(9) MAJOR BANK had no chance of passing them all last week the way the race played out. Counting on him leaving a bit better tonight, I’ll call him to notch the upset. (4) DEVILS KISS came out firing and he was never headed at a big price. He will have to be caught here. (2) MARKET BANKER closed well, but Devils Kiss was long gone after enjoying a 58 opening 1/2. He is capable of turning the tables if he lays a bit closer this time. (3) MAESTRO SEELSTER is capable of taking a share starting from a better post this week.

Race 2: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 RACES OR $50,000 (OS $71,500) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YEAR OLDS

(2) MCPLEASANT raced better last week when a narrow loser and he has a good shot here facing many of the same rivals. (4) SERGEANT SLAUGHTER looked like a horse that needed a race last week and he finished with interest; price look for the Pick 5. (6) FAST LOUIE went too fast in the third 1/4 last week and he paid the price late. He should be a speed threat again starting from the best post. (5) A CLASS YANKEE rolled up off cover to get up for the win right on the line. He Doesn’t strike me as one that will string wins together. I’ll use him underneath this week.

Race 3: NW $4,400 LAST 5 STARTS. AE: N/A $1,845 P/S IN 2024 (MIN 10 STS) OR N/A $1,530 P/S IN 2023-2024.

(7) ROCK AND TWIST raced better last week when facing a winner that was taking a class edge. He should offer a decent price here in a spot where he can win with the right trip; top call. (2) LEGION SEELSTER drops, and he should be sitting much closer to the front this time. He is the other one that I’ll use on multi-race tickets. (3) BETTORBEFLYIN’s fast kicker last week can be an indication that he will be in peak form soon, but I prefer to use him underneath here. (4) UPALLNIGHTBLUECHIP draws much better here and he can land in the bottom of the exotics.

Race 4: HORSES THAT HAVE STARTED FOR A PURSE OF $15,000 OR LESS IN ONE OF LAST 4 STARTS. (W/O $12,000 LAST 5 STARTS N/E). AE: N/A $1,165 P/S LAST 5 STARTS - Pick 4

(5) ARMYCAPTIN HANOVER flew home after missing a month and shipping east now he gets off the rail and he should get a more aggressive steer from Roy. I’ll give him the nod over veteran (1) WHEELS ON FIRE who figures to improve sharply at this level. (6) SAULSBROOK IAN draws best here, and he should be able to avoid being first up. That gives him a chance vs. these; using. (10) LIVINTHEBEACHLIFE was a predictable winner on Monday night now he draws worst. A small share is likely his ceiling here.

Race 5: NW $14,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $32,500 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: NW OF A RACE LAST 10 STARTS

(2) ENEVANT has hit his best stride and past performances tells us he doesn’t need the lead to win. He likely sits and pounces this time in a field laden with fast leavers. (3) KOLBY TWO STEP produced a huge winning effort from the 10-hole last week and he is a threat to repeat off that sharp mile. (5) MAPPOS LION jogged last time he races this low, and he will likely be flying late here; using. (7) JACK PANIC drops, but he is an infrequent winner that I will play to beat as the morning line choice.

Race 6: FILLIES & MARES PREFERRED HANDICAP (PP 1-4 DRAWN) (PP 5-8 DRAWN) - Pick 5

(5) SYLVIA HANOVER and (7) SILVER LABEL return from the Breeders Crown to knock heads here and the former gets the edge getting a better draw and showing a sharpening qualifier coming to this race. (1) TELLS ON A ROLL races tough every week and she should be in the exotics again. (6) HUNTRESS likely sits a trip and takes a share coming off a sharp win.

Race 7: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2024 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2024. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 2

(5) BRUDON got the trip in Leg 1 and took a new lifetime mark, now he gets the leading driver for Leg 2; call to repeat. (10) LIKE A GLOVE couldn’t hold off the choice, but he did all the work now he returns quicker. He will offer a much better price starting from post 10 and I’ll toss him in my multi-race tickets. (9) ZEBS KRAFTY was right there in Leg 1 and his good gate speed puts him in the mix. He should be part of the exotics again. (4) LOTTO MAX is 1 for 15 with seven slices. He likely takes another small slice here.

Race 8: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $37,500) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YEAR OLDS OPT. CLM. $40,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE - Pick 4

(2) LAMBORGHINI LOU couldn’t catch the odds-on choice last week and he gets top billing here with that rival gone. (4) BET THE BB was a winner vs. NW6 at Flamboro only three starts back and he fits well here racing for a tag. He should be the main threat. (8) BET ON SUNSHINE made a late move to get 3rd behind the choice and he is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics here. (9) JMR SPEAK AWAY finished fast in his comeback race and he is one that could sneak into the bottom of the exotics at a price.

Race 9: PREFERRED

(6) ERVIN HANOVER made an incredible late move to win last week, and he has never been better. He gets top billing until someone beats him. (8) TAURASI raced well, but he was no match for the winner. He is probably limited to racing for 2nd again if the choice shows up with his best effort. (3) POWERTRAIN closed for 3rd behind the top two. He can land in the Tri again making his second start back. (2) AMERICAN HISTORY tried the front at this level on 11/2 and it didn’t work out. Starting from an inside post, I think he sits and rallies this time.

Race 10: 2 & 3 YEAR OLDS NW $15,000 (ON SIRED $19,750) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YEAR OLD NW $7,500 LAST 10 STARTS

(6) GYPSY JOE turned for home with the lead and a good chance to take a win when he suddenly veered right off the track, apparently spooked by something he thought he saw. Look for an equipment addition tonight. (4) STATE ONE SMILEY beat a decent field in London on Wednesday night, and he can be a factor here at a price racing close to the front; using. (1) HONOLULU VACATION got a bit lucky cutting the corner on the final turn then inheriting the win when the choice went off the track, but he did finish fast to get the job done. He is in with a chance to repeat. (3) SAULSBROOK TSUNAMI probably closes for another small share here.

Race 11: NW $8,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $21,375 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: N/A $1,890 P/S IN 2024. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000

(7) PACINO HANOVER takes a big class drop here and he should prove tough to beat for Team Cullen. (5) TYGA HANOVER chased a razor-sharp Kolby Two Step last week and no one was catching that rival. He should be a threat racing on or near the front and he is the other one that I’ll use in the late Pick 4. (3) BLOCKBUSTER TRADE is racing well at this level, but he keeps running into some tough rivals and getting shares. More of the same is likely for him again tonight. (2) ROCKABILLY REBEL N returns from a rest in a spot where it looks like he can contend at a slice. (8) ORDER ONE TO GO likely rallies for a small share in this spot.
