Race 1: CLAIMING HDCP $25,000 to $30,000 **$100,000 GTD Pick 5**

(3) CHOREOGRAPHER paced many big miles on the front end last year and he will likely benefit from the break. He should be the one to catch firing fresh here. (5) MILITARY SECRET will likely take big action dropping into claimers and he is the one to fear. (4) MACH IMPACT was going well for driver McClure before racing was stopped and he is in with an upset chance in this field. (7) JEWELS DRAGON is always passing horses but he is likely to be last early here and a small share might be his ceiling in his first start back.

Race 2: F&M NW $20,000 L5 or $28,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $40K

(1) BETTER BE DONNA N seems well-spotted here to get a favorable trip near the front and I'll give her the nod. (7) MAJOR LEAGUE N should be blasting for the front leaving the gate and she is a threat to go all the way in this first start back; using. (5) KENDALL SEELSTER is always in the mix at this level and she is another in with a shot in a race that will likely be settled by trip. (2) TWIN B TIPSTER goes for a barn that has been sending them ready at The Raceway at Western Fair; consider for the exotics.

Race 3: NW $12,000 L5 or $24,000 L10 AE: OPT CLAIMING $35,000

(2) GRANDMA HEIDI takes a big class plunge here and you know McNair will have her on the engine. She should prove tough to catch tonight. (1) MUSICAL RHYTHM is the other dropper in here and his chances will improve immediately if he can leave fast enough to land in the choice's pocket. (8) VILLEFRANCHE AS should be revved up late for Roy and she can pass some of these to make it into the Tri. (4) DERF HANOVER will likely sit a nice trip racing close to the leader and stick around to take a share.

Race 4: NW $8,000 L5 or $17,500 L10 - Pick 4

This should be an easy spot for (7) TRACEUR HANOVER and Roy will no doubt be looking to send him right down the road. He's my single. (4) P L JACKSON has enough early zip to get position early and he should be an Exacta factor in this spot. (6) AINTNONEBETTOR A is worth a look for the exotics on the barn change. I'll use him in the 3-4 slots. (1) BETTOR BE GOING is frequently a fringe player. I see him using a following trip to take a share this week.

Race 5: NW $16,000 L5 or $26,000 L10 or NW $120,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $45,000

(9) POINTS NORTH should be sharp coming back from New Jersey where he took a win and drawing widest will help keep his price viable; top call. (5) EVENWOOD SONOFAGUN drops and he is clearly capable of beating these if he brings something close to his best race; using. (7) FOOT SOLDIER is an interesting price play here as he has blown the tote board up in the past and his barn can have one ready to fire; using. (2) ROYAL RENEGADE is frequently vaulting past rivals down the lane but it's often too late. I'll use him underneath tonight.

Race 6: NW $5,700 L5 or $12.100 L10 - Pick 5

(3) REAL WILLEY gets to drop into what should be any easy spot for him and I expect him to dominate at a short price vs. this group. (1) TOOT TOOT N should fit well here and racing from close range he can work his way into the Exacta. (6) ARUKIDINME CABBIE does well for teamster Jamieson and I can see him working his way into the exotics tonight. (7) PRINT MEDIA takes frequent small shares. He is a good one to use on the bottom in this short field.

Race 7: NW $8,500 L5 or $17,000 L10 AE: OPT CLAIMING $25,000 - Pick 4

In what looks like the most contentious race of the night, I'll give a slight nod to (2) ON THE ROPES expecting driver Macdonald to give him an aggressive steer. (9) REFI has plenty enough class for these the big question being him leaving from the worst post. He's capable, but I'll need a price. (5) SICARIO has done his best work on the 'B' tracks but his potent early speed can play well here in a race with all of them coming off a break; using. (3) MISTER MAGIC was a win machine last year but the Auciello/Drury team had him figured out now the quirky gelding goes for new connections racing off the claim; your call.

Race 8: NW 5 or $97,000 LT

(4) CORTEZ THE KILLER couldn't get past razor-sharp Poseidon Seelster in his past two starts but he stacks up well vs. these and he gets my nod. (3) TALBOT ROMEO was an easy winner when last seen here and he should be right there again vs. these. (6) GRAND POOBAH only recorded one win last season but he took frequent slices and he figures to get a piece of this. (1) SIDDHARTHA is capable of high speed when he is on his game and he has upset possibilities in here.

Race 9: NW $22,000 L5 or $40,000 L10 or NW $140,000 LT AE: Mares

There are likely four or five horses that can win this race and by this time, 26 races into the meet, we should have some clues as to which stables are hot. I'll give the mare (1) SO MUCH MORE the edge based on her consistency and versatility but it makes sense to price shop here. I can see (2) WHEELS ON FIRE blasting off on a speed mission here and I'll use him in the late multi-race bets. (4) EASY LOVER HANOVER was improving before the break and he is another obvious one in with a chance here. (6) HP NAPOLEON took his life's mark or 1:49 3/5 here last year and his best race gives him a chance to upset but I'll use him underneath tonight.

Race 10: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $63,500 LT

(4) SCOOTNROLL might have an edge here racing a week ago and I'll give him the nod to knock these off. (6) CAPTAIN VIDEO looked good winning the second leg of the Valedictory Series and if he is cranked up for this he will contend. (2) COLD CREEK CABO comes out of the same series with good form but keep in mind the final of that series is still on the table, likely coming up soon. (10) BEE TWO BEE has a similar profile to the two above. I see him coming on late for a share here. (7) BIG BULLY passes horses frequently. He's a good one to use on the bottom.
