END should be part of the early pace and he can stick around for a share.

Race 10: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000

When (6) JULERICA races like he did last week, nothing in this class can touch him. I'll give him the call to repeat. (3) ALLGONOWHOA has improved his form recently and he can be an Exacta factor tonight. (9) HERESTHATMANAGAIN, a distant 2nd to the choice last week, figures to be in the mix again tonight and I'll use him underneath. (8) MUSTANG BEACH was 3rd in that same race as the even money chalk. He likely finishes on the fringes again tonight.

Race 11: NW $2,000 L3

(1) RESPECT OUR FLAG takes a big class plunge tonight and this is a field that he is supposed to beat. (2) HOMEY JOE won at a slightly higher level on 6/20 and has been in too tough since. He should be the one to catch in here. He is the other one that I'll use in the late Pick 4. (4) CENTURY FURY is 0 for 2022 but he figures to take a share at this level; using underneath. (6) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ is interesting here racing off the Lester claim; sits and rallies for a share.

Race 12: Horses that raced for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L3

(2) HUNTER HILL paced an incredible mile parked the route last week to beat 10 rivals and he gets a better post here. A threepeat looms. (5) SOMBODYITREASURE was picked off by the choice right on the line and he figures to be the main threat right back. (3) CODENAME CIGAR BOX brings some tremendous form east from the prairies and makes his initial start out of the Cullen barn. He would be no surprise here. (9) ROCKME ROLLME was right there in a fast mile but he draws tough here. I'll use him underneath. (8) HESINCONTROL gets off the rail and gets a driver change tonight. Sharp improvement is possible.
