(4) ROCKME ROLLME took a fast win at Georgian and he faced better than these previous to that win. He should be the one to beat here. (7) MAGICAL ARTHUR has a similar profile to the choice. He got sharp in three starts on the 'B' tracks after racing in the Graduate. I could see he and the choice battling for the win in the lane. (5) PIPEWRENCH CHARLIE took his first win of the year and he fits decently here. I think he sits and rallies for a share tonight. (9) HUNTER HILL had an impossible trip last week. He is worth a look for the exotics at what should be a solid price.

Race 2: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000

(6) ARTISTIC PICK re-rallied after giving up the lead in a fast opening 1/2 which is something you don't see every night here and off that sharp mile, he gets the call to repeat. (3) BETTOR NOTBITTER A is having a great year and he adds Lasix coming off a win. He is the one to fear. (5) MISTER J R finishes 2nd and 3rd every week and that streak will likely continue here. (7) MACH IMPACT will probably flash speed here and stick around for a share.

Race 3: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L3

(6) DEALIN WITH DEWEY looked a winner last week but he was nailed late by a flying Kameran Hanover. I won't hold that against him. He gets top billing here. (2) DULY RESOLVED took his first win of the year and now the leading driver signs on. He would be no surprise here. (3) DERF HANOVER went to Georgian for what looked like a training mile win at five cents to the dollar but he was in some tough classes prior to that win and he is the other one that I'll use in the Pick 5. (7) FREE WILLY HANOVER gets off the rail here which should be a positive. He is in the exotic mix again.

Race 4: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000 - Pick 4

(7) MERCENARY gets off the rail and he will probably be able to find a helmet to follow this time. I'll take a shot with him in a wide-open race. (1) ROYAL RENEGADE is hit and miss but he will almost surely be the one to catch at the head of the lane and he is hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (4) DREAMFAIR MOXY tripped out and took a fast win two starts back then strangely didn't blast when claimed last week. Picking up McNair won't hurt here and he is another that can win. (6) D J SEELSTER is right there every week racing on the 'B' tracks. He should take a share.

Race 5: NW $8,000 L5 AE: NW $1,000 in 2023

(2) PIRATE HANOVER took heavy action last week and he converted. Off that impressive score, I'll give him the call to repeat. (10) ROCKIN N TALKIN is capable vs. these types and I'm going to use him hoping that Jones sends him this week. (3) EAST END didn't get the best trip last week. He is another that can get the job done at this level; price look. (5) REAL WILLEY gets the leading driver tonight, but he is 0 for 20 this year and I can't take a short price.

Race 6: NW $8,100 L5 AE: NW $20,000 in 2023 - Pick 5

(8) ITSTIMETOGOHOME drops several class levels here and I think Drury blasts with him and tries to go right down the road; top call. (2) TRUFFLES TOO is the other dropper and he should be in the hunt in this third start back; using. (1) MRMAYOR HANOVER looked good winning last week but he loses Macdonald and draws the rail now. I'll use him underneath. (6) GOLD EDITION is another dropper that figures to improve. I see him closing for a small share.

Race 7:NW $4,000 L5 - Pick 4

(3) ACTOR HANOVER closed well from a bad spot last week, but he only got 5th. That allows him to drop to face a field that he should beat. He will be a single for me in here. (9) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES is the other dropper and he will likely get more aggressive in this spot. He is the one that is most likely to upset the choice. (2) DR JOE will be closer early and that should facilitate a closing burst that nets him a spot in the Tri. (4) P L OCTAVIUS was trapped and forced to alter course and angle widest in the lane last week, but he went rough when he found clear racetrack. He is one that will likely get bet that I will play to beat.

Race 8: CLM HDCP $17,000 to $22,000

This race looks like it could set up for a closer and I'll take a swing with freshly claimed (10) PROCRASTINATOR, who should offer a good price from post 10. (7) SKYLAR couldn’t be hotter and he gets claimed every week because of it. He is the one to beat but he could get stung early here by an inside leaver or two. Your call at a short price. (4) SNAP TEST raced well last week but Skylar was just too good. I could see him winning if this race falls apart late; using. (5) PRIVATE SCOTT is worth a look for the exotics racing off the Kerr claim.

Race 9: NW $14,500 L5 or $30,000 L10 or NW8 LT

(8) PEMBERTON absolutely flew late in last week's mile, looking like a reasonable facsimile of his best self. Something close to his best effort beats these and I'll give him top billing despite drawing widest. (7) WHITE TIGER was another that was moving well late last week, scooting up the pylons. I could see him being a speed threat here. (1) SPARTAN GENERAL drops and he will be closing late here. I don't love the rail post for him, but he may be able to overcome it. (4) MACALLAN is better than he showed last week. Post relief should help and he has an outside chance here.

Race 10: NW $1,500 L3

(6) TYPHOON STRIDE N had a good record last year and this isn’t the toughest spot to make his 2023 debut. He draws best and he gets the nod. (9) FOREFATHER is one of a few droppers in here and I think Borth will send him tonight. That gives him a chance. (7) G A SPEED SAMMY won last time he dropped to this level and he is another in with a chance in a tough race. (1) FULL DISCLOSURE is capable of a big speed try at this level; price look. (2) ACAPULCO SUNBURN seems to be going the wrong way and I'll play to beat him here.
