Race 1: SBOA Elimination 3YO Filly Trot **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
(5) ADARE CASTLE, last year's champion two-year-old filly trotter is in a good spot for her sophomore debut. She should handle these as a heavy favorite. (1) MISCHEVIOUS ROSE raced well vs. colts in her season debut and she looked good flying down the lane. She probably completes and Exacta that pays around even money here. (7) SAUNDRA gets a barn change here and she is worth a look for the bottom of the Tri. (3) SOCKS N CROCS qualified well enough for this 2022 debut to suggest that she will be an exotics factor.

Race 2: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $33,500 LT AE: 4YO to be claimed for $25,000
(9) ACAPULCO SUNBURN adds Lasix after getting picked off late last time and he should rebound in this spot. (2) MANY MOONS was good in his sophomore debut but the winner was ready to pace a sub-1:52 mile. He should be the main threat here. (5) DR JOE is another adding Lasix and he also drops tonight. He should be in the exotics mix. (1) BAD EYE BILL is always passing horses. I can see him sneaking into the Super here.

Race 3: SBOA Elimination 3YO Filly Trot
(6) RESOLVING was improving at the end of last season, she adds Lasix here, and she avoids Adare Castle who she faced in both qualifiers. I'll give her the nod here. (7) ANGELONIA was good in her sophomore debut, trotting her back 1/2 in 56 4/5. She should be a threat tonight. (5) MONEYWORTH had a useful tightener and she is capable of trotting much faster than 1:58. She can improve sharply here; using. (4) MAKIN MAGIC TONITE is improved and she is another in with a shot in a race with no standout.
Race 4: 5YO and Younger NW6 or $83,000 LT - Pick 4
(1) TEXAS MIKI was in a bad spot trying to close on two that were accelerating at the end of the mile. In a race that appears void of early speed, I think Sorrie puts this gelding into play early in the mile; top call. (3) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER lost the show photo to the choice in that race and he is another who figures to be up close early that is in with a decent chance. (5) SAULSBROOK VICTOR has been firing sub-26 kickers and getting very little for it. Maybe he leaves a bit better in this spot which would give him a better shot; using. (9) ITS IN THE STARS closed well but again last week but he was a victim of pace and trip. Starting from out there, I'll use him underneath tonight
Race 5: NW $8,000 L5 or $17,800 L10
I can see the two outside horses blasting off the gate, landing 1-2 by the time they reach the 1/4 pole, then fighting it out down the lane. I’ll side with (10) CENTURY HANNIBAL, who might give them the slip at the head of the lane. (9) FLYINGEVENBETTOR N drops and he can get the trip here if my prediction comes to fruition; using. (6) IDEAL PERCEPTION comes off an improved effort and he should be in the exotics mix at a minimum here. (5) J M JACK OF HEARTS likely takes a closing approach here and I can see him closing for a share.
Race 6: Ontario Sired Fillies SBOA Eligibles - Pick 5
(5) DEWITT FOR JOSIE hasn't really been tried yet and she is capable of much better than she has showed in her first two starts this spring. I'll call her to upset expecting a more aggressive steer from hot driver Roy. (1) IN THE MOOD is the fastest filly in this race but she missed a week due to sickness and this is a prep. Your call, but I wouldn't take a short price. (2) BETTER DOUBLE FLIP is a good fit here and another in with a shot. (4) BIG BETTOR HANOVER has looked sharp beating maidens and NW2 foes but this is tougher and I'll play to beat her in this spot.
Race 7: NW $3,800 L5 or $9,800 L10
(1) SUNDOWN KID has some late pace last week, but he swung widest so it is kind of hidden in his line. He gets needed class and post relief here and he will be a single and Best Bet for me tonight. (4) GRAND POOBAH is the other dropper that exits some fast races and he should be the pacesetter. The choice will need to stay close to him early to have a chance of chasing him down. (5) DONTPOKETHEDRAGON was better last week and he should be in the exotics mix again; using underneath. (2) SOMETIME SOMEWHERE gets the leading driver tonight which should mean he will get bet, but I prefer to use him underneath.
Race 8: FILLIES and MARES PREFERRED HANDICAP
I'm going to take a swing here with rapidly-improving (5) KICKUPYAHEELS N who steps up but looked outstanding last week and was a sure winner two starts back if she didn't make a speed break; call to upset. (8) SO MUCH MORE suffered a rare loss in this class last week. I think she guns for the top leaving the gate this time which could aid the choice. (7) AWESOME HILL is red-hot and hard to leave out considering how sharp she has been. (6) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN is usually in the Tri or Super at this level; using underneath.
Race 9: NW $11,000 L5 or $24,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $45,000 - Pick 4
(1) ROCKME ROLLME has caught fire the past two weeks and he isn't facing much tougher here. A threepeat looms at a short price. (5) COLD CREEK CABO raced big in defeat last week and he should be the main threat. (2) REAL WILLEY was bet down to chalk on the class drop last week and he only closed mildly. He should leave quicker this time and he can be an exotics factor. (4) TAKE A GAMBLE can land a share on the class drop here.
Race 10: FREE FOR ALL
(1) JIMMY FREIGHT faces some U.S. shippers tonight but he has looked terrific the past couple of weeks and he should be up to it. Speedball (4) TATTOO ARTIST will likely look to blast and control the pace on his return home and he should be dangerous here; using. (3) AMERICAN HISTORY faced some good ones in his last start at the Meadowlands and he is in the mix here. (2) FUNATTHEBEACH N will be coming late but I prefer to use him on the bottom vs. these.

Race 11: NW $16,000 L5 or $29,700 L8 or NW $120,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $60,000
(3) CADILLAC BAYAMA has been flying on the end of both his 2022 miles, but in both cases, it was too late. He has to get put into a race much earlier in the mile one of these weeks, right? (4) MAPPOS LION ducked and closed last time when facing streaking Linedrive Hanover. Tonight, he should be basting and he is dangerous here. (5) EAST END drops and he is hard to leave off late multi-race tickets racing at this level. (8) NO PLAN INTENDED is right there every week and he should be in the Super here. (2) NO FREE LUNCH likely sits and rallies for a share tonight.
Race 12: Horses that have raced for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L4
(6) REAGAN BLUE CHIP draws best tonight and he should be able to lay a bit closer early then pounce late; top call. (1) OUTLAWGRABBINGEARS was a predictable winner on the driver change to Macdonald last week and he should be a threat right back; using. (3) RESPECT OUR FLAG fits better at this level and his is in with an upset chance racing from off the pace. (10) LEGION SEELSTER’s form is improving and I can see him closing for a share at a price tonight. (9) CHIEFS BEACH raced okay in defeat but he could get stung early again here; small share predicted.
