Race 1: 5YO and Younger NW2 or $30,000 LT AE: 3YO 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $35,000 **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(5) TUF COOPER took an abrupt shuffle behind the stopping pocket sitter approaching the 3/4 pole last week then he lacked room in the lane. He rallied for 4th which was the most he could get following that trouble. He has a good chance vs. these. (9) SILK ROAD SMASH rallied well last week, and he will likely win one soon, but he must overcome the poor draw. I'd demand a price. (4) WHAMMER JAMMER gets away from iron tough Camara Moment and he adds Lasix. He shouldn't be ignored tonight. (8) PARTYINTHESHADOWS was claimed by a high-percentage barn, but they have only sent out one winner of nine over the past calendar month at this track.

Race 2: 5YO and Younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(1) SPEAKER OF PEACE rallied nicely in his debut, and he can beat these if he gets put into the race a bit earlier. (3) EVERYONES HERO draws better for this third start back and he should get involved earlier. He is in with a chance vs. these. (2) WRY is a contender on paper but I would like him better if the trainer handed the lines to a catch driver; your call. (7) CONTROL THE SMILE looks ready to produce a decent effort in this four-year-old debut. I'll use him underneath.

Race 3: 5YO and Younger winners of 2 but not more than 4 LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $50,000
(3) HUNTED HOUSE re-rallied in traffic to win after taking a mid-race shuffle in an impressive local debut. He is in tougher now, but he can also be sharper on a 7-day rotation this week; top call. (2) LAST BEACH raced okay against some toughies in the Snowshoe series, and he should be heard from in this spot. (5) JOE RICH easily overcame a slow early pace last week, and he is razor-sharp and dangerous here. (6) FULL DISCLOSURE was first up against Camara Moment in the Snowshoe series final and that was mission impossible. He will likely blast tonight, and he should stick around for a share.
Race 4: 5YO and Younger NW1 or $7,500 LT - Pick 4
I thought (6) BABYS BEACH BUM raced well at a big price last week but the class dropping winner he was chasing was just too good. He draws best and keeps McNair in a spot where he should have a good shot. (7) MIKRON is a two-time winner facing maidens and he got a needed clean line now he can be more aggressive tonight; using. Debutant (2) SOUTHWIND PATRON paced a decent qualifying mile preparing for this first start and this isn't the toughest spot. He is another in with a chance. (3) DELIGHTFUL FEELING has hinted at having some ability in his first two starts. He could do here if Jones puts him into the race earlier.
Race 5: NW $8,000 L5 or $85,000 LT AE: Starters for a purse of $15,000 or less L4 AE: OPT CLM $45,000
(9) PIPEWRENCH CHARLIE was 2nd to a horse that has already come back to repeat vs. better and off that good 2023 debut he gets top billing here. (2) POINTOMYGRANSON couldn't be much sharper right now and he should be the one to catch again. (3) ITS IN THE STARS flies home every week. He should take another share here. (8) FABRIZIO N figures to improve enough on the class drop to take a share tonight.
Race 6: 5YO and Younger NW $15,000 LT - Pick 5
(3) THE WILL TO PLAY was in against the much tougher Camara Moment and others in his past two starts and he figures to improve sharply in this easier spot; top call. (5) CALL ME IT was over driven last time and he still hung on for a check. He could upset if he can work out a trip here. (1) HEAD HONCHO flew late last time, and he should be closing again here for another share. (4) CAPTAIN Q won as an overlay on debut, but these are tougher. Small share predicted.
Race 7: NW $14,500 L5 or 6 races LT AE: Starters for a purse of $16,000 or less L2
(9) JK VICTORY debuts for The Stable here after a private purchase and they have been doing well with these types recently; top call. (3) SOMETIME SOMEWHERE was over bet last time facing other droppers but he takes another class plunge here and he is the one to beat. (4) ARMOR SEELSTER also drops, and he should be part of the Tri here. (8) LEGION SEELSTER probably takes back and closes late to round put the Tri or Super.
Race 8: NW $26,000 L5 or $39,500 L10 - Pick 4
(3) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER took no prisoners last week, carved out big fractions and still stayed for 2nd. He gets McClure now and he is the one to beat here. (9) POINTS NORTH was rebuffed by the choice early and he hung around for 3rd. He is a threat right back. (6) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER exits the same race as the top two choices, and he was first up then. He is another that could do in a race that will likely be decided by trip. (1) DONTPOKETHEDRAGON will be closing late again here; using on the bottom.
Race 9: PREFERRED
(5) AMERICAN HISTORY has been flashing big speed lately and he has a recency edge on many of these. I'll side with him thinking he can go right down the road. (2) SAULSBROOK VICTOR should never have been picked off after cutting a 57 3/5 middle 1/2 last time. Perhaps he needed this short break with no Preferred being carded since 2/28. (3) SO MUCH MORE steps back into open company facing the boys. She can never be discounted, but I prefer to use her underneath here. (6) WOODMERE STEALDEAL got up for a Preferred win and he qualified since to stay sharp. He always brings his 'A' game and that makes him a threat.

Race 10: NW $6,000 L5 or NW $85,000 LT AE: Starters for a purse of $15,000 for less L4 AE: OPT CLM $45,000
(8) SHADOW IN RED was no match for a winner that got hammered down to 3 to 5 last week but he fits well here, and he should be a big speed threat. (7) JIMMYACHANCE, like most sent out by his barn, continues to race well every week and he should be a late threat here. (6) STONE CARVER couldn't go with streaking Backstreet Gambler last week, but he fits better here. He is another in with a chance racing from close range. (3) ROCK AND TWIST is razor-sharp, and he should be closing for a share again tonight.
Race 11: NW $4,250 L5
(7) BEYOND BETTER takes a big drop to a spot where he is supposed to win. I can see him changing tactics and making an early move for the lead tonight. (6) DEVILS PEAK motored home to win for a hot barn and he is worth using again at a price. This is a spot where (2) HES SWIFT should be closer to the pace and stick around for a share. (8) ST LADS CASH was close with Henry driving two starts back; price look. (4) MAD MAN HILL takes regular slices, and he is a good one to use on the bottom.
