(6) SILVER LABEL has hit her peak form as seen by her win in the mares Juravinski Memorial race and she gets top billing here. (8) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN had no shot racing against the best males but that race will keep her sharp and she is one to fear here. (7) NEED TO BREATHE, 2nd to the choice last time, is another in solid form that figures to be in the mix again here. (5) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP should close for another slice tonight.

Race 2: GRADUATE SERIES: 4YO OPEN LEG 1

(6) PRETENDER didn't have much of a chance in the Cutler the way the race played out. I'll take a shot with him to beat superstar mare (2) JIGGY JOG S in her 2023 debut. The latter is obviously capable, but if you are going to try to beat her, this is likely the spot in her first race back. (5) SLAY had a good tightener for this and he can improve enough to take a share. (3) LOOKS LIKE MONI should sit a nice trip racing near the front and stick around for a share.

Race 3: SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE 3 YO OPEN

(2) NO CONTROL gets his biggest test to date, but he looked so good winning his last start after missing four weeks. I think he will be up to the test. (6) FULTON is fast and he shoots for a seventh straight win. He is likely the colt that the choice will have to take down. (5) REDWOOD HANOVER is interesting to me because Macdonald opted for him over (8) ACE OF ACES. I will use both of them underneath, however.

Race 4: MISS VERSATILITY LEG 2 - Pick 4

(4) RAISED BY LINDY was a Grand Circuit winner here last year and she looks well prepped to fire a big shot in her first start at four; top call. (7) ADARE CASTLE won four straight in open company then tuned up for this with an even effort in the top class. She is an obvious threat and a high-class mare. (2) M MS DREAM is a win machine that has won 20 of 23 starts racing exclusively in Indiana now she steps out and moves to the Burke barn. You have to give her a lock but it could be telling that Gingras chose to stick with the choice over a Burke trainee. (1) WARRAWEE XENIA should close for a piece of this if she stays flat.

Race 5: NW $14,000 L5 or $24,800 L8

(7) CADILLAC BAYAMA drops and gets McNair which likely mean aggression is coming facing easier tonight; top call. (1) FABRIZIO N is razor-sharp, and I can see him working out a good trip from the rail tonight; using. (3) CODENAME CIGAR BOX didn't show much on the drop last week but he is capable of better and he could offer some value tonight; price look. (8) ARTIES IDEAL is in tougher but he couldn't be going much better right now. Give him a look for the bottom of the exotics.

Race 6: GRADUATE SERIES: 4YO OPEN LEG 1 - Pick 5

(2) STONEBRIDGE HELIOS is one of the fastest horses around here when he is on his game and he debuts for Svandstedt and picks up the best driver on the continent who was named on three and chose this one. I'll give him the nod. (3) ENERGETIC HANOVER looked good here last week tuning up for this race and he should be a threat right back. (4) FOUREVER BOY was perfectly driven and tripped out to win the Juravinski final. He is a contender but he might get overbet here. (7) CAPTAIN COWBOY adds Lasix for Burke and he is another in with a shot in a competitive race.

Race 7: SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE 3 YO OPEN

(4) ANTS MARCHING had no chance with the drive he got last time and he was still rallying willingly at the wire. He gets Gingras for the first time now and top billing here. (2) EL REY finished ahead of the choice in what should be a good tightener for his first stakes try as a sophomore and he figures to be a big threat. (8) WRITE ME A ROSE has done nothing wrong so far in 2023 and he has the gate speed to get position early from the widest post. He should get a good piece of this. (3) BAMBOOZLER is fast but he is only 2 for 15 at this point. I'll use him underneath.

Race 8: GRADUATE SERIES: 4YO OPEN LEG 1 - Pick 4

(3) COLD CREEK QUESO never got involved in the Juravinski final now he draws perfectly to strut his potent early speed. He can rebound in this spot. (5) BIRTHDAY got a brutal park out in that same mile. He figures to get a much better trip here and he is an obvious contender. (1) PLEASELETMEKNOW went a good trip in that same race, and he is another in with a chance tonight. (7) DREAMFAIR ARNIE B was sharp last week despite coming off a sick scratch; price look for the bottom of the exotics.

Race 9: SOMEBEACHSOMEWHERE 3 YO OPEN

(5) MOMENT IS HERE is improving sharply at the best time and he took the fastest mark of any of these last week. He gets the nod here. (4) STOCKADE SEELSTER will be sharper tonight and I can see the top two battling to the wire. (3) SANTANA HANOVER can improve with Lasix. Give him a look for the bottom of the exotics. (2) GUNG HO should be closer early in this mile and he can sneak into the exotics.

Race 10: FREE FOR ALL HANDICAP

(7) AMERICAN HISTORY got buried in the Camluck Classic. He should flaunt his speed in this spot and that makes him the one to beat. (5) POSEIDON SEELSTER qualified fast enough to suggest he won't need a tightener. He has the class to beat these; using. (1) WARRAWEE VITAL is capable of beating these if he fires his best shot. Maybe the tote board will provide some clues with this one. (8) WHEELS ON FIRE is right there every week but I'll take a shot against him from the widest post in here.

Race 11: NW $8,000 L5 AE: Starters for a purse of $13K or less L2

Great betting race here with several live options. I'll settle on (6) THE GREEK FREAK, who looked good chasing down a leader that was pacing a sub-1:50 mile last week. (2) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER takes a big drop here on paper but he faces several sharp ones. He is a contender but no lock. (5) WIND BLOWN couldn't be any sharper and it's hard to argue with anyone that sticks with him as he shoots for the fourpeat. (8) LEGION SEELSTER got put in the toaster early with Kelly driving last week. He likely sits and rallies with Roy back in the sulky tonight. (1) CHEDDAR BAY is going well but these are tough; small share predicted.
