The only time (8) MADDIGAL missed the board this year was two starts back when she broke stride. I'll give this consistent mare the nod in a race where likely four or five of them can win depending on trip and pace. (10) ASHLEES DELIGHT has been faster in her last two starts and she merits a look here despite drawing widest. (1) NIKI LOUDER comes in off a strong first up win at Grand River and she is another in with a chance tonight. (7) THE WITCHES BREW was 1 for 40 going into last week's race and the switch to J Mac did the trick as she won well to take victory #2. She loses the leading driver here though; using underneath.

Race 2: F&M NW $2,000 L3 AE: Starters for a purse of $9,000 or less L3

(8) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL is dropping here and she will likely get sent forward leaving the gate; using. (1) OUTLAW IMAHOTVIXEN is sharp and she fits well at this level. She's in with a shot here. (4) MY MOTHER PEARL gets class and post relief here but she loses her catch-driver. I'd demand a price. (2) EXOTIC DRAGON paced a nice back 1/2 last time and she can close for a share here.

Race 3: NW $15,600 L5 or $33,000 L10 or NW $120,000 LT AE: NW9 LT

(6) COMBS HANOVER trotted a big mile when he dropped and popped and he gets the call to repeat here. (4) DREAM NATION was no match for a strong winner but he fits well here and he should be the main threat. (5) ALL WRAPPED UP should sit and rally for a share at this level. (1) LOCATELLI was a game victor last week but this is tougher; small share predicted.

Race 4: NW3 (F&M5) or $43,000 LT - Pick 4

(5) KEVIN ANTHONY gets his best post draw in a while and I can see him laying close enough to the front to pounce on these late; call to upset. (6) SOUTHWIND DOMINO didn’t get the best trip when he failed at 2 to 5 last time. He is capable of rebounding vs. these. (9) MRMAYOR HANOVER was in tougher last week when he finished 3rd. His winning mile two starts back stamps him as a contender here; using. (8) R ROYAL PORT should flash speed in this spot and he can stick around for a share.

Race 5: Claiming $8,500

There is so much early speed signed on for this Women’s Driving Championship race that I could see an in-form (10) COOL ROCK producing an exciting sweep of the field at a price. (2) SHADOW ME THEMONEY has Nat Day in the bike which alone is a good reason to include on multi-race tickets. It will be no surprise if she works out the winning trip. (3) MACH ART IN MOTION is another that should be closing late that is worth using on multi-race tickets. (8) GALTERIO HANOVER has been facing better and he can be a speed threat here.

Race 6: Pop-Up series F&M Claiming $15,000 for NW $20,000 LT - Pick 5

(6) BIG ACE couldn't be stopped even by a 15-length deficit at the 3/4 pole last week. He is too good right now to take a position against. (4) SOUTHWIND BRONN chased big fractions in that race and stuck around for a slice. I can see him completing the Exacta here. (1) YARM closed a big gap late when 3rd to the choice. He can be part of this Tri, too. (3) SIR LUCKNOW won the much slower split of this series last week. I'll use him on the bottom here.

Race 7: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000 - Pick 4

White-hot (7) JULERICA was taken by Fellows last week and that trainer knows him well, having scored 5 wins in 19 starts with him previously. He is hard to go against considering his recent domination over many of tonight’s rivals. Of those in tonight's dash that raced against the choice last week, (4) BETTOR NOTBITTER A finished closest. He can be an Exacta factor here. (3) MODERN ROCK drops in for a tag and he should be part of the exotics tonight. (1) CENTURY GIGALO should sit a trip racing near the front. I'll use him underneath.

Race 8: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $40,000 LT AE: 3YO and 4YO to be claimed for $50,000

(3) PETIPOU made an impressive wide move that would have resulted in a win if not for the favorite sliding between horses just in time in the lane. He gets the nod off that strong effort. (7) MR BEAST should improve sharply getting away from Stonebridge Helios and other Gold colts tonight; using. (4) MAGICAL ARTHUR was winning a Grand Circuit race six starts back, so, he is obviously good enough to win at this level. I'm not crazy about the way he has been finishing recent miles, however, and I'll use him underneath in this spot. (2) YOURTHEONE shoots for the threepeat for a hot barn but he faces much tougher tonight. I'll use him on the bottom.

Race 9: OPEN HANDICAP

(6) FORBIDDEN TRADE races on a 7-day cycle tonight after losing narrowly to (7) FASHION FRENZIE last week and I'll give him the nod to turn the tables. The latter couldn't have come back any better as a four-year-old and he is the obvious one to beat here. (5) ONEY HALL trotted a sub-27 third 1/4 last week which is a sign he is rounding into form, but he will likely be fighting for scraps here behind the top two choices. (4) PATRIARCH HANOVER should pass some of these late to take a slice.

Race 10: NW $2,200 L3

(5) TRU BLU HYPNOTIC makes his first start for new connections following a private sale and he finds a spot where he fits well. McNair should be sending him; top call. (4) LEGAL BETTOR comes off an improved effort and he gets Macdonald in the bike tonight; price look. (1) GRAND POOBAH should improve enough dropping to the bottom conditioned level to take a share here. (10) P L OLIVER has taken slices in 29 of his last 46 starts. He is a good one to use underneath at a price. (3) NO TIME AT ALL should close late to make it into the High-5.
