Top Pick Stats: 326/939 (-$333.00) Best Bets: 40/85 ($2.10); Spot Plays: 17/84 (-$48.00) Best Bet: SHANES DREAM (Race 11) Spot Play: LOUS WORLD (Race 7) Early Pick-5: 6,9/2,5/5,9/4,5/2,4   $6.40 Middle Pick-5: 2,5/3/1,4/1,5/1,9   $3.20 Late Pick-5: 1,4/1,5/1,9/2/2,3,4   $4.80 Race 1: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 2. (9) JAYPORT CASH will have to work out a trip from the high draw, but he showed much more pop in his latest when racing on Lasix for the first time. (6) GOAL DIGGER finally put it all together in dominant fashion after being off for nearly three months. He draws well again tonight and should be sitting close. (2) SAPPHIRE STEVE just got picked off in leg one of this series after setting decent fractions up front. He can work into the race from multiple spots and is a logical use. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: FILLIES & MARES OPEN. (2) ABSOLUTION didn’t get as good of a setup last week but still paced home well and finished less than a length behind at the wire. I would expect her to be in contention when turning for home. (5) AVYANNA has looked like Absolution since shipping in from PEI with her late kick. The short field will help her stay closer. (1) GRIT N GRACE gets a new pilot this week, but Plante should be on the move in the early stages and get the kind of fractions that she wants. Race 3: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 2. (5) COLD CREEK PANTERA had to settle for an underneath spot when racing against the runaway winner in Figment. I think he can sit a stalking trip this week and win at a square price. (9) AMBERJACK tried to make two moves when shipping from Truro, but came up short. He draws outside now, but should be forwardly placed again. (8) CENTURY LUCIFER was blasted towards the front last week and finished a sharp second to the aforementioned Figment. Look for him to land somewhere on the ticket again. Race 4: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES. (4) LYONS PAPI ROCK has looked impressive in his three career starts over the half mile track at Flamboro. Look for him to step forward on the big track. (5) JOSES TRIPLETS was a sharp second in his latest try when not against stakes company. Plante was involved in a faster pace last week; look for some better rating tonight. (9) LISTEN LINDO is a horse that should be racing from off the pace. Look for him to try and work second or third over and get a piece. Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $10,950 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $18,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. (2) GLENBORO drops in class once again tonight. She looks for a wake-up call and is in a prime spot to get one with an aggressive steer. (4) SORCHA SEELSTER has just one win this season, but she raced decently last week against some tougher horses. I don’t expect her to be handled as aggressively, but I can see her working into the race. (8) STYLE FOR A MILE is the best horse in this race when on her game. She showed her quirks last week when grinding into contention. I’ll give her another chance to hit the ticket. Race 6: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 2. (5) MASSEDONIA wore down the leaders last week after making his second move. He has been extremely consistent this season. I’ll give him the call to repeat. (2) TRIX UP MY SLEEVE got the job done last week from a less favorable post. He is usually grinding into the race, but tripped out last week. I expect him to sit close again. (4) THE BEAR A CUDA has shown more since adding Lasix, and could find his way to the winner’s circle if he works out the right trip. Race 7: NW $9,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $18,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: N/A $1,770 P/S IN 2024-25. AE: 4 YO NW $85,000 IN 2025. (3) LOUS WORLD was given zero chance when making his first start since August. He should step forward tonight with a better post draw. (7) ARBITRAGE HANOVER was sent off as the favorite last week despite just having one win this season. He should be forwardly placed off the car, but he is hard to trust regardless of how good of a trip he gets. (5) JABBERWOCKY was able to get the job done last week after tripping out. He is slowly but surely rounding back into form and should be used on multi-leg tickets. Race 8: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW OF 2 RACES OR $15,000 (ON SIRED $18,750) LIFETIME. (4) PA SALT rebounded nicely last week and was a horse who made up significant ground when racing from the back. He is versatile and looms as a win contender. (1) AXIAL slowly but surely worked into the race last week when racing from last, and ended up getting a check. He gets post relief tonight; I’ll give him a big chance. (3) LYONS DUKEY made a miscue at the start last week and was taken out of contention. His price could be slightly inflated if some of his backers jump elsewhere. Race 9: OPEN. (1) REMEMBER THE ALAMO went down the road last week and produced a nice win. I like his chances of doing the exact same thing tonight. (5) CALICOJACK HANOVER got two strong steers from Christoforou around a month ago. He pilots tonight and is likely to give him an aggressive steer. (7) POWERTRAIN makes his return to Mohawk Park for the first time since April. Both of his qualifiers were solid. He may need a few starts, but his back class is well known. Race 10: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025. NO ALLOWANCES. LEG 2. (1) TITO N CHEDDAR just got picked off last week in leg one of this series. I’ll give him a chance to rebound tonight. (9) NATIONAL TIER was a solid winner last week and should have an inflated price when leaving from the high draw. He will need to show a little bit of gate speed. (2) THAI TOUR produced an upset win in a career-best time last week. He looms as a threat to work from just off the pace. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 11: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $38,500 LIFETIME. (2) SHANES DREAM races off the claim for the Jodie Cullen barn which always deserves respect. His last effort was a solid third-place finish from a bad post. You would think that he would show more when dropping to this level. (4) COALFORD TOPGUY GB got a check in his first start outside of Great Britain. It was a decent race that should have him tighter tonight. (9) RBSTENACIOUS T just missed two starts ago, and was involved in an accident last week that was eventually declared a no contest. He is right back in this week, meaning he should be good to go. Race 12: NW $6,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $12,200 LAST 8 STARTS (W/O $22,500 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). (4) MYULTIMATE SNOWY A gets another drop in class as he looks for a wake-up call. I think he will find it tonight and could potentially go down the road. (2) LIVINTHEBEACHLIFE was a strong third last week at a big price. He is hit and miss at this level, but when he is on his game, he produces a good mile. (3) JACK PANIC looks to cross the six-figure threshold this year with another good finish. He is usually a ticket magnet and is a logical use.
