(5) ARTIES IDEAL dropped into this series out of upper levels 11/19 and woke up. I'd expect aggression again but can win from off the pace. (7) WILDRIVERBUMBLEBEE was in that race and made a move but wasn't beating winner. He's capable of more on this track. (2) SIR PUGSLEY was scratched in leg one due to transportation issues. He's beaten better here in the past and could get a setup to rally. (8) MIDNIGHT MOOD won his leg one assignment with a slow final quarter. Can repeat but prefer others.

Race 2: NW $12,000 L5 or NW $24,000 L10 AE: NW $100,000 Lifetime

I liked how (6) HESINCONTROL raced in last vs well-meant winner. Made a big move then raced strong to the wire. Will be a price with (2) AMERICAN HISTORY in the race. Two back he crushed these but thren walked home in last. Who shows up this week at short odds? (7) POINTS NORTH gets a slight drop after checks in last two vs better. Does he blast now? (1) DREAMFAIR ARNIE B gets back to weekly rotation after even try vs different bunch. Needs to find earlier form.

Race 3: Pop Up: NW $35000 in '22 or Not Avg $1,250 per start in '22

(7) PETIPOU adds Lasix and lands in Pop Up after facing tough NW3 types most of this year. Last has the look of bleeding so Lasix now. (5) MILLENIUM SEELSTER was solid in leg one chasing choice in race one tonight. Lacks wins this year but plenty of shares. (8) IDEAL JET didn't get his trip in last but J. Mac sticks and he could blast per usual. (1) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES finds himself in series now after Monday try. He's lightly raced this year and in capable hands.

Race 4: NW $6600 L5 or NW $12,000 L10 AE: Starters for a Purse $13,000 or less L3 *Pick 4

(7) HAIL CHRISTIAN drops back to lower level where he excelled two back. I think if JJ leaves he will grind these early and late. (4) J M JACK OF HEARTS had no chance in last two. Barn starting to heat up, i think he's involved early here. (6) FLYINGEVENBETTOR is off form and typically needs trips for best. Connections can turn him around quickly. (2) GRAND POOBAH has had tough trips recently. Parked every step two back then shuffled in latest.

Race 5: 5YO & Younger NW3 or $40,000 Life AE: 3 & 4 YO $50,000 claiming

(7) ACAPULCO SUNBURN won as he pleased 11/19 despite wind. Speed to chase again just needs to move when ready. (4) JABBERWOCKY showed up off form 11/19 and promptly crushed by 10. He's always been speedy here and that was the play that night. (9) CONTROL THE POWER kicked in 27 1/5 vs choice but only managed fifth. Better chance now. (3) YOURTHEONE is a share type that's drawn inside again. Use in exotics.

Race 6: NW $19,000 L5 or NW $33,000 L8 starts *Pick 5

(5) SINTRA has had pace in last two but lacked room then was too far back in latest. Drops now and should handle these. (3) WOODMERE STEALDEAL is racing well every week. Seems to move to leaders on the turn then gets tired late. Better spot now. (6) SAULSBROOK VICTOR was well driven in latest in a fast race. He's capable vs this group with a trip. (1) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR was against it in latest and should be rolling late again.

Race 7: Pop Up: NW $35000 in '22 or Not Avg $1,250 per start in '22

(7) UNIQUE BEACH goes to Auciello and gets instantly protected coming out of a juicy :50 3/5 mile. (4) MENLO PARK took action in leg one and was solid. Player with similar trip. (1) BETTIM AGAIN was in that same race and flashed speed then stayed for third. I'd expect similar trip, not much speed here. (3) SPRINGBRIDGE JIM is no stranger to winning at this track and comes off blowout Rideau score. Maybe.

Race 8: NW $3,000 L5 or NW $9,200 L10 AE: Starters for a Purse $13,000 or less L3

(4) BETTORBEFLYIN was bet Monday vs (3) RAYS KREDIT and they were right together at the wire. The ladder got a better trip and the former had to wait while the winner got the jump. This race looks like those two again unless the dropping (5) PARTYINTHESHADOWS wakes up. He has a kick when right and gets a different group. First time racing back in a week in awhile. I liked (8) BETTER BE GOUDA in his latest but it wasn't his night. Better trip improves chances at big odds.

Race 9: Preferred

(6) WHEELS ON FIRE looms large vs field he's beaten three of last four and the other he was refunded for broken equipment. When the temp goes down his wins go up. (5) CENTURY HEINEKEN is hard to fault in last two. He's up close early and trying hard late. (3) CODENAME CIGAR BOX has found a home at this level and is dangerous from off the pace. (1) NO FREE LUNCH jumps another level but his kick is too fast to ignore.

Race 10: NW $2,000 L3 starts AE: N/A $805 per start L10 starts

(5) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER wasn't winning with that trip in latest where winner had flown and wind was difficult. Classy, third back and well meant here. (6) LETS GET PICKLED setup the winner Monday when never seeing the rail. Seven wins this year. (2) ACTOR HANOVER I liked in that race but perhaps he needed one. Fits on class and right back in the box. (8) POINTOMYGRANSON certainly has the speed and class to beat this bunch. Needs to be up close for best.

Race 11: Pop Up: NW $35000 in '22 or Not Avg $1,250 per start in '22

(1) UNCONTROLLABLE dropped away from toughies into this series and romped in leg one. Repeat possible with his form. (5) LITTLE MANNY kicked :28 2/5 in that race at long odds. I think he's better on the big track. (4) WOODMERE FENN is a closer that's outracing odds in last two. Share more likely than win. (7) SUN CHIP won three back then raced even in last two. Better try possible if put in the race. (8) HP MOMENTUM has a kick that can pick up pieces for trainer that is improving horses.
