(3) CANT TURN YOU DOWN will need to keep her A-Game up against these fillies but the recent form speaks for itself. (4) NAUGHTY DELIGHT makes her second start on Lasix and gets post relief. She has flashed potential in the past. (6) SINGINGINTHERAIN has been off for almost two years but appears ready to go after just one quick qualifier.

If (5) SUNSHINE MAGIC was going to unleash her fastball anywhere, this wouldn’t be a bad spot to do so. She draws well and shouldn’t face too much resistance. (2) PRETTY MISSY MAY rebounded nicely in her latest where she made two moves. She was one paced but chased a strong winner. (6) MADAM X hasn’t been in her best form but could perform better tonight if she finds a live helmet.

Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, NW $6,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $14,750 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: NW $20,000 IN 2026. AE: NW 2 RACES IN 2026 (MIN 15 STARTS).

(7) GLENBORO performed extremely well from off the pace given her recent track record. She could be in line for a speed try tonight. (8) RAPTORS WON could complete the Cullen exacta and should benefit from a drop in class. She deserves a long look despite the winless 2026. (4) DIRTY DIANA grinded out a nice finish in her latest and is third back now. Similar tactics likely equal a similar finish.

Race 4: POP UP SERIES: STARTERS FOR PURSE OF $13,000 OR LESS L4 STARTS (WO $50,000 IN 2026 NE). AE: NA $2,200 PS IN 2026 (MIN 10 STARTS) LEG 1.

(2) LAKERS BANK was hammered down to favoritism last week and lacked room in the stretch. We’ll see if he can hang with the likes of (4) BOOTHILL HUDY who has been sharp and draws perfectly to secure a good trip. (9) CHICKEN N DICE gets away from some tough claiming competition but he held his own there. An off-the-pace trip could see him capitalize on a potential pace duel.

Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $13,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $27,500 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $70,000. AE: NW $115,000 LIFETIME.

(7) SENSATIONALIZE A gets a drop from the Open and has flashed gate speed in the past. Look for her to shine through here with a good trip. (10) CARRERA SUNSET N will have a tougher time from post ten but she was flying up the inside late when the race fell apart. (2) PERFECTLY CHIC got the jump on the rest of the field and paced her best mile of the season. Another step forward gives her a chance.

Race 6: NW $9,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $19,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000.

(5) CODENAME CIGAR BOX was wide around the first turn and still rallied nicely in a race with ridiculous fractions. Post relief should mean less traffic trouble. (1) UNCLE SHANK A turned back the clock last week with a down the road score. Those fractions are not repeatable but a speed try might be. (8) STICKEMINLETHIMGO has yet to prove himself against these types but the recent form speaks for itself. We’ll see what he has to offer tonight.

Race 7: POP UP SERIES: STARTERS FOR PURSE OF $13,000 OR LESS L4 STARTS (WO $50,000 IN 2026 NE). AE: NA $2,200 PS IN 2026 (MIN 10 STARTS) LEG 1.

(5) SNACK ATTACK likely looks for another down the road score considering the post and success he had last week. (3) FRANCO SANTANA N was left chasing wild fractions in his latest. Pitch that line. He has the gate speed to secure a decent trip near the front. (6) ODDS ON VALHALLA is a grinder who hasn’t been able to take advantage of horses pacing :50 and change miles. He’ll likely need the race to fall apart.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GRASSROOTS LEG 4A. 2 YEAR OLD PACING COLTS & GELDINGS. STARTING FEE $400 CDN ($315 USD).

(10) JUST KEEP FLYING made multiple moves and had to chase a quick final quarter. A cleaner trip might be a tough ask from the outside but I think his price inflates. (7) THE SWOOPER hasn’t done much wrong in his two previous Grassroots tries. I expect him to secure a good early position. (4) UNTOLD STORY has won three in a row easily at the Prospect level. He should be a threat for a piece if he sustains his move.

Race 9: OPEN.

(6) DAME GOOD TIME is second time McNair after a solid outing in the Earl Rowe. Look for his class to shine through. (1) MAJOR VELOCITY broke in that race but took significant play. His race two back was very good against top level trotters. (3) WHAT ABOUT ELMO was forced three wide when making his outside move, though he wasn’t catching Osceola anyway. Look for him to get another piece.

Race 10: NW $25,000 LAST 4 STARTS. AE: NW 8 RACES OR $150,000 LIFETIME. AE: NW $42,000 IN 2026.

(1) VESSEM N was a horse I liked last week but he never had room up the inside until it was too late. I’ll try him again. (3) AYEAYE CAPTAIN DEO made a nice rally on the outside and is a similar type to Vessem. Both should be contenders third back. (7) CENTURY KOMODO couldn’t hold off Crack Shot but still raced well. He could be first to the lead but likely won’t hold that spot.

(6) STONEBRIDGE HELIOS takes a significant drop and will likely get back to form with a speed try. (8) RIPASSO finds himself with another new pilot but also takes a drop in class. We’ve seen only J-Mac have recent success. (4) BLUE BAR has made his money near the lead in the past but will likely have to race off a helmet from up close at best.

(2) JK BLACK GOLD returns to the Menary barn where he found success last year around the Mohawk oval. His form has been fine against upper level pacers. (3) DOWS UP grinded out a nice finish against some tough claimers again last week. I’m interested to see how he can sustain that move against these. (5) GRIN AND WIN won the Pop-Up Final last week and draws well again tonight. He should secure a good trip tonight.
