(6) HUNGRY TO SUCCEED changes barns and gets back to big track. Better effort expected. (2) LOUS WORLD has improved in second and third starts here. Don’t sell short.

This is a tougher level. (2) MOMAS SON BYRNE is another hit and miss type that makes this race hard. Two back line fits.

(9) RESPECT OUR FLAG drops here, kicked 26 2/5 in last that could point to forward move now. (3) REACTOR NOW A woke up at Grand River, returns at a similar level looking for the same speed. (5) STORMALONG needs this drop in class. Can share with better effort.

(3) HUNGRY MAN has had no chance in his last three. Should be closer to the pace and look to grind. (2) WHATCHULOOKIN AT had a brutal trip in last. He’s classy and has a quick move that can win if timed right. (4) DUPREE HANOVER was better at this level 7/20 off the drop. (8) STONE CARVER was favored vs these in last. Could be limited to a share with this post.

Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, NW $9,100 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $17,500 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: NW $68,500 LIFETIME - Pick 4

(9) GIAS SURREAL is better than her one win this year indicates. Can blast again and hope to trip out. (7) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL would be nice to own. Shows up and gets checks almost every week just doesn’t win much. Drops in class. (1) FLIGHT CREW N moves inside after wide trip in latest. (2) SHOOT THE WHISKEY is another share type that fits much better at this level.

Race 8: NW $17,500 LAST 5 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $70,000. AE: NW OF A RACE IN 2024 (MIN 10 STARTS). AE: OS 3YO TO DRAW INSIDE.

(5) STONEBRIDGE HELIOS has made a lot of money at this racetrack. Soft spot for his return. (1) STORM SHADOW is in between stakes starts but is fast and consistent. (3) WHEELS ON FIRE could go a long way on the front here. Needs things to go his way early and then he will get brace late. (7) RON finds a way to close for a share no matter the level.

(4) WHICHWAYTOTHEBEACH is one of the sharpest horses at the track, a nose away from five straight. He has a better post now. (1) TAURASI returns home looking to right himself. Bad posts and tough foes in those stakes tries. (6) STOCKADE SEELSTER is getting closer to top form since return. Last was quick early and late. (5) THE GREEK FREAK is a closer in a speed filled race. Hits top level now looking to grab a slice.

Race 10: NW $2,650 LAST 5 STARTS. AE: NW $17,500 IN 2024 (MIN 9 STARTS). AE: N/A $1,225 P/S IN 2023-24

(4) TYGA HANOVER has made over 436k lifetime and used to win at this track. He comes out of fast races. (5) COLIGNY HANOVER was claimed two back and was protected. He tired there, drops to bottom now. (6) SOUTHWIND SAMBUCCA was speedy in a race dominated by closers. Could last longer now. (9) TYPHOON STRIDE N was sharp not long ago with back to back wins in June. Needs that form here. (7) FROWNIES MIRACLE is a closer that can share late.
