(6) DELICATE SOUND can improve in this second start over the track and his race last week vs. a very strong front end winner was decent; top call. (1) SPORTS FAN comes in off a nice win over NW3 rivals at Flamboro and he should be a major threat vs. these. (3) HOWYOUPLAY THEGAME was flying late last week but he regularly lags off the gate which could make it hard for him to rally past all of them tonight in a race that probably won't have a fast early pace. I'll play to beat him as a likely underlay. (2) HES SPORTY brings strong form with him from the 'B' tracks but these are tougher; using underneath.

Race 2: NW $2,250 L3

(9) CARLAS MACH A raced decently in his local debut at this level and he should be sharper tonight. I think he will offer a square price here moving outside and facing dropper (3) CAPITANO ITALIANO. The latter is always dangerous at this level and he is hard to leave off early Pick 5 tickets. Keep an eye on the odds of (5) RAYS CREDIT who comes off an improved performance. When he is live, he gets bet. (10) SOMETIME SOMEWHERE got shuffled out of the race last week when he appeared to have some pace. I can see him rallying for a share at a price tonight.

Race 3: Harvest Series 3YO Colts and Geldings

(6) CAMARA MOMENT was the only horse that was leading turning for home that went on to win on 10/28 on a night where the track was killing speed. Off that impressive score, he gets the call to repeat here. (2) COLIGNY HANOVER exits a very fast race won by a colt that would blitz this group. He should improve sharply vs. these; Exacta factor. (7) TANGO SEELSTER is fast enough to contend for a slice here. He should be part of the Tri in this spot. (3) BOOTLEGGER CHARLIE was 3rd with Macdonald driving two starts back and he returns to the bike tonight; using underneath.

Race 4: NW $12,000 L5 or $24,500 - Pick 4

Good betting race here with several options. (1) HAIL CHRISTIAN N raced his eyeballs out in defeat last week from post 10. He loses McCarthy now, but he can beat these if he finds a live helmet to follow tonight. (7) NO FREE LUNCH could do no better than 5th last week despite pacing a 53 2/5 back 1/2. I think Macdonald leaves enough with him tonight to be in striking range at the 3/4 pole; using. (4) B STONEY and (5) LEGION SEELSTER both keep coming close and are capable but they are also trip dependent and will likely get bet. I'll play to beat both.

Race 5: Harvest Series 3YO Colts and Geldings

(4) ROYALTYS ROCKET beat the same rival three times in a row at Flamboro downs and that foe was an easy winner the other two times she raced in October when she dodged this gelding. Boughton doesn't drive here often anymore, but he is a capable veteran that knows how to get one home; top call. (6) ANGELS EXPRESS was simply beat by a better horse last time and he should be the main threat here. (7) MARVIN HAGLER got his confidence up with two easy 'B' track wins and he is worth a look here. (10) RICKY RESOLVE can close late and sneak into the exotics at a price here.

Race 6: FILLIES and MARES PREFERRED - Pick 5

Shipper (2) DELITFULCATHERIN N gets to miss local powerhouse So Much More who takes a week off following a taxing effort in the Breeders Crown and this mare should have a big shot tonight. (9) GIAS SURREAL was only four lengths behind the best mare in North America last week and she is an obvious threat despite drawing widest. (3) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN likely sits and rallies here tonight and she is another mare that's in with a shot. I thought (4) VOELZ DELIGHT should have been able to close out the race when she pulled pocket at the head of the lane and she couldn't rebuff an inside challenger late in the mile. I'll use her underneath here.

Race 7: NW $26,500 L5 AE: 3YO

Several droppers in here make this race wide-open and I'll side with (1) AMERICAN HISTORY, who should be much more aggressive from the rail. (5) MAPPOS LION brings it every week and he figures to be a big threat tonight; using. (7) WOODMERE STEALDEAL was dead game in defeat last week, falling just short after getting the toughest trip. He's in the mix here. (9) COLD CREEK QUESO dominated sophomores but he has missed some time and he draws widest facing some salty older rivals. I'll use him underneath here.

Race 8: Harvest Series 3YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 4

(5) STONE CARVER dropped and won easily last week and he gets the nod to repeat over (8) SIP OF BOURBON in what should boil down to a two-horse race. (3) JACK PANIC's local debut was decent and he should be closer early this time. He can land in the bottom of the Tri. (2) TITANIUM ALPHA adds Lasix and his good tactical speed puts him in the exotics mix.

Race 9: PREFERRED 2

(3) WARRAWEE VITAL should be tough to beat dropping out of the Breeders Crown in this spot probably looking to lead these from start to finish. (2) CODENAME COGAR BOX was iron tough last week and he was unlucky in defeat. He probably sits and rallies here and he should be flying late; using. (1) SINTRA raced terrific several starts in a row in Pennsylvania and he should be in the exotics mix here tonight. (4) WHEELS ON FIRE got a bit of a lucky trip to win last week. I'll play against him tonight.

Race 10: NW $6,000 L5 or $15,500 L10

(5) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR got a good trip last week but the late pace was just too strong to close into. He should be tough here on the class drop. (1) FLYINGEVENBETTOR N was part of some strong fractions last week and he hung around at the finish. He should be a threat vs. these tonight. (9) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES is sharp right now and he probably won't get bet from out there. He can be part of the exotics at a price. (4) ILLGETMYOWN THANKS needed his last start after missing a month and he can rally past a few of these to land in the Super.

Race 11: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $40,000 LT AE: 3YO and 4YO to be claimed for $50,000

(4) YOURTHEONE paced a sub-54 back 1/2 last time but he couldn't get close to dominating Southside Eddy. This race likely goes at least two seconds slower and that puts him right there on the wire tonight; top call. (9) THE BOSS SAID is sharp and he showed last start that he can get away quickly from the wide post. He is the main danger. (1) CONTROL THE POWER raced well in defeat over an off track on Monday night. He is another in with a shot. (6) PETIPOU fits well here but he has missed some time. I'll use him underneath considering that absence. (8) PARTYINTHESHADOWS raced okay last week and he adds Lasix now. He is worth using in the exotics.
