Race 1: 5YO and younger winners of 2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 (F&M5) or $53,500 LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $50,000 **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(7) TAILGATE BUZZ makes his first start for Auciello after a private purchase, and I'll take a swing with him in a race with no standout. (8) WARRAWEE XALT got a good trip to beat similar last week, but he has the best recent form, and his sharp gate speed should put him in position again tonight; using. (2) PASSARINO drops out of the Grand Circuit and adds Lasix, and he is another in with a shot. (3) BELLA CAVALLA will likely pass a few of these last for a share.

Race 2: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000
(6) EXAMINER HANOVER races off the Waxman claim in a spot where it looks like the lead is his for the taking. I think he goes right down the road in this spot. (7) CENTURY GIGALO drops, and he appears to be the only other leaver in this field. He can be an Exacta factor. (3) MACH ART IN MOTION is one of the best in here but he has no gate speed and will likely get overbet with the leading driver in the bike. I'll play to beat him. (1) PERSISTANT BOY is another that lags early in miles that will likely close for a share late in the mile.

Race 3: NW $9,800 L5 AE: OPT CLM $45,000 or starters for a purse of $11K or less L2
(2) FLYINGEVENBETTOR N raced decently against class dropping Points North and he fits well vs. this group. He should be tough in here, racing on or near the lead. (6) ROLL WITH THE FLOW got a return race in where he got no money and that allows him to take a big drop here. Sharp improvement is likely. (8) IDEAL PERCEPTION exits the fastest mile in the history of Grand River Raceway, and he figures to be in the exotics mix vs. these. (5) SOUTHBEACH HANOVER is sharp, and his good tactical speed should land him a share here.
Race 4: 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT - Pick 4
(9) TALK RACY TO ME tried Grand Circuit and Gold company and he wasn't disgraced, now he is back where he fits with NW2, and he probably won't be chalk here; top call. (2) MARSHALL ZHUKOV is the obvious danger shooting for a fourpeat and he gets the leading driver. He is the obvious threat. (7) BETTORHOLDONTIGHT comes off a good try at Grand River. He should pass some of these late and land in the Tri or Super. (4) HIGH VOLTAGE DEO was a sharp winner racing off the shelf, but these are tougher, and he loses J Mac; using on the bottom.
Race 5: NW $8,000 L5 AE: OPT CLM $45,000
(7) GIGONDAS gets McNair back, drops and likely pops in this spot. (5) ALL WRAPPED UP drops from the same level and is the obvious danger but he tends to be trip dependent. Demand a price here. (2) SERENITY CRUISE raced well from a wide post when second to the chalk last week, but he is an infrequent winner; using underneath. (4) KEVIN ANTHONY moves inside, and he can be closer early then close for a small slice.
Race 6: NW $4,800 L5 or $10,300 L10 AE: NW2 in 2023 - Pick 5
(2) THE GREEK FREAK drops after requalifying decently and he should be the boss at this level. (6) ACTOR HANOVER ran into a sharp rival that was ready to pace a sub-1:50 winning mile last week and he should be right these vs. these tonight. (3) LYONS KING exits the same race as Actor Hanover, and he was only 1/2 length behind that rival. He should be part of the Tri here. (4) SINTRA got stung early in a track record mile last time. He fits okay here, and he could better this placing if he gets a good trip.
Race 7: 5YO and younger NW $15,000 LT - Pick 4
(9) HURRICANE CHEYENNE ships west off a good effort and goes for the leading trainer with the leading driver in the bike. He is worth a stab here, but I doubt he will go off anywhere close to his 15 to 1 quote. (1) TF ROCKETMAN had little chance in a 1:49 3/5-mile last week. He is in with a better shot in this field. (4) CANCUN KAI's return race was decent, and he will likely get more aggressive in this spot. (2) SANS SOUCI can close for a share against these, and he is worth using underneath at a price.
Race 8: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000
(6) MACHIN A TRICK is aided by the small field tonight and he can rally past these from second or third over; top call. (5) MILITARY SECRET rallied down the middle of the track to beat (2) MACH IMPACT and both were well clear of the rest. Both of these geldings are contenders that can win here depending on pace and trip. (7) VIPER is a good one to use on the bottom because he takes frequent shares.

Race 9: NW $9,800 L5 AE: OPT CLM $45,000 or starters for a purse of $11,000 or less L2.
(2) NAUTICAL HANOVER draws perfectly here and he has some speed to chase. He can rally past these late. (4) BEYOND BETTER drops and he is another that should be rallying late. I can see these two battling to the wire. (3) HERVEY HANOVER just took a new life's mark at age seven but I don’t see him getting the same trip unchallenged on the lead here. I'll use him underneath. (7) ROCKIN N TALKIN comes off a solid win vs. lesser. He is in the mix here.
Race 10: NW $1,550 L3 AE: NW $15,000 in 2023
(8) INSTANTANEOUS got a race over the track facing better and rallied mildly. In this easier spot, he is in with a decent chance. (3) BETTORBEFLYIN exits a strange race where the top two were full out most of the way and broke away from the field. That scenario is unlikely here and he is one of the main contenders. (6) WOODMERE FENN should be rallying late here and he is another in with a chance. (2) HES SWIFT gets needed post relief in this spot, and he should be in the exotics this time. (5) MAD MAN HILL frequently finishes on the fringes. He should get a check here.
