(5) IVANA FLYBYE N has disappointed so far this year but she gets Lasix now which might help wake her up; top call. (6) SUNDAY AFTERNOON gets a much better post and Macdonald in the bike tonight and she can improve sharply in this spot; using. (9) TWIN B TIPSTER is razor-sharp and she could be a good value play for the early Pick 4 starting from an outer post. (1) MAJOR LEAGUE N steps up off a nice win, but she probably gets picked off by a couple of these in the lane.

Race 2: PREFERRED

(3) WHEELS ON FIRE was better last week and despite getting a tough trip on the engine, he led to the last few strides. The small field helps him here. (4) JIMMY FREIGHT closed like a jet when he found racing room and that was the best he has looked since he started his comeback. A repeat is possible. (6) UHTRED is another that should be aided by the short field and he could get a great trip racing near the front. He's not out of this. (2) PATRIKTHEPIRANHA A was a recent sale topper, taken for $140K U.S. by The Stable. I prefer to see him once but he should fit with these.

Race 3: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $36,000 LT AE: 4YO to be claimed for $25,000

(6) JOELSYY HANOVER just missed in a blanket finish in his 2022 debut. He should be sharper for this and he gets the nod. (5) THE AMAZINGSANDO lacked room for the entire stretch drive and finished 1 1/4 lengths behind the choice. He has upset potential tonight; using. (3) SAULSBROOK GENESIS looked like a winner until a rival that sat in most of the mile found a split halfway down the lane then shaded him. He is a viable multi-race option here. (4) MERITO HANOVER raced tough on the lead last time and he should be part of the exotics tonight.

Race 4: NW $8,200 L5 or $20,000 L10 - Pick 4

(9) PRICELESS BEACH was searching for room in the lane while loaded with pace when a rival broke and interfered with him and took him out of the race. Now he gets to drop in class and J Mac should be looking to send him right down the road. (6) JM JACK OF HEARTS is usually in the mix when he races at this level. He should be an Exacta factor tonight. (3) CAPAIN VIDEO's form has improved recently. He should close for a share tonight. (8) CLEVER CHARACTER won twice in a week at London now he fires right back in three days. He could ride the pocket for a good share.

Race 5: Popup Starters NW $30,000 in 2021-22

(10) AIR STRIKE jogged racing against some of these last week and if clears to the front from the widest post, he should be tough; top call. (1) GOOD AND SWEET closed well into an accelerating pace and the iron-tough winner of that race isn't in this dash. He should have a good chance tonight. (6) DAY DELIGHT similarly gets away from Reagan Blue Chip and he should contend racing from close range. He is another to consider for multi-race tickets. (8) STOLEN ART, 2nd to the choice last week, can close for a slice here.

Race 6: NW $11,000 L5 or $22,500 L8 or NW $95,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $35,000 - Pick 5

(7) LINEDRIVE HANOVER faces tougher here as he shoots for his sixth straight win as a four-year-old, but he should be up to the task; top call. (6) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR looked good in his local return and there is reason to believe that he can be even sharper tonight returning to a 7-day cycle; using. (2) HESINCONTROL got a dream pylon-skimming trip to win the Ontario Boys final but he did fly late and he should be in the exotics mix here. (1) UNDERTHSOUTHRNSUN N raced better last week; consider for the bottom of the exotics.

Race 7: Popup Starters NW $70,000 in 2021-22

(3) INTRIGUED AGAIN failed in his first-over bid last week after missing one week. He should be sharper tonight and there should be pace to chase; call to upset. (7) CHEDDAR BAY hasn't missed the Exacta since January 4th and he should be right there again. (4) CHAMPAGNE PHIL is another stalking type that should be passing horses late. He's not out of this. (6) THRILLING TIMES did all the work and got picked off right on the wire last week. He should contend but there are others that will be looking for the front tonight; using on the bottom.

Race 8: Horses Who Have Started for a Purse of $12,000 or Less in 1 of Last 3 Starts - Pick 4

(5) PAT MCGARRY A paced the fastest mile of the year on a 1/2-mile track so far when he dominated at Flamboro Downs on 3/3 and off that sharp effort, he can repeat here. It took a rival's 25 4/5 final 1/4 kick to beat (3) HUNTER HILL last week and he should be right there vs. these tonight; using. (9) ICY BLUE SCOOTER raced well in London last Tuesday. He could add value to exotic wagers here. (4) JKNR LIKETELL should close for another small share.

Race 9: NW $24,200 L5 or $32,000 L10 or NW $140,000 LT AE: NW $50,000 in 2021/22

(1) COMMANDING OFFICER should be tough in here dropping out of the Preferred class and he gets top billing. (4) WHICHWAYTOTHEBEACH didn't get a good trip in his first trip over the track last week. On the class drop tonight, he should improve; using. (7) REVOLT was flying in the lane last week, but I imagine he could get overbet with a 25-flat final 1/4 showing in the program. I'll use him underneath. (8) POINTS NORTH is another dropper that can enter contention in this spot. He should be in the exotics mix.

Race 10: NW4 or $58,500 LT AE: 4YO to be claimed for $40,000

(8) TEXAS MIKI fits better in this field and he should get a more aggressive steer this week; top call. (5) SAULSBROOK VICTOR was never in contention last time. Moving to the middle of the gate should mean that he gets put into the race earlier. He should be in with a decent chance tonight. (1) ROCK N ZEUS typically fires home quickly and I see him closing for a share here. (7) FLASH TOTHE FINISH found room in the lane last week and he got up for a huge upset. Facing tougher, he should finish on the edges this time.

Race 11: NW $5,600 L5 or NW $13,200 L10

(5) RAYS KREDIT gets a few things swinging his way tonight: class drop, post relief. He can upset these if he gets put into play. (2) FORCE N FURY should fit well here making his first local start for Auciello and he is a multi-race must-use for me. (4) LANCASTER BOMBER showed speed against Linedrive Hanover last week and he should contend vs. these. He is one of many options for late multi-race tickets. (6) GOING FAST has improving form and upset potential tonight; price look. (1) TRACEUR HANOVER finished evenly last week without having clear sailing for the entire stretch drive. He should be in the exotics mix tonight.
