(8) THE GREEK FREEK produced his best effort in a while last week and he fits well with this group but his style conflicts with the choice's. He could get forced into the pocket early which could benefit him later in the mile; using. (5) LETS GET PICKLED raced well last week vs. a repeat winner and he should be in the exotics mix again; using underneath. (7) REAL SURREAL got the trip last week but he spun his wheels a bit when he tipped off cover. I'll use him on the bottom here.

Race 2: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 2YO FILLIES

(3) PORTOFINO appeared a bit late on the scene but she has come around quickly. She is the clear filly to beat here. (7) MONEYWORTH couldn't catch the choice last week but that was another strong effort and she is the logical alternative here. (9) LOVIN JULIE and (10) DA ROYAL MIRACLE both recovered from early breaks to finish 1-2 last week so I'm not sure how good that field was. From wide posts they are best used underneath tonight.

Race 3: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 3YO FILLIES

(2) GAME OF SHADOWS looked tremendous powering away from her rivals in the Semi-Final last week. She holds a class edge in Grassroots races and she gets top call here, (1) SAULSBROOK OLYMPIA is the other obvious contender coming off a strong winning mile last week, too; Exacta factor. (4) VOLUPTUOUS will likely be handled more aggressively in this spot and she should be part of the exotics racing from close range. (8) CYCLONE SISTER is always a speed threat, but in a race that is likely to feature plenty of action, I'll use her on the bottom.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4

I’m going to try to blow up the tote board here with (8) ROYAL CHAMPANE. He wasn't asked to trot until the final 1/16th last week and he responded well without threatening the winner. This race could fall apart late, so he is worth a try at big odds. (5) ARCHERY SEELSTER was full of himself for that entire mile with Roy just hanging on and if he replicates that mile, his rivals could be in trouble here. (9) HP MAESTRO was in a bad spot following the leaders in 1:30 for the first 3/4 but he flew home. He isn't out of this. (4) LEXUS RANGER is right there every race but he had things all his own way last week and he couldn't seal the deal. I’ll play to beat him.

Race 5: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(2) DYNOMITES PEAK is 4 for 4 in Grassroots races and that streak will likely continue tonight; top call. (5) MACHO PHIL raced great in defeat from the 10-hole in the Semi-Final now he is the logical alternative starting from one of the best posts. He is the second one that I'll use on multi-race tickets. (8) SPORTS ADVISOR improved last week and I can see him landing in the exotics at a price here. (10) SPORTS FAN is on a roll but post 10 makes things tough here; using on the bottom.

Race 6: NW $26,000 L5 or $30,000 L10 or NW $140,000 LT AE: 3YO - Pick 5

(7) BEST IN SHOW drops into a race where it appears, he can control the pace from the outset and he gets top call here. McNair woke up (3) SWEET DEISEL last week and he produced a 52 3/5 ack 1/2 to swoop the field. He will get overlooked here on the class rise and I'll use him on my multi-race tickets. (6) SPEEDY DOMINIC A interestingly switched barns coming off a nice win. He should take a share here. (4) DESPERATE MAN is in here to stay sharp for the $250K Gold Superfinal next week. I expect him to close late for a small share.

Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 3YO FILLIES

(6) P L OPPORTUNITY is racing best right now and she draws perfectly for this Grassroots Final; top call. (5) I DA PRINCESS has form that is hard to fault, but the choice had a tougher trip last week and still chased her down; Exacta factor. (1) TEALICIOUS draws better here and she could get a golden trip in this spot. She has upset potential. (10) RUBYS ARE NICE would be rated higher from a better post; small share predicted for her.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 2YO FINALS

(3) DEWITT FOR JOSIE is due for some racing luck after getting caught in blind switches twice in a row and I'll give her the nod here. (1) WINX responded well to getting driver Henry last week and she produced a big winning effort from a wide post. She is a must-use for me tonight. (7) IN THE MOOD is in great form and she is another one that is hard to leave off multi-race tickets here. (9) RIBBON RIDGE is right there every week and she can take a share here at a price.

Race 9: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4

(9) THE PRINCE has looked outstanding in all of his Grassroots wins and I don't see the 9-hole stopping him here; top call. (6) SWEET SOUL DAVID is the obvious danger and if the choice gets in traffic trouble, he will likely be the victor. (3) FOUR WHEELIN followed the choice home last week and I see more of the same coming from him tonight. (5) AWORLDLY GOODTIMES was sharp last week despite coming off a vet scratch and he could be a good one to use underneath at a price tonight.

Race 10: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS FINAL 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(3) JIMMY CONNOR B was expertly-handled by McNair last week when he was a bit keen on the backstretch and he is strictly the one to beat here. (1) PROLINE raced well from the 10-hole last week and he can be an Exacta factor from the rail here. Try as he might (2) NO PLAN INTENDED couldn't reach the choice last week. More of the same is likely coming here; using underneath. (4) ARMOR SEELSTER likely makes a late charge to take a share tonight.

Race 11: NW $13,000 L5 or $30,000 L10 or NW $80,000 LT

(5) DEAN B HANOVER was probably better last week than he was in his previous start when he won but the early fractions were just too slow to overcome. I'll give him the nod here in a race where the early pace should be more honest. (2) FABRIZIO N is in a much tougher spot tonight but he was sharp in his local debut and he could improve in this second North American start; using. (8) BETTORBUCKLEUP races well with Macdonald in the bike and he will be closing late again; using underneath. (9) HES SWIFT is one of those that pops when least expected, so despite drawing widest I guess ya never know here.

Race 12: NW $8,000 L5 or NW $17,000 L10

(2) POINTOMYGRANSON drops after lacking room last week and he should have a good shot here racing on or near the lead. (3) REAL WILLEY exits the same race where he made several moves and he gets McNair back for this; using. (6) OUTLAWACEOFSPADES is another dropper that should be heard from here that is a possible multi-race value player. (4) PRICELESS BEACH comes off a decent effort chasing a strong winner and he can take a share here. (1) JM JACK OF HEARTS figures to take another small share starting from the rail.
