(5) MARKET BANKER was no match for a big winner but that was a fast mile, and he figures to be a big threat vs. these. (3) STORMONT CHEERIO was first up last time and, in this spot, will likely look to sit and rally late; using underneath. (2) STONY BURKE was qualified by Macdonald, and he takes the driver here, but he is one I will play to beat as the morning line choice.

Race 2: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2024 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2024. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 1

(6) LIKE A GLOVE ships in from the Maritimes and finds a spot where he seems to actually fit like a glove. He also adds Lasix, and he gets top billing. (1) BRUDON raced much better last time and Cullen sticks with him. He will likely be the one to hold off late. (2) BETTER THAN NEVER gets McNair for the first time racing in a small field and that makes him worth a look. (4) WILD DOC HOLLIDAY will likely show speed and stick around for a share.

Race 3: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER -NW $15,950 (ON SIRED $18,750) LIFETIME

(6) GYPSY JOE shoots for the threepeat and he gets Roy back tonight. The only concern is the sick scratch; slight nod. (5) HOUSE EDGE HANOVER was beaten by the choice last time, but he had a tougher trip. He can win here with better racing luck; using. (3) SAULSBROOK TSUNAMI raced tough on the rim winning the Autumn Series final in London, and he took a new lifetime mark. He should contend for a share here. (2) HAZEE COAST comes off a good win in London and he is another to consider for the exotics.

Race 4: HORSES THAT HAVE STARTED FOR A PURSE OF $15,000 OR LESS IN ONE OF LAST 3 STARTS - Pick 4

(10) UPALLNIGHTBLUECHIP just paced a 53 3/5 back 1/2 and he lands in a race that seems like it will set up for a closer; upset special. (9) HUNGRY MAN is the one to beat off last week’s strong effort, but he could face more early speed and get softened up. I’d demand a price here. (8) SAULSBROOK IAN raced well in defeat to Hungry Man, but he is one of many that appear to be looking for the front leaving the gate. Perhaps J Mac calls an audible and finds him a trip; using. (6) DELIGHTFUL LEADER can pass some of these late to land in the exotics.

Race 5: NW $8,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $17,000 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: N/A $2,605 P/S IN 2024

(8) ORDER ONE TO GO paced a sub-54 back 1/2 last week but the opening fractions were too slow. This race projects to have a quicker early pace and I can see him mowing them down late. (7) TYGA HANOVER bravely held off a rival on either side of him in the lane and he is a threat to repeat here. (9) POSEIDON SEELSTER improved last week, and he almost got up skimming the pylons. His best race probably beats these; using. (6) ARTIES IDEAL got a perfect trip and had a clear shot at the leader, and he lost a position late. I’ll use him underneath here.

Race 6: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2024 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2024. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 1 - Pick 5

This is a much easier spot for (4) MCWICKED TIME, and he gets post relief, too. He should handle these if he can keep the leaders in his sights. (6) ZEBS CRAFTY is in top form, and he will surely head to the front again leaving from the best post tonight. He will likely be the one to catch when they turn for home. (1) WRITE ABOUT NOW is worth a look getting McNair for the first time. He has the speed to get position leaving the gate. (2) LOTTO MAX always looks good on paper, but he is 1 for 14 with seven slices. I’ll use him underneath.

Race 7: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 4 RACES OR $50,000 (OS $70,500) LIFETIME. AE: 3 & 4 YEAR OLDS NW $51,500 IN 2023 OR 2024 TO DRAW OUTSIDE

(2) SERGEANT SLAUGHTER has the fastest mark in this field, and I can see him getting the trip here with his main foes lined up on the far outside of the gate; call to upset. (9) FASNACHT HANOVER comes off a strong winning effort and he keeps McNair. He’s hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (6) MCPLEASANT fires home under 27 seconds every start and he has a puncher’s chance here at a price. (8) LOUS WORLD got two perfect trips in a row, and I don’t see another one coming here. I’ll play to beat him as the morning line choice.

Race 8: NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $37,500) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YEAR OLDS OPT. CLM. $40,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE - Pick 5

(2) LAMBORGHINI LOU gets Macdonald here and he took his lifetime mark last time he had the leading driver in the bike. Enough said. (1) BRINGITONHOMETOME comes off a nice first-over win and he should be an Exacta factor right back. (6) TELLIT RUSS TELLIT has a great record and he raced well in defeat last week. He is in the mix again likely trying to lead all the way or win racing out of the pocket. (3) BETTOR BE EARLY got the job done in his 16th try but now he faces horses that have multiple wins. A small share is probably his ceiling here.

Race 9: PREFERRED - Pick 4

If (5) ERVIN HANOVER repeats last week’s monster mile where he took a new life’s mark and paced a 52 3/5 back 1/2 drawing away first-over, who’s beating him? (4) TAURASI was way too far back in that mile, and he closed well for 3rd. He can be much closer with a better start, and I like that he gets off the rail here. (7) SAULSBROOK VICTOR is racing great but from the widest post here, I prefer to use him underneath. (2) FORTIFY is another in solid form that will be a factor, but he loses Roy to the choice; small share predicted.

Race 10: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 RACES OR $96,750 LIFETIME. AE: OS 3 YEAR OLDS

(3) STONEBRIDGE HALO just wired some of these in 1:51-flat and that makes her the one to beat as she tries to repeat. (2) BLAZING BELLE raced well first up in defeat to the choice now she returns a little quicker tonight. I wouldn’t be shocked if she turns the tables. (1) KELLINA DIAMOND can get a share here if she avoids being first-over. (5) BLINDED BY DELIGHT can close for a share in this spot.

Race 11: NW $17,500 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $28,950 LAST 8 STARTS

(3) SOMETIME SOMEWHERE crushed on the engine two starts back then was part of the early pace in Ervin Hanover’s 1:47 4/5 mile. He should be the one to catch here on the drop and I don’t think we get anything close to the 10 to 1 morning line. (4) WRITE ME A ROSE finished slightly ahead of the choice now he too drops, and he also gets McNair. He should be the main threat; using. (1) MOMAS SON BYRNE was much better in his second start back and he can take another share here. (2) HP LIS SHADOW should be good for a slice coming back quicker this week.

Race 12: NW $18,000 IN 2024 (MIN 10 STARTS) OR NOT AVERAGING $1,500 PER START IN 2024 (MIN 10 STARTS) – High 5 Mandatory Payout

(5) FOREFATHER raced tough first-over last week, and he gets top billing here coming off that sharp effort. (3) CONTROL THE POWER is racing well at this level and he should get a win soon, maybe tonight. (6) PIPEWRENCH CHARLIE almost got the job done last week when shaded for 2nd by the choice. He is another in with a shot in a good betting race. (4) HF PANS SHADOW produced a big late kick to score the upset last week. If there is any early battling for the front, he will be the beneficiary; using. (7) TYPHOON STRIDE N likely closes late for another small share.
