(3) SPORTS REPORT comes off a solid try at this level where he was outsprinted by the favorite late in the mile. He is in with a chance here. (2) GOLD TRAIN finished well on 12/4. He should be good for another share.

Race 2: NW $22,000 L5 or NW $30,000 L10 or NW $140,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $55,000

(6) POINTS NORTH comes off a huge winning mile at this level and with his main rival drawing the extreme outside here, he gets the nod to repeat. (9) SWEET DEISEL is the obvious danger dropping from the top class and he is likely to get more aggressive in this spot; using. (5) H P NAPOLEON maintained his solid current form when he finished 2nd to the choice. He should be part of the Tri or Super tonight. (2) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES figures to sit a following trip in midpack and rally for a small share.

Race 3: Valedictory Pacing Series 1st Leg 3YO Colts and Geldings

(7) CHANTEE is razor-sharp and the one to knock off here. (2) TAKE A GAMBLE had an inside shuffled trip vs. the choice last week after missing a week. The Harvest Series winner is sure to be more aggressive now and he is the main danger. (3) GREAT SOMEWHERE didn't get the best trip in the Popup Series final. Starting from a good post, he can land in the Tri tonight. (6) ROYAL TANG should pass a few of these and take another slice tonight.

Race 4: NW $6,000 L5 or NW $13,000 AE: POP UP STARTERS - Pick 4

(6) GOLD EDITION won at a higher level here on 10/18 and he gets a catch-driver tonight after having the trainer in the bike for three straight starts at Flamboro Downs. He gets the nod vs. these. (4) BUZZ drops back down and he should be blasting early. He gets more dangerous the longer he is allowed to control the front end; using. (2) WISHYOUDTELLME has done well with Sorrie in the bike and he never gets bet. He is worth a look for the exotics here. (9) FLY BEYOND should improve on the class drop, but from out there I can only use him on the bottom.

Race 5: NW $11,000 L5 or $23,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $35,000 AE: POP UP STARTERS

(2) WIND BLOWN dominated one class lower and he draws perfectly here to notch a repeat win; top call. (9) HES SWIFT might be the pick if he drew better, but from out there he could get a rough ride early. I'd demand a price here. (6) PRICELESS BEACH's current form is hard to fault and he is another that merits a look for multi-race tickets. (1) REAL WILLEY will likely close late to take another slice tonight.

Race 6: 5YO and Younger NW4 or $54,000 - Pick 5

(7) THATLL BE SPORTY drops back down to a level where he can blast to the front early and he is the one to beat here. (1) HESINCONTROL is sneaky in here. The post relief might be all he needs to sit closer and blow up the tote board; using. (8) LOU ED ZEPPELIN lacked room until it was too late last time and he closed willingly once free. He is another with upset potential. (6) LANCASTER BOMBER should improve in this second start back but I prefer to use him underneath.

Race 7: 4YO and Younger NW3 or $24,000 LT

(4) MERITO HANOVER failed as the big chalk last time, getting too far back in a moderate pace. Expect a more aggressive steer tonight; top call. (5) KISSINBYTHEBEACHES left for the front, yielded, took a shuffle then came on again and finished willingly. He can be a threat tonight at a price; using. (1) HASHTAG MONEY and (2) CHUCKY HANOVER both merit a look moving up off sharp maiden wins. This isn't the toughest NW3 and they are in with a chance.

Race 8: PREFERRED

(4) JIMMY FREIGHT was set to go last Saturday but the card got canceled. This is a bit tougher field, but he handles them if he is ready. (7) WHEELS ON FIRE is in top form again and he is the one to beat; using. (1) BEYOND BETTER has been racing well at this level and from the inside he should be in the exotics mix again tonight. (2) UHTRED is capable of better and he will likely look to get a trip tonight; using underneath.

Race 9: NW 3 (F&M5) or $40,000 (F&M $50,000) - Pick 4

(7) TRUFFLES TOO got a break last week when the card got canceled. If he repeats his 12/4 performance, his rivals are likely racing for 2nd here. (5) ROWLEN raced tough from the 10-hole in the Popup final. He looks next best here. (6) STONEBRIDGE STRONG ran into a hot rival in her last two starts, but she is racing well and she should be part of the Tri. (10) MAGIC CAPE can pass some of these late. Consider using him in the Tri and Super at a price.

Race 10: Valedictory Pacing Series 1st Leg 3YO Colts and Geldings

(3) SILVER MAPLE looked good making two moves to win on 12/4 and he gets the call to repeat here. (5) CENTURY HANNIBAL also comes off a nice win, his coming vs. some salty older conditioned foes. The leading driver chose him over others. He should be right there facing fellow sophomores tonight. (7) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER was game in defeat last time and he is worth using in the exotics tonight. Newcomer (6) VP ROCKIN exits a fast race where he closed nicely for 2nd but was set back. This is no easy spot. I’ll use him underneath.

Race 11: 5YO and Younger NW6 or $96,000 LT

(1) COMMANDING OFFICER was huge in victory here last time and off that strong winning effort, he gets the call to repeat. (6) SHADOW IN RED finished 2nd twice to his stablemate (top choice in Race 8) in his qualifiers for this and he is fast enough to beat these if he is ready to roll; Exacta factor. (3) FOREFATHER figures to take another share racing close to the front. (5) CAPTAINOFROCKNROLL brings good form in from Flamboro Downs and he can land in the Super tonight.

Race 12: NW $8,100 L5 or $17,800 L10

(4) ROCKME ROLLME drops and he draws perfectly tonight. I'll give him the nod if a race where you can make a case for several. (6) POINTOMYGRANSON is sharp and he is as game as they come when he is in a contentious position in the lane. I expect an aggressive steer tonight. (9) RESPECT OUR FLAG gets needed class relief tonight and he should be closing late; using. (7) NIGHT WATCHMAN improved in his second start in Moreau's barn and he can contend for a share here. (10) SPRINGBRIDGE JIM gets a notable barn change, but this is a tough spot to draw the 10-hole. I'll tab him for next week.
