(5) SOUTHSIDE EDDY already has two wins and a close 2nd at this level and he is the one to beat dropping out of the OSS Superfinal and drawing well. (1) CONTROL THE POWER missed three weeks but it didn't matter. He still jogged for his seventh win of the year in 14 starts. He should be a threat here. (3) PETIPOU is an honest hard trier that should be in the exotics mix again. (10) THE BOSS SAID stepped up and took a new life's mark last week but he has his work cut out now starting widest. I'll use him underneath.

Race 2: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION OPEN MARE PACE

(7) TEST OF FAITH has only been beaten by bad trips this year when it made sense to be driven conservatively. When the big money is down, she usually drops the hammer early in finals, though. That being said, she needs to win here to draw between posts 1 through 5 in next week's final, so she should get an aggressive steer tonight. (4) MIKALA, 2nd to the choice in her last two starts, gave her a stern challenge in the Milton final here and she is the one that could knock her off here. Local queen (6) SO MUCH MORE gives her all every week, but she is likely a length or two behind the top two choices again; using underneath. (2) VOELZ DELIGHT used last week's race as a tightener and she was flying late. She is worth a look for the exotics here.

Race 3: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO FILLY TROT

(9) JOVIALITY S towers over this field of fillies and a wide post shouldn't stop her tonight. (8) SELFIE QUEEN went a huge trip last time in Lexington, parking the whole way, providing cover for the choice and hanging around for a share. She should be an Exacta factor here. (4) MISSWALNER FASHION's race in the Filly Futurity where she got a tough trip from the widest post can be tossed. She should contend for a share here. (10) ADARE CASTLE has her work cut out here from the widest post but she should make the final.

Race 4: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION OPEN MARE PACE - Pick 4

(3) NO WIN NO FEED A was a strong 2nd to Test Of Faith in Lexington and she is coming to the Breeders Crown sharp; top call. (5) RACINE BELL has high speed and she should be the one to catch here; using. (4) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN has been much better the past couple of months and she comes off a sharp try here last week; using. (7) GRACE HILL rarely misses the top four. She should be in the final.

Race 5: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO FILLY TROT

(5) JIGGY JOG S uncorked a huge mile to beat Joviality in the Filly Futurity and she gets the call to repeat here. Hambo Oaks winner (2) FASHION SCHOONER is on a big roll and she is the obvious threat here. (1) RAISED BY LINDY took the Elegant Image here two starts back then got a tough trip in Lexington. I can see Manon sitting and rallying for a share at a price here. (7) VENERABLE won the Mohawk Million here last year. She should make the final.

Race 6: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO COLT TROT - Pick 5

(3) SLAY was winning the Canadian Trotting Classic despite going off stride at the head of the lane when last seen here two starts back. He was parked forever uncovered in the Kentucky Futurity and was still beaten less than three lengths. He gets top billing here. (1) TEMPORAL HANOVER trotted a good mile to be 2nd in that race. He dances all the dances and he is right there every time. He's the one to beat. (5) JUSTICE gets out of the second tier here and he should be in the exotics mix. (7) DOUBLE DECEIVER took a shuffle in the Futurity. He can get a better trip here and land in the Super.

Race 7: NW $12,200 L5 or $18,200 L8 or NW $105,000 LT

(3) LEGION SEELSTER paced a 27-flat second 1/4 trying to make front last eek but the leader wouldn't let him go. I think Roy seeks an easier trip tonight and he can get the job done. (7) NO FREE LUNCH was given a vintage Zeron steer last week and he produced a sub-53 back 1/2 to get there at huge odds. He is sharp and dangerous. (5) TYPHOON STRIDE N paces in sub-1:50 on his best day and he should be a speed threat tonight. (8) STONEBRIDGE REX is around the money every week. He can take a share here racing from close range.

Race 8: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO COLT PACE

This year's North America Cup winner (5) PEBBLE BEACH returns to the scene of his biggest win sharp and he adds Lasix tonight. He's the one to beat here. (2) FOUREVER BOY, first up against the choice last time, also adds Lasix and he should be close tonight. (8) PONDA WARRIOR got Dunn for the Indiana Sires Stakes Superfinal and they clicked for a big win. I prefer to use him underneath tonight. (6) DREAMFAIR ARNIE B finishes fast every week. Give him a look for the bottom of the exotics.

Race 9: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO COLT TROT

(1) PRETENDER was good here two starts back in the Canadian Trotting Classic final then he had a tough trip from a bad post in the Kentucky futurity. I'll give him a slight nod over Hambletonian winner (8) COOL PAPA BELL who has a similar profile. (6) BRANDED BY LINDY was used up early in that same race. He can improve sharply at a price in this spot. (2) FAST AS THE WIND hasn't had a great year to this point but he figures to be part of the exotics here.

Race 10: BREEDERS CROWN ELIMINATION 3YO COLT PACE - Pick 4

Good clash here between (5) I DID IT MYWAY and supplemental entrant (1) BYTHEMISSAL who both come in on good rolls. I'll give a slight nod to the former who drew better and has a bit of a recency edge. (2) MAD MAX HANOVER was probably unlucky to lose three straight while finishing 2nd every time. He should be in the mix here. (3) NIGHT HAWK adds Lasix and he should be part of the exotics in this short field.

Race 11: F&M NW $12,000 L5 or $27,000 L8 AE: Starters for a purse of $16K or less L4 AEL NW $2,900 L3

Class droppers (3) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL and (1) SHES NUN BETTER A were noses apart in the top class last week and they will likely battle for the win here. Nod to the former who has been sharper recently. (7) HEAVENS SHOWGIRL A, narrow loser to classy Hot Mess Express last time, was then a sick scratch. She can win this but I'd be wary of price. (5) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP, stepping up off a gutsy win, likely takes a smaller share here facing the droppers.

Race 12: NW $25,000 L5 or $140,000 LT AE: NW $35,500 L10

Last time (2) COLD CREEK CABO raced at this level, he produced a 1:48 1/5 lifetime best blowout win. He is strictly the one to beat here. (3) WOODMERE STEALDEAL is sharp and he should get a good trip here starting from the inside. (4) HESINCONTROL is hot and he gets McNair back tonight. He can be in the exotics mix despite facing tougher. (5) CADILLAC BAYAMA gets off the rail and he should rally for another share tonight.

Race 13: NW $6,700 L5 or $12,000 L10

(1) FLYINGEVENBETTOR A fits well here and he will likely get an aggressive steer from the rail from McNair; top call. (5) RESPECT OUR FLAG got the trip last week but he couldn't reach past a game winner. Stepping up one level will help his price here and he has a decent chance. (3) THATLL BE SPORTY makes his second start at this level and he figures to be closing hard in the lane. He's another in with a shot. (6) ROCKIN N TALKIN shoots for a threepeat but he has missed some time. I'll use him underneath here. (9) GRAND POOBAH went a big trip to win but he draws wide now and faces tougher. I'll use him on the bottom.
