(5) NO BETTER JOY is another dropper that also gets post relief here and he is another that will likely be forwardly-placed early; using. (7) PIPEWRENCH CHARLIE took all the money at the windows last week and he was a big "go" but he went too fast, too soon. He is a contender here. (8) MAYHEM LIKE ME can close for a slice on the class drop tonight.

Race 2: 3YO Grassroots Starters

(6) PERSISTANT BOY has been lights out in his last three starts and this race shapes as him sitting in (7) JABBERWOCKY's pocket and rolling by him in the lane. Filion chose the former over the latter but Jabberwocky gets the leading driver and he is the obvious threat. (2) DYNOMITES PEAK is improving and he should rally for a share again tonight. (5) STOP THE SHOOTIN was no match for the choice late in the mile last week, but he raced tough uncovered on the rim and he is in the mix here.

Race 3: F&M PREFERRED HANDICAP

(8) SHES NUN BETTOR N narrowly bested (7) SO MUCH MORE in two straight and maybe there is a new queen atop the aged pacing mares local hierarchy although the former's price will surely drop tonight. It didn't take (6) VOELZ DELIGHT long to come into form as a four-year-old and she will be a factor here despite moving up. (5) SHES GOT IT ALL is in solid form and she can take another share here.

Race 4: 5YO and Younger Winners of 3 but not more than 6 or $80,000 LT AE: 3YO and 4YO to be claimed for $50,000 - Pick 4

(4) POWERTRAIN woke up on the class drop last week, making a wide move on the final turn and finishing fast only to be picked off by a rival that threw down a 25 3/5 kicker. I expect him to lay closer early tonight; top call. (2) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER has been facing a steady diet of tough customers recently and he should improve in this spot; using. (9) CENTURY HEINEKEN will likely look to blast to the front racing at this level and he is a threat to lead these all the way. (6) TWIN B HEART THROB tries hard every week. He is a good one to use on the bottom of the exotics at a price.

Race 5: NW $17,000 L5 or $25,000 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $16K or less in 1 of L4 AE: OPT CLM $60,000

Classy (8) ENAVANT came to life last week and that probably will be bad news for any horse that faces him in these types of conditioned races going forward; call to repeat. (9) POSIEDON SEELSTER was right there on the wire with hot Mappos Lion and he is another who woke up in a big way last week. He is in the mix tonight. (6) B STONEY was game in defeat but he needed one more stride to get up for the win. These are tougher and I'll use him underneath. (10) LAWLESS SHADOW can be a speed threat here despite drawing widest but I prefer to use him on the bottom.

Race 6: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD Leg 2 3YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 5

(1) ST LADS STERLING probably got the tightener he needed last week after missing two weeks following a dominant Gold win. It's highly unlikely that he will be sitting 6th at the 1/2 tonight. Expect a rebound here. (2) KOLBY TWO STEP should benefit from a more lively pace tonight and he should be flying late; using. (8) SPORT SECRET took advantage of several rivals lack of intent last week but he lowered his lifetime mark and he should contend here. (7) SOUTHSIDE EDDY changed hands following his fast blowout win on the Maritimes. It will be interesting to see how much action he takes on the tote tonight.

Race 7: NW $10,000 L5 or $23,000 L10 or NW $100,000 LT AE OT CLM $40,000

(5) LEGION SEELSTER left hard and found the pocket last week the took a shuffle due to a mid-race lead change. He lacked room for most of the lane and he can beat these if he gets a better trip. (9) SINTRA was right there in his first start for The Stable following a private sale and he would be no surprise here. (1) FLYINGEVENBETTOR N failed to convert at even money on the class drop last week. I'll use him underneath here. (3) RESPECT OUR FLAG should enter contention for a share tonight getting post relief.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD Leg 2 3YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 4

(7) RON is a bit hidden to me here because he hasn't been sent forward leaving the gate in recent starts. He is sharp and can beat these if put in position early and my gut tells me that Hudon will blast with him top call. (1) MAGICAL ARTHUR is a Grand Circuit winner this year and he should benefit from returning to a 7-day rotation; using. (4) ACAPLUCO SUNBURN was picked off late by a rival that enjoyed a perfect pocket trip last week. He has upset potential here. (3) STONEBRIDGE HELIOS has had some issues and missed more than a month. I will play to beat him here.

Race 9: NW $5,000 L5 or $13,300 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $9K or less L3

(2) RHYTHM IN MOTION steps up in sharp form after winning well last week while making his second start for Marfisi following a barn change. I'll give him the nod to repeat. (4) RAYS KREDIT paced a 54-flat back 1/2 in the Pop-Up final and he has some appeal in this field; using. (7) CENTURY FURY should get a good trip racing near the front tonight. He is in the exotics mix. (1) REAGAN BLUE CHIP can make it into the Tri or Super using his typical late kick.

Race 10: OPEN HANDICAP

(7) WARRAWEE VITAL is strictly the one to beat here coming off paired 1:48 1/5 winning miles. (2) MAPPOS LION has been razor-sharp for several weeks and he could provide some Exacta value here stepping up into the top class. (4) COLD CREEK CABO made the race with the choice interesting in deep stretch last week and teamster Macdonald sticks. He is in the exotics mix again. (1) THE GREEK FREAK has been racing well for several weeks and he will be passing rivals late; using underneath.

Race 11: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L3

(8) SOMBODYITREASURE came to town breathing fire last week and he gets the call to repeat off that impressive score. (1) LETS GET PICKLED raced well last week but the winner was too good. He might run into the same situation here facing the choice but he will at least offer a good price if you like him. (5) FOREFATHER was 3rd to the choice in a decent effort. He should be part of the Tri again. (7) CAPTAIN VIDEO has been on a tear but this is a much tougher spot; small share predicted. (10) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER went a huge trip while finishing 2nd to the choice last week but from post 10 I can only use him on the bottom tonight.
