(2) H P MAMA B gets in with her own gender here after racing against the best males on the grounds with some success recently. Her good tactical speed should play well here, and she gets top billing. (6) RAISED BY LINDY was a victim of pace last week and she should be even sharper now with that start under her belt. She should be blasting for position, and she is in with a good chance here. (4) WARRAWEE XENIA started to look like the best version of herself in the final 1/4 last week and she should be a late threat here. I wonder if she will get overbet, though. (1) REFINED has won more than 1/3 of her starts in the past two seasons and she arrives sharp. She is in the exotics mix.

Race 2: ARMBRO FLIGHT: ELIMINATION FILLIES AND MARES 3YO AND OLDER

(3) BELLA BELLINI was mildly driven at The Big M last week racing against colts. She likely got exactly what she needed out of that race, and she is the one to beat facing only mares now in a stakes elim. (4) ADARE CASTLE is a win machine that sets up shop on the engine and dares ya to come get her. She is better at four and an obvious major player here. (2) M MS DREAM had no shot of closing into a 55 2/5 back 1/2 last week but the pace scenario may be similar in this short field. I'll use her underneath. (1) DISCLOSURE should sit and close for another slice.

Race 3: NORTH AMERICA CUP XL: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLDS

(4) VOUKEFALAS got into what looks like the lightest division of a stacked North America Cup set of eliminations. He is strictly the one to catch and beat. (5) BAMBOOZLER paced a 54-flat middle 1/2 in the Somebeachsomewhere in an impressive display of speed then he got picked off late. I could see him beating the choice if he can land in that rival's pocket early; using. (1) CHRISTCHURCH is fast and lightly raced. He could be sitting on some big miles for Team Takter; price look. (7) MOMENT IS HERE is improving but he might be in a bit tough here. I'll use him on the bottom.

Race 4: FAN HANOVER: ELIMINATION 3 YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(5) TWIN B JOE FRESH stretched her legs vs. older mares and fired a 25 2/5 kicker. She will not be sitting back here; down the road. (2) MCSEASIDE is peaking at the right time for the Burke Brigade, and she should be an Exacta factor here. (1) LYONS BETTORDAY is another that is getting faster, but she got a perfect setup for her late kick last week. I see her closing late for a slice facing Grand Circuit foes here. (8) TWO PISTOL ANNIE will likely flash speed and stay for a small share.

Race 5: NORTH AMERICA CUP XL: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLDS

(8) EL REY was a bit flat in the Somebeachsomewhere in a race he perhaps needed. He will be lost on the board now, and he is capable of flying past these late if there is a contested pace, which I think is likely with only the top two guaranteed to make the final. Call to upset. (5) AMMO has looked good in all of his 2023 starts. He is one of several in with a chance here. (6) FULTON made an aggressive move then ran out of steam late. I can see him finding a helmet to follow this time and that makes him dangerous. (9) REDWOOD HANOVER is getting hot at the right time, but the widest post is tough here; using underneath.

Race 6: FREE FOR ALL - Pick 5

There is no secret what tactics speedball (3) BILLY CLYDE will deploy here, and I'll call him to upset the returnees that are better horses that are probably prepping for next Saturday’s Mohawk Gold Cup. (5) ALLYWAG HANOVER is top class and obviously capable of winning here, but it is also feasible he comes with one big late brush and falls short in this 2023 debut. (8) LINEDRIVE HANOVER is another capable veteran that has been out since last July. He is another that might need one here. (6) NAUTICAL HANOVER is going well right now. He can take a share here.

Race 7: NORTH AMERICA CUP XL: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLDS

(3) SAVE AMERICA looked like a new horse adding Lasix and losing his manhood and the newly-gelded Takter trainee broke a track record on a day where they were all flying over a very fast track at Harrah's Philly. He jumps from the Stallion Series back into the Grand Circuit, but he might be up to it and his price should be good. (1) ITS MY SHOW has been ultra impressive as a sophomore, and he is the obvious threat here. (2) STOCKADE SEELSTER was better in his second start, and he can't be dismissed in a stacked elim. (5) ACE OF ACES will be a big price here and he is worth using on the bottom of the exotics.

Race 8: FAN HANOVER: ELIMINATION 3YO FILLIES - Pick 4

2022 Dan Patch winner (6) SYLVIA HANOVER came from a tough spot to beat older mares in her 2023 debut, and she should be even better tonight. She is the queen of this division until dethroned. (4) SWEET AMIRA came from a spot horses just don't win from last time. She takes a big jump up here, but she has looked so good in both sophomore starts. She's worth a price look tonight. (9) CHARLESTON was 2nd best to the choice in the Breeders Crown here and she can be a big threat tonight despite drawing widest. (7) UCANDOIT BLUE CHIP can use her good tactical speed to get position and ride it to a share.

Race 9: NORTH AMERICA CUP XL: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLDS

(5) CONFEDERATE produced a vicious late brush will running in during most of the stretch drive in his 2023 debut. He is the clear one to beat here and I wonder if there will be equipment changes. (4) ANTS MARCHING was mildly driven last week, and he closed for a share. I think he will be leaving with more urgency tonight and he can complete the Exacta at a price. (6) LOUBET is capable of better than he showed last time, and Burke always has them ready for the big dances. He should be in the exotics mix. (7) STORMALONG cut some wild fractions then bled on 5/28 at Harrah's Philly, the day several track records were broken. Adding Lasix here, I can see him taking a slice.

Race 10: NW $23,500 L5 or NW $35,000 in 2023 (minimum 5 starts)

(9) THE GREEK FREAK is as sharp as a tack, and he will offer a great price here stepping up and drawing wide. I'll continue to ride with him in a spot where he could get a setup. (8) WARRAWEE VITAL was better last week now he drops. Speed blast coming this time? (2) LAWLESS SHADOW woke up in a big way and the 2nd-place finisher came right back to win a leg of the Graduate series at a big price. He is another contender in a good betting race. (7) CAPTAIN KIRK comes in off a nice win at Scioto, but he took advantage of a slowing late pace then. I'll use him underneath here.

Race 11: NW $14,000 L5 or NW 8 LT AE: OPT CLM $65,000

(8) DRAGON ENERGY raced well in his first start from Montini off the claim, but he came up against an improving sophomore that nobody was beating that night who is in the NA Cup elims tonight. This looks like a good spot for this gelding; top call. (6) BEYOND BETTER produced a nice kicker last week but the late pace was too strong. He is sharp and worth a look for the late Pick 4. (4) RON has faced a steady diet of tougher company and he could wake up in this spot tonight. (7) FABRIZIO N gets Borth back and he races best for him. He should be better tonight. (1) ARIO HANOVER is another that is in easier tonight, but I don’t love the rail post for him. I'll use him underneath.
