(8) WEDNESDAY produced a big kicker in her last start vs. Grassroots fillies and Cullen will likely get more aggressive with her at the start of this race; top call in the opener. (3) GENTRIFY either races great or breaks stride. Let price be your guide with this one. (2) RAFFLE WINNER has taken seven slices in eight starts, and he will likely take another share here racing close to the front throughout. (5) TWIN B NANCYS WISH comes in from Grand River on a two-race win streak, but these are tougher. I’ll use her underneath.

Race 2: 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT AE: 4YO N/A $725 P/S L5

(8) BET ON SUNSHINE paced a 53 and change back 1/2 despite having missed a week. He can beat these if he is a little closer early. (5) ALRITEALRITEALRITE was the first leader, then was trapped in 3rd for most of the stretch drive. He should contend here racing from close range and he will be on my Pick 5 ticket. (6) FASNACHT HANOVER got a start in after missing several weeks and it wouldn’t be a shock to see him improve sharply on this spot; using. (1) GANSBAAI was bottled up until late, but he escaped in time to get his nose up over maidens. I’ll use him underneath stepping up this week.

Race 3: F&M NW $8,000 L5 AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: NW $37,500 IN 2024 OR N/A $1,515 P/S IN 2023-24

(9) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN’s first start back was excellent as she got picked off late by a very nice sophomore in a fast mile. She drops now and she will be a single for me. (1) TWIN B TIPSTER is another that drops and she has been raced more aggressively recently. She can be an Exacta factor here. (4) BLUEMEA KISS comes off a solid effort. She will likely sit a trip racing close to the front and stick around for a share. (2) ONE LAST WISH steps up but she adds Lasix. She is in the exotics mix.

Race 4: F&M 5YO and younger NW 3 or $77,500 LT - Pick 4

(6) SORCHA SEELSTER was only three lengths behind the best sophomore pacing filly on the continent last start and she will probably go off as the second choice to (1) HOW MUCH in this spot. Slight nod goes to the former. The latter is obvious coming off a sub-1:50 lifetime-best blowout score. (5) COCO JOJO races better passing fillies. I think she sits back and rallies for a slice this time. (3) ONE MORE BET is a hard trier that should get a good piece of this.

Race 5: NW $14,600 L5 or $23,500 L8 AE: NW $105,000 LT

This is a good betting race with several live options. (1) MAPPOS LION is starting to find his A game and he gets his regular driver back tonight. I’ll take a price stab with him. (8) DRAGONONTHEBEACH crushed and took a new life’s mark in the process. He couldn’t be any sharper and he’s hard to leave out. (5) WHATCHULOOKIN AT can really fly late on his best day, and he could get a pace battle to chase here. He is another possibility for multi-race tickets. (9) LEAVE IT TO LEO is right there every week but he faces tougher here. I’ll use him underneath.

Race 6: F&M NW $18,000 L5 or $24,500 L10 AE: NW $27,500 L5 to draw outside - Pick 5

(5) STYLE FOR A MILE gets critical post relief tonight after getting outsprinted early by two classy rivals last week. I think there’s a good chance she works out the winning trip racing close to the front throughout. (8) SHES GOT IT ALL jogged at this level at 1 to 5 last time. She is an obvious strong threat in this field; using. (7) HUNTRESS finished 2nd to the choice two starts back and she should be close again tonight. (4) CAVIAR N CRACKERS can get a small share in this spot with her typical good closing kick.

Race 7: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 LT - Pick 4

(5) GRAMBLING HALL dropped two seconds in his second start and was shaded by two rivals in a good effort. He has a good shot to lead all the way here. (2) TWIN B FLING trotted her fastest mile of her career last week in a good closing effort and she can be a late threat here, too; using. (4) ELEGANT RESOLVE is another that raced better in his most recent start that is worth a look for multi-race tickets. (3) DEALERS DELITE, the only four-year-old in the field, is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics.

Race 8: 5YO and younger NW3 or $56,000 LT AE: 4YO NW1 in 2024 AE: 3YO NW $96,000 LT to draw outside

(4) CUPID SHUFFLE is in a better spot here and he outdrew his two main rivals. He is likely to offer an overlaid price in this spot; top call. (9) LOUS WORLD is in peak form, and he seems to race better when deploying a closing style. He drew worst so I wouldn’t take a short price, but he is an obvious contender. (8) CHAIN GANG is two for two, but he has missed three weeks after racing twice in six days. I’m not sire how hard he will be used in this spot, but he is obviously fast enough to beat these. (7) UNRIVALLED HANOVER comes off a solid effort and he can take another slice here.

Race 9: PREFERRED

(6) TAURASI was involved in some wild fractions last week after missing three weeks between starts and he should be as tight as a drum now coming off that effort. He gets the nod here. (4) JABBERWOCKY has really improved this season to the point where he can pass rivals to win in fast miles at the top level here. He is sharp and dangerous. (2) WRITE ME A ROSE was the beneficiary of the destructively fast fractions last week and he may be hurt by the short field this time. (1) REDWOOD HANOVER should be good for another share in this spot.

Race 10: NW $8,000 L5 or $18,500 L8 AE: OPT CLM $50,000 AE: NW1 or $32,000 in 2024 (Min. 12 starts)

(8) ORDER ONE TO GO produced a 25 3/5 kicker racing off the Giles claim despite having missed time due to a lame scratch. He can beat these if things shake out his way. I’ll swing for the fences. (4) WHEELS ON FIRE drops in search of his second win of the year and he may just go down the road vs. this group. (5) HAIL CHRISTIAN N raced well at this level when second to a class dropper on 7/27. He can take another slice here. (1) RON is 0 for 2024 and he is more likely to take a share than a win at this point. (3) FRANKIE FRANKIE can sit a trip and take a small share in this spot.
