(7) LADY ARTHUR raced well in the Ohio Breeders Championship on Jug day in Delaware now she faces elders on home turf. She has shown that she has the speed to go with these and she gets the nod in the opening leg of the early Pick 5. (2) BETTER BE DONNA N drops to a spot where she should be prominent throughout and she is a Pick 5 must-use for me at this level where her first-over grind can be more effective. (6) WESTBEACH finished ahead of Better Be Donna last week but she got a better trip then. She is another who should be a threat racing from close range. (5) SPORTY TORI is another class dropper that is worth a look for the exotics.

Race 2: NW3 (F&M5) or $40,000 (F&M $63,000) LT

(6) IGLARE AM set some big fractions and showed gameness holding off the closers and she has a good chance of notching the threepeat here; top call. (3) WARRAWEE WHISPER was only a head behind the choice and he is a viable Pick 5 option. (5) TESLA SEELSTER is capable of better than she showed when hung the mile last time; consider for the exotics at a price. (1) PRINCESSPARTYPANTS should be good for a share vs. these.

Race 3: 5YO and Younger NW5 or $91,000 LT

(6) LANCASTER BOMBER provided good cover for the winner last week and he was game to the wire. My gut tells me he blasts tonight and leads these on a merry chase. (3) PIRATE HANOVER was deftly driven last week, lurking behind battling leaders then surging past late. He took a new life's mark and he is an obvious threat here. (2) HES SWIFT never gets bet and he comes off another longshot win. He could double up with the right trip. (7) HUNTER HILL rode the choice’s helmet then pounced late for the win last week. I’m not sure he gets the same trip tonight and I prefer to use him on the bottom in this field.

Race 4: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4

(5) NEVER MIND N was 2nd to a strong winner in a fast time for this level two starts back and he looks best here. (6) BABIDIBOU took his life mark here last November so he isn't out of place here. He's worth a look for multi-race tickets in this spot. (9) HOLDIN ACES chased a long gone winner home last time and he won the race for place. He can close for another share this week. (4) WINGS UP exits the same race and he can contend for a slice here.

Race 5: NW $8,100 L5 or $16,000 L10

(9) DEAN B HANOVER always looked loaded on cover last week and he rolled by his rivals with ease. He is razor-sharp and the rise in class coupled with the wide post draw should ensure he offers a good price; call to repeat. (2) ROCKME ROLLME is right there at this level every week. He is due for some racing luck and he can beat these if he gets a decent trip; using. (4) JM JACK OF HEARTS has a much better chance of hitting the board from this post tonight; using underneath. (5) PRICELESS BEACH was no match for the choice but he is sharp and in good form. He should land in the Tri or Super despite moving up in class.

Race 6: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD 2YO FILLIES - Pick 5

Interesting race here with the two best fillies in the division clashing considering they are stablemates. There isn't much that separates them in my opinion, but (3) PROHIBITION LEGAL comes off a strong try vs. unbeaten Niki Hill in the Shes A Great Lady and she has a recency edge; slight nod. (5) SILVER LABEL hasn't even been in a win photo yet as she has dominated in all her wins. She is hard to fault. (2) BALANCE took a check in the Shes A Great Lady and she is likely to round out a chalky Tri here. (8) BIG BETTOR HANOVER can take a slice at a price if she stays flat this week.

Race 7: NW $11,000 L5 or $23,500 L10 AE: OPT CLM $35,000

This looks like a race that will fall apart late and set up for a closer so I'll side with (5) REAL SURREAL to roll by them all in deep stretch. (1) BETTORBUCKLEUP is another stalker who figures to be in the flow and he is another in with a chance. (4) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES should get a better start here and that puts him in the exotics picture. (6) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER should pepper the early pace and hang around for another small share.

Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $38,500 LT

(6) MAPPOS LION has been nothing short of sensational in his two local starts and he will be tough to beat here at 1 to 5. (5) CONTROL ME ONCE received some great stickhandling from Henry last week to get up late and he can be an Exacta factor here. (1) CONTROL HEAVEN’s form is improving and I can see him landing in the Tri tonight. (7) CAPTAINOFROCKNROLL should improve in this second start back and he should be an exotics factor.

Race 9: PREFERRED - Pick 4

(7) WARRAWEE VITAL just paced the fastest mile of the year in Canada last week so it's hard to see him getting beat here. I thought (1) SINTRA raced great in the Gold Cup considering he was left out in no man's land at the start and he might provide a challenge to the choice here. (4) ENAVANT is another who raced very well in the Gold Cup and he could better this placing depending on trip. (5) BEST IN SHOW can close for a small slice.

Race 10: F&M NW $9,000 L5 or $20,500 L10 or NW $95,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $20,000

(3) NIGHTLIFE SEELSTER wasn't far back in two fast miles recently and she seems to fit better here. I'll give her a slight nod in a wide-open race. (7) SOMEWHERE NORTH wired the field last time she raced in a similar class. She should be a speed threat tonight. (1) TWIN B TIPSTER races better from inside posts and she has upset potential in a race where she could end up getting a golden covered trip. (2) QUESO RELLENO should be in the flow and closing again; using on the bottom.

Race 11: NW $16,000 L5 or $39,000 L10 or NW $120,000 AE: OPT CLM $45,000

(3) ECLAT DE RIRE raced here last fall, winning three of seven starts. He has the speed to beat these and he gets top billing. (6) POINTS NORTH is always right there when he races at these levels and he is hard to leave out of the late Pick 4. (4) ROCKIN N TALKIN took a new life's mark at this level two starts back. He is another live Pick 4 option. (7) EAST END raced tough in defeat last week and he should be part of the Tri or Super here.

Race 12: NW $5,000L5 or $10,000 L10

(6) FABRIZIO N goes for the hot Marfisi barn for his first local start and his qualifier on 9/21 says he is ready; top call. (10) CAPTAIN VIDEO set some big splits in this class last week and tired late. I could see him winning here at a price, rolling off cover in the lane. (2) DREAMFAIR MOXY is 0 for 2021 but he has been close at this level and he is not impossible in this spot. (3) SIR PUGSLEY gets post relief here and he can be closer. Give him a price look for the exotics. (9) MAJOR HILL frequently shares at this level and he can sneak into the High-5.
