Top Pick Stats: 233/747 (-$312.10) Best Bets: 28/68 (-$24.20); Spot Plays: 17/70 (-$43.20) Best Bet: JORDY N (Race 10) Value Play: RBSTENACIOUS T (Race 1) Early Pick-5: 1,8/2,3,5/2/5,6/1,2   $4.80 Middle Pick-5: 1,9/1/3,9/5,6/1   $1.60 Late Pick-5: 3,9/5,6/1,9/2,4,8/1,3,7   $14.40 Race 1: WINNERS OF 3 BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 RACES OR $80,000 LIFETIME. AE: 5 YO N/A $2,105 P/S IN 2025-2026. AE: 4 YO NW $10,000 L4 STS OR NW OF A RACE IN 2026. (1) RBSTENACIOUS T finds a less top-heavy group and should benefit from drawing inside. Expect him to be more in the mix. Would’ve liked to see one more qualifier from (8) SILKY CHOICE but the form he kept at the end of his three-year-old season was no joke. (9) GET WINGS hasn’t quite been at his best in recent weeks, but if he fires out again, he can get a piece. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: SBOA ELIMINATION: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLT AND GELDING TROT. STARTING FEE $1,000 CDN $775 USD. (3) STROBE LITE clearly has the most ability in this field, but needs to mind his manners. I’ll still give him the nod off th bench. (5) HOT COUNTRY could spice up exotics if he sits close. That tactic did him plenty of good last season. (2) TOUCHEDBYANANGEL is well-prepped like Strobe Lite, and has enough versatility which should allow him to get into the race no matter where he gets away. Race 3: SBOA ELIMINATION: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLT AND GELDING TROT. STARTING FEE $1,000 CDN $775 USD. (2) FIRST CLASS MASS was no match for Ungawa but took a clear step forward in start two off the bench. Hard to ignore him after those efforts. (5) L P BAY is another likely to improve this week. If he is more involved early, his kick should allow him to be right there. (3) TOSS OF THE DICE is likely to rally from the back, but showed interest in both of his miles off the bench. He can get a piece. Race 4: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW $15,000 (ON SIRED $19,200) LIFETIME. (5) BAJAN FIREFLY didn’t get a winning trip in a race with a quick back half. Look for him to be more involved tonight. (6) WINDSUN GUNNER used a strong first-over move to eventually wear down the front runners. An effort like that gives me confidence because of his proven staying power. (3) NUGGET HUGIT has thumped his competition for three straight weeks, and is getting faster each time. I’ll look for him to step forward again on the big track. Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $6,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $14,250 LAST 8 STARTS AE: NW 4 RACES LIFETIME.  AE: OS 4 YEAR OLDS NW $100 IN 2026. (1) LA MIKI N had nowhere to go in the stretch and Jamieson wasn’t going to use his horse for no reason. She fits at this level, and I think deserves another long look. (2) DIRTY DIANA used her late kick to nearly swoop the field in the stretch. A move like that looms large against a group that isn’t in the best form. (10) CC ROCKIN ROSIE was even further back, but still closed nicely when returning from a sick scratch. Roy sticks, and she could wind up as the value of the race if put in play. Race 6: FILLIES & MARES, NW $20,000 LAST 5 STARTS. AE: NW 8 RACES OR $150,000 LIFETIME.  AE: OPT. CLM. $100,000. (1) TELLS ON A ROLL gets another drop and pop chance, and I think she capitalizes on it as she did three starts ago. This is assuming Cullen gets aggressive again. (9) HORIZON SEELSTER has gotten some really good drives by Roy during her win streak. She is a proven commodity now at these upper levels. (8) CENTURY JAMILA has been better in her last two, and should be forwardly placed again for J-Mac. I can see her getting a piece. Race 7: SBOA ELIMINATION: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLT AND GELDING PACE. STARTING FEE $1,000 CDN $775 USD. The freshman juggernaut (1) BEAU JANGLES has returned and looks to add to his undefeated record. (2) SCORPION SEELSTER hinted at being an OSS Gold horse at two and returned with a sharp winning qualifier. I think he can follow Beau around the track and finish second. (7) WHOLETTHEDOGSOUT was a near-miss second last week with a sharp final quarter. If he doesn’t have to work from last, he can get a piece. Race 8: NW $26,000 LAST 4 STARTS. (9) CAPTAIN FEAR NOT was a strong winner when dropping another notch last week. He has been better in each start since the qualifier; I’ll give him the nod to repeat. (3) WAFFLE BLUE CHIP could be set for a big four year old season. He looks ready to roll off the blowout qualifier win. (6) POSEIDON SEELSTER is logical given he is taking a drop from the top level. An aggressive steer likely does him some good. Race 9: SBOA ELIMINATION: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLT AND GELDING PACE. STARTING FEE $1,000 CDN $775 USD. (6) WINDOR got better and better as his two year old season went on. McNair has been and will continue to be a good pairing with this fast colt. (5) BORDERLINE MOBBY has a start under his belt which could do him some good against the top two. He deserves a long look as well. (1) REDLAND ROCKET MAN was of a similar caliber to Windor last year, frequently meeting up with him in top level stakes. He looks ready to start a strong sophomore campaign. Race 10: NW $6,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $12,000 LAST 8 STARTS AE: STARTERS  FOR A PURSE OF $10,000 LAST 4 STARTS. (1) JORDY N could be all systems go when dropping in class again. He tends to get mired in spots where he just has to do too much. (9) A CLASS YANKEE is a known closer but I imagine he will try to float out a little bit given the post. That should set him up nicely for a stretch rally. (6) WANNABEABIGSTAR took some support at this level last week but was never involved. A little gate speed should set him up better. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 11: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 RACES OR $50,000 (OS $65,750) LIFETIME. AE: 4 YO NW $100 IN 2026 (MIN 2 STS). (2) BACKUP PLAN posted a good effort in his first start back, including spending some time on the outside. He should be tighter this week; I’ll give him the nod. (8) STINGRAY DEO went down the road and produced a sharp score. I would expect similar tactics and for him to be right there. (4) ASIAGO SEELSTER has been holding his own for multiple weeks in a row and now gets an improved post. Not one I would want to get beat by in multis. Race 12: NW $11,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $24,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. **MANDATORY JACKPOT HI 5 PAYOUT** (3) JACK PANIC never looked like a loser after clearing to the lead. That was a confidence boosting win, and now he finally draws well in an upper-level event. (1) SOARING NOW is another who should benefit from post relief. He was a strong second two starts ago when near the lead. (7) LOUS WORLD has some versatility to him but I expect him to try grinding out a good finish this week. (12) CHAIN GANG has name recognition on his side, but a second tier starting spot for just the second start back means he will likely be closing from well back. (10) WHATCHULOOKIN AT is another with versatility, though the high draw will likely have J-Mac looking to work off a helmet.
