Race 1: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT **$100,000 Guaranteed Pick 5**

(2) PAINTED LAND makes his first start for a top barn and he could show enough improvement to get past these; top call. (7) TEST YOUR MAGIC ships in off a good race for Team McNair and he is likely to blast for position against these. He is capable. (3) ELBE raced great last week considering the trip she got and she rates highly here, but I don't know if veteran 'B' track driver Smith has ever won on the WEG circuit so I would demand a price. (4) JULA MAGICIAN was no match for the winner last week but that was a decent effort and she fits with these; using.

Race 2: F&M NW6 or $110,000 LT

(4) ROYALTY DEAL came back razor-sharp and she gets the call to repeat in a race where there is no doubt about her intent as a four-year-old racing through her conditions. (7) DICENTRA was one of the better rookie female trotters in Ontario last year and she figures to be a good sophomore. She is capable but obviously doesn't need to win this race so I wouldn’t take a short price. (3) HAWAII can improve in her second start back; consider for exotics. (1) SHESWILDNFREE has the speed to go with these but the 1-hole may not be best for her considering her gait issues; your call.

Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000

(6) RACINWITHTHEWIND improved sharply in his June 15th qualifier and I'll take a swing with him to upset likely heavy chalk (2) ARMOR SEELSTER. The latter raced much better in his first start for new connections but he looked primed to roll by the leaders but he couldn't get there. He lays over these on paper but he had plenty of issues last year and I just can't take odds-on here. (1) DO YOU SEE IT has some races last year that puts him right there with these and he is worth using in the early Pick 5. (7) DOWNERS DELIGHT should be good for another share racing from close range.

Race 4: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT - Pick 4

(1) CONTROL HEAVEN was no match for dominating P L Ozzy last week but he looks best here and he should take beating in this spot. (10) TRUFFLE DOG has a potent late kick to offer when he is right and he could be winding up from far back and passing many of these late tonight; using. (6) CODYS WATCHING came back razor-sharp but these are tougher and I prefer to use him underneath tonight. (5) METALLICA finished just behind the choice last week and he can take another slice here.

Race 5: Starters for a Claiming Price of $15,000 or less in One of Last 4 Starts

(10) ON THE SLY was the easiest kind of winner at this class level last week in his first start for Budd and the outside post posed no problem; call to repeat. (4) MISTER MAGIC is a win machine when he is on his game and he is the logical alternative to the choice picking up Roy to drive. (2) LINCOLN TUNNEL drops and he keeps hot driver Macdonald. He could rebound sharply here; using underneath. (6) FLUFF ME UP was a non-threatening 2nd to the choice last week. He should be part of the exotics again.

Race 6: F&M $18,000 CLM for NW $60,000 LT - Pick 5

(7) KOUNNIS comes up tagged and this is a good spot for her to notch her first win of the season; top call. (5) MCDELICACY faces much easier and she goes for hot connections. She's hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (1) HALLSGLENSMAVIS was on a roll when racing shut down and she looks sharp for this (see 27 2/5 kicker on 6/10). She's not out of this. (3) ONE MORE GIRL seems well-spotted for her local debut but she might find the top three choices too tough; using underneath.

Race 7: NW7 or $105,000 LT - Pick 4

(1) COMBS HANOVER impressed last week and he merits top call here despite facing tougher tonight. (8) I GOT THE LOOKS trotted a big mile and he was unlucky in defeat. He rates highly here. (6) FOUR WHEELIN was incredibly consistent last year and he fits here but he has much bigger races coming up in the next couple of months. Your call. (5) TOCCOA FALLS is one of the best horses on the grounds to use underneath in exotic wagers.

Race 8: F&M Who Have Started for $15,000 Claiming or Less

(2) MACHING BEAUTY took her lifetime mark here last year and I like the way she finished off her mile at Grand River. She gets Jamieson here and he has been running hot; top call. (4) BEHAVENMYSELF was a strong winner vs. similar last week and she should be the one to beat here. (7) VINES TO HEAVEN is in easier tonight and she should be more aggressive early in the mile. She's another in with a shot. (8) REAR VIEW should be passing some of these late again; using on the bottom.

Race 9: Starters for a Claiming Price of $12,500 or Less in One of Last 4 Starts

(1) FIRST CLASS HORSE raced gamely grinding it first up and he almost lasted. He has had some issues in the past couple of years but anything close to his best would be too much for these. (4) GENERAL LEE blasted off from post 9 last week and once overtaken by the choice he finished evenly. He could get a better trip here and he should be a threat. This should be an easier spot for (6) ART OF FIRE. He can make it into the Tri or Super vs. these. (7) ALWAYSYOURWAY should be passing a few of these and he is a good one to use underneath.

Race 10: NW $12,200 L5 or $24,000 L5 AE: OPT CLAIMING $35,000

(8) MEMO scored a big win here last week and he gets to come right back in the same class tonight. He should be tough to beat. (3) O NARUTAC PERFETTO got a race in at the top class and he can improve sharply here taking a class plunge; using. (4) ONLY FOR JUSTICE qualified well for this and he is capable at this level but his gait issues are concerning; demand a price. (5) DONATOVER raced okay first-over vs. the choice last week. He can take a slice here. (9) H P BRUXELLES is another coming off a nice win but I prefer to use her underneath starting from an outside post this time.
