Race 1: 5YO and younger NW $16,750 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(5) LEAVE IT TO LEO dropped close to three seconds in breaking his maiden in his second start and he should be the one to catch and beat here. Sauble Ace would be favored here and that's who (3) CANCUN KAI faced last week. This spot should be easier, and Henry will likely send him. He would be no surprise. (2) ALL ATTITUDE fits well vs. these, and he should be heard from with his big late kick; using. (4) TF ROCKETMAN brings solid form in from Ottawa, and he doesn’t look out of place here. He can take a share.

Race 2: 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT
Gold droppers (1) TALK RACY TO ME and (2) FADE TO LIGHT will likely battle for the win here. Nod goes to the former who has better current form. (7) WRY will likely close from the back again tonight. I see him landing in the Tri this time. (4) THONG CONTROL was 3rd in a similar class two starts back and he should contend for a share tonight.
Race 3: F&M NW $14,000 L5 AE: 3YO
(5) GIAS SURREAL takes a big drop here and this is a field that she is supposed to handle. (4) RAPTORS WON missed three weeks, but Moreau can still have her sharp. On form, she fits; using. (1) ONE LAST WISH just won a Gold with (6) CHEESY SMILE behind her. Keep in mind their main goal is the next Gold.
Race 4: 5YO and younger winners of 2 but not more than 4 or $45K LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $50K AE: Grassroots starters in 2023 - Pick 4
(2) MOMENT IS HERE raced terrific in defeat in a Gold race last week and if he is driven with similar aggression tonight, he should beat these. (6) SOUNDS GOOD hasn't raced since his blowout Grassroots win in Clinton on 7/9, but if he is sharp, he will contend here; using. (9) IKES DREAM raced well in defeat last week and he is another that is in with a shot here. (10) ACAPULCO SUNBURN looks to repeat in this class, but this is a tougher field, and he draws worst; small share predicted.
Race 5: NW $8,000 L5 or $15,600 L8 or NW $21,500 in 2023 (Min. 2 starts) AE: OPT CLM $45,000
(5) FABRIZIO N raced tremendous in defeat last week, just failing to catch the big chalk. He is razor-sharp and the clear one to beat here. Quirky (8) BEYOND BETTER stayed flat and paced a sub-53 back 1/2 last week. He is possible here, but he tends to get too far back often. This race could set up for him. (10) WIND BLOWN fires back quickly off a sharp win and his sharpness and speed make him a threat. (1) BEACHIN LINDY is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics making his first start back from a break.
Race 6: NW $20,000 L5 AE: NW9 LT - Pick 5
Great betting race with several sharp horses, many of whom want the front. I see the race setting up for closer (5) H P MOMENTUM who should get better position at the start leaving from the middle of the gate tonight. (4) JABBERWOCKY races best when he is allowed to roll from the outset as seem by his 1:48 3/5 lifetime mark taken last week. He should be the one to catch here but there are others that also like the front. (3) LIVINTHEBEACHLIFE drops and he may have his sights set on the front so there should be a strong early pace for the choice to chase here. (8) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER raced his eyeballs out in two straight wins and his tenacity should be respected.
Race 7: 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT - Pick 4
This looks like a battle between (8) SAUBLE ACE and (4) WINMEBAK. The former will likely have early position on the latter, so he gets the nod. (1) BETTER OPTION was no match for the choice last week, but he should be good for another share here. (2) THE MOMENT AROSE can be closer from an inside post this week; price look for the exotics.
Race 8: Winners of 4 but not more than 6 or $80,000 LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $60,000
(4) SOUTHSIDE EDDY is razor-sharp now, and he should be close enough at the head of the land to chase his rivals down tonight; top call. (6) WRITE ME A ROSE exits some tough sophomore stakes and he should improve sharply in this spot. He would be no surprise. (1) RON closed a big gap late last week and he should be in the exotics mix again tonight. (2) FROZEN HANOVER should show more speed tonight and he could get brave if he is left unchallenged too long, but I prefer to use him underneath tonight.

Race 9: PREFERRED 2
(1) LAWLESS SHADOW drops back to the level where he won't see Linedrive Hanover or Warrawee Vital lined up beside him on the gate and he is the one to catch here. (5) CADILLAC BAYAMA tripped out last week, but he paced to a new life's mark, and he is sharp and dangerous. (2) NAUTICAL HANOVER figures to be closer in this short field starting from an inside post; using underneath. (6) MOMAS SON BYRNE missed three weeks and he isn't one I would play at a price anywhere closer to his 2 to 1 morning line.
Race 10: NW $14,000 L5 or NW $45,000 in 2023 (Min. 12 starts) AE: 3YO
(8) SAULSBROOK VICTOR should get aggressive on the big class drop here and I'll give him a slight nod over sophomore (3) STOCKADE SEELSTER. The latter seemed to have no excuse when he finished fourth at 1 to 20 in a Gold last week. He looks to get back on track here, but I'd be careful with price. (7) THE GREEK FREAK raced okay in a fast mile last week and he should be in the exotics mix again. (1) ROCKIN N TALKIN is razor-sharp, and he is another that should get a good share here. (6) REAL WILLEY is always a good one to use underneath.
