(1) SHINY NEW PENNY dropped five seconds in a month and broke her maiden in a Gold race. She should take a share if she stays flat tonight. (4) MARGARITA MORNING should use her good gate speed to get position and she can be part of the exotics.

Race 2: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(2) TUSCAN PRINCE looked good steamrolling down the middle of the track to take a new life's mark last time now he draws better; call to repeat. (1) GHOSTLY CASPER was good but he was forced to go first up and provide winning cover for the choice. I could see him turning the tables tonight if the trips get reversed. (7) OSCEOLA was a predictable winner last time after getting a clean line down in his previous start but I still can't take a short price on him. (9) OH LOOK MAGIC will offer a big price here and he can be part of the exotics using his good early speed.

Race 3: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 3YO FILLIES

(2) ADARE CASTLE has compiled an excellent 9-2-0 record in 11 sires stakes races to date and she is strictly the one to beat at a short price tonight. (1) MISCHEVIOUS ROSE has been chasing the choice for the better part of two years and she hasn't beat her yet. She likely completes a chalky Exacta here. (4) SAUNDRA should be closer tonight moving off the 10-hole. She has beaten the choice in the past and blown up the tote board. (3) BABY LONGSTOCKING should get position early and stick around for a slice.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(10) SAVETHELASTDANCE no doubt needed her last race after missing time due to sickness. Her best wins this despite drawing widest. (5) LYONS BETTORDAY is getting hot at the right time, isn’t she? I'll use her on multi-race tickets coming off that sharp win over the choice last week. (6) CHEESY SMILE raced tough first up and just missed. She's another in with a decent chance tonight. (8) FRESHEN UP rarely misses the top 4. She should be part of the Super.

Race 5: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 3YO FILLIES

(2) PROHIBITION LEGAL looked like her old self on 9/26 when taking her first win of 2022 and that's probably bad news for tonight's Superfinal rivals. Stablemate (4) SILVER LABEL almost knocked the choice off that night and she is the obvious threat. (3) VELVET STINGER has had a good season and she can complete the Millar Farms Trifecta. (6) GOT THE GOLD had a good tightener for this facing elders. She should be in the exotics mix.

Race 6: OPEN HANDICAP - Pick 5

(10) TATTOO ARTIST on paper is too good for these right now, but keep in mind the Breeders Crown eliminations are next weekend, so he could get a conservative steer from the 10-hole. (9) WARAWEE VITAL was no match for the choice last time once the 1/2 clicked off in a slow 56 1/5. He isn't impossible in this spot. (4) CARBINE is razor-sharp but this is much tougher; using underneath. (6) CODENAME CIGAR BOX should pass some of these in the back 1/2 and get up for a share.

Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS

(5) DULY RESOLVED just trotted the fastest mile in the history of the The Raceway at Western Fair and he may have found his best form at the perfect time; call to repeat. (9) ESPLOSIONE didn't have any chance of chasing down the choice but he held 2nd. Pace and trip will be different and he is in with an upset chance tonight. (2) TWIN B ARCHIE is obviously one of the best in here but the break in stride last time is a bit concerning. I'd demand a price here. (3) PROMISE FOR LIFE powered past some tired leaders to take a Gold win in London. This is a tough spot, but he can share.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS

Metro Pace winner (3) STOCKADE SEELSTER lays over this sires stakes field. He should convert at a short price. (2) MOMENT IS HERE got a poor start in the Metro and that sealed his fate early. He bounced back with a Gold win and he likely rounds out a chalky Exacta tonight. Lightly-raced (1) WHATCHULOOKIN AT has only missed the board once and he has some upside, but he likely takes a small slice facing the two choices here. (7) WRITE ME A ROSE can close for a share if he stays flat.

Race 9: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD SUPERFINAL 2YO COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4

(4) COLD CREEK QUESO will be tough to beat here if he replicates his most recent vicious winning effort. (7) ST LADS STERLING is sharp and dangerous and he is the other one that I'll use on late multi-race tickets. (5) RON will be a big price and he can close for a share here; using underneath. (3) SPORT SECRET is typically in the mix and he is another good one to use underneath here.

Race 10: NW $12,000 L5 or $22,000 L8 or NW 7 or $75,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $65,000

Good betting race here with several viable options. (1) CADILLAC BAYAMA took a new life's mark of 1:49 flat last time he raced at this level three starts back. He can sit and rally here. (4) LEGION SEELSTER was right there racing at this level three times in a row and unlucky to not take a single win. He is in with a good chance tonight. (7) DREAMFAIR ARNIE B fires home in 26-flat and he can win this if there is some mid-race dueling; using. (6) FABRIZIO N should get position near the front from his good draw and he is in the exotics mix.

Race 11: NW $6,300 L5 or $15,000 L8 AE: OPT CLM $45,000

(1) HAIL CHRISTIAN N took lots of action last week and he was on go from the start. He raced okay in a fast mile now he can win on the drop tonight. Leading driver Macdonald was named on four horses here and he lands on (9) ROCKME ROLLME who steps up off a win and should offer a good price from his wide post; using. (5) DONTPOKETHEDRAGON is another dropper that is worth a look in this spot. He will likely start quicker from this good post. (3) B STONEY drops but he is winless forever and always seems to close too late. I'll use him underneath.

Race 12: Horses that have raced for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L3

(10) HESINCONTROL beat a good field winning his second straight and he gets the call to notch the threepeat despite drawing widest. (2) TYPHOON STRIDE N dropped, popped, and took a new life's mark. He should be the main threat to the choice. (6) FOREFATHER is capable of better than he has been showing. Maybe adding Lasix will help tonight. (4) ILLGETMYOWN THANKS motors home most weeks. He can close for a share here. (1) STONEBRIDGE REX was McNair's choice over the choice. He can take a share here.
