Top Pick Stats: 326/939 (-$333.00) Best Bets: 40/85 ($2.10); Spot Plays: 17/84 (-$48.00) Best Bet: CENTURY KOMODO (Race 9) Spot Play: WALLACE HARTLEY (Race 7) Early Pick-5: 4,6/1,6/6,7/2,6,7/1   $4.80 Late Pick-5: 1,2/8,9/5,10/7/4,7,8   $4.80 Race 1: FILLIES & MARES, NW $1,000 LAST 4 STARTS (W/O $7,500 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: N/A $900 P/S IN 2025 (MIN 10 STARTS). AE: OPT. CLM. $12,500. (6) CHELSIS CHOICE took decent support in her latest when dropping to this level, but was beat from the start when she got away last. Borth gets the call tonight and could give her an aggressive steer. (4) CATCHMEGRACEFULLY should take plenty of support in her second start off the bench. She was able to grind into contention and finished a respectable fourth. Anything the Cullen barn has sent out in the last couple of months has deserved respect. (1) CORA CORA CORA gets a drop in class that is likely to help her get some confidence back. She has seven wins this year, but has not been at her best in recent weeks. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: FILLIES & MARES, NW $9,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $18,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: NW $43,000 IN 2025. AE: 3 YO NW 2 RACES LAST 8. (6) GLENBORO has been a bit snake bitten this season. She has just one win, but has been in contention in at least a dozen races that I can remember. I’ll look for her to finally come through again on the drop in class. (1) MIKKI SIXX produced a winning effort in her return to the races, and looked good doing so. This is a solid step up in competition, but a step forward from her can have her right in contention. (3) OUTTATHISWORLD DEO took her shot in the Breeders Crown, but was overmatched in both races. She has succeeded against older horses in the past. Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, NW 3 RACES OR $50,000 (OS $86,750) LIFETIME. AE: 4 YR OLDS & YOUNGER OPT. CLM. $60,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. AE: 3 YR OLDS NW $7,650 L4. (7) SILVER MAJESTY has had two tough trips since shipping to Mohawk Park. JR Plante gets the call tonight and is likely to get some early speed out of her, which could allow for a big effort. (6) WICKED N SINGLE was given a chance on the front on Breeders Crown weekend, and finished a strong third. She has consistently been trying to work from off the pace and sprint home, but is frequently too far back. Roy could have her on the move in the early stages too. (8) ROCKS SHADOW is another potential early pace presence, but the outside draw could see her take back and try to work out a trip from off the pace. She raced well last week when skimming the pylons. Race 4: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 RACES OR $84,000 LIFETIME. (2) LYONS FRANKY J has been sharp since shipping in, and is a logical favorite in this race despite the seventh place finish against Open company. (6) RIPASSO was extremely sharp in the Pop-Up Series that he occupied for the last few weeks. If he gets swift enough fractions to chase up front, he could get the job done. (7) SOS SPORTS BET was a very good third against tougher horses. His staying power on the front end is well known. I will use him in multi-leg tickets. Race 5: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $39,750) LIFETIME. (1) FIGMENT was patiently handled in the early stages last week, and looked to be in a heap of trouble when at the top of the stretch, but once he found room, he showed why he was clearly much better than his rivals. He toyed with them, and looms as the horse to beat tonight. (5) DANCE CAPTAIN has looked better on the big track, and should have a chance to sit close and trip out. (4) D A LETS BOOGIE comes off a sharp win at Rideau after a first over move. Roy has plenty of options for getting him into the race. Race 6: FILLIES & MARES, NW $2,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $5,000 LAST 8 STARTS. (W/O $12,500 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. (2) SUPERIOR DELIGHT gets a major post switch after a very good second place finish behind the returning Mikki Sixx. Roy logically gives her the nod. Hard to pick against a horse who has been so good this year. (1) GIMMIE A CORONA has had an excellent season and is usually right there at the wire. Her recent form won’t allow her to add as much value to exotics, but she is a logical use nonetheless. (8) SANTAFES APPETITE has been working from off the pace as of late and should have a chance to close into the action tonight. The only concern is she might be too far back. Race 7: NW $12,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $24,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $70,000. AE: 3 YEAR OLDS. AE: NW $55,000 IN 2025. (MIN 20 STARTS). (9) WALLACE HARTLEY has been extremely sharp in recent weeks, and only came up short by a head in the Pop-Up Final. He is fast enough to fit with these class-dropping types. The post will only help his price. (8) WAFFLE BLUE CHIP got a great drive last week from Tetrick and finished a good second in the Open for three year olds. Louis Roy gets the call tonight and should have him moving early. (1) ARBITRAGE HANOVER gets a major post switch tonight after having to race from post ten against some tougher horses. The post gods have not been kind to him in recent weeks. I would expect him to rebound. Race 8: 2 & 3 YEAR OLDS NW $22,300 LIFETIME. (10) RBSTENACIOUS T comes off a good win at Hoosier where he was clearly the best horse. He took a bit of a shuffle, but was still able to find room and get the job done. He now debuts for the Cullen barn, who does very well with newcomers. (5) BRINDLE has enough gate speed to get him into a stalking spot. He has enough pop in the late stages to potentially trip out. After (8) AXIAL debuted, it looked like the world was his oyster, but he was just even in his second career start. We’ll see what version of him we get tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: OPEN. (7) CENTURY KOMODO has worked his way back into Open level form with two straight wins, including last week’s which earned him a new lifetime mark. Roy will look to guide him to his third straight trip to the winner’s circle. (3) COLD CREEK QUESO has shown that he can be an Open contender, even if it’s just the fringe kind. We’ve seen horses like that jump up with huge efforts and really spice up exotics. I’ll take my chances that he pulls another big effort out tonight. (2) DUBLIN DASHER drops out of the invitational on Breeders Crown weekend that included the likes of Bythemissal. I expect him to sit close when dropping back to Open company and get a piece. Race 10: NW $9,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $18,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: NW $40,000 IN 2025. (7) JABBERWOCKY is a horse that many are likely to flock towards because of it being his second start off the bench. He only lost by a length in his return and should be even tighter tonight. (4) HEAD HONCHO is probably the quickest horse off the car, but will obviously need to rate better than he did last week. I would look for a rebound effort from the only six figure earner in the field this year. (8) MYULTIMATE SNOWY A had a tough trip last week when going against the sharp Century Komodo. He likes to grind into contention and can get a piece if he finds a live helmet.
