?q=100)
Top Pick Stats: 220/704 (-$290.00)
Best Bets: 27/64 (-$21.70); Spot Plays: 16/66 (-$39.50)
Best Bet: KENOGAMI BELLINI (Race 6)
Spot Play: I DRINK SHE DRIVES (Race 7)
Early Pick-5: 5,6/10/5,7/2,4,7/3 $2.40
Late Pick-5: 5/5/1,2,5/8,10/1,3 $2.40
Race 1: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(6) EMOTICONNWALNER is a full brother to Emoticon Legacy, who made nearly a million dollars last season. He makes his debut after just one qualifier where he trotted home well. Hard to ignore breeding like that. (5) NOTATTHETABLCARLOS went winless at two, but showed enough speed to where he was a fringe contender in stakes. His lone morning prep was solid, and he draws well. (7) GREEN GRASS GROWS is still trying to put multiple flat races together, but his latest was a step in the right direction. Look for him to close for a piece.

Race 2: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $25,000) LIFETIME.
(10) BITOFTHEBUBBLY has to navigate a trip from the high draw, but I was impressed by his burst of speed once he got to the outside. I think he can repeat. (2) SHERLYN HANOVER has a big post edge on that rival and her versatility should have her in contention no matter where she gets away. (3) A SPLASH OF GREEN gets a big post switch after an effort where she was just okay in the late stages. If she steps forward, she should be in the mix.
Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(5) TRINITYS DIAMOND got away well back in her lone morning prep but flashed some late interest and returns for a stable that usually has them ready to go off the bench. (7) AGENT NINETY NINE’s upside is limited to your imagination, but it’s hard not to use her off the strength of her only qualifier. (10) MY CLASSY QUEEN nearly pulled off a gigantic upset last week when rallying from the back. A similar trip is in store, but I think the top two can out-sprint her when it matters.
Race 4: CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW $38,500 LIFETIME. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.
(7) JIMS FIRST DATE thrived on the move from conditioned company to the claiming ranks and only missed by a length to National Tier, who was my Spot Play last week. A similar mile likely gets the job done. (4) D A SUPER GLO couldn’t last on the lead after setting a quick half, though that effort was miles better than anything he produced before taking time off. He should be tighter tonight. (2) TWIN B STANLEY could be the value of the race if he steps forward. His final quarter is right with these, but it was no match for the likes of We Got History and Wholetthedogsout. He should find this group more to his liking.
Race 5: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, WINNERS OF 3 (FM 4) BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 (FM 6) OR $80,000 (OS $100,000) LIFETIME. AE: NW OF A RACE L8 STARTS.
(3) LANDING ON TIME capitalized on a quick pace, set by runaway Getthegreen, and scored in his first start back while looking pretty good doing so. If he steps forward, he should be tough again. (1) P L ROBERT G got a conservative steer in his first action of the season, but showed just as much interest as Landing On Time. The top two ML choices stand out here in my opinion. (8) ULTRA MYLES might be in blast off mode again from the high draw. I think he can hold on for a piece.
Race 6: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $25,000) LIFETIME.
(5) KENOGAMI BELLINI wasn’t under much urging when she loomed up to face the leader at the top of the stretch. J-Mac asked once when he realized the horse inside wasn’t giving up, but she responded and looked good on debut. I think she comes right back. (6) TOSS OF THE DICE should be tighter after a seasonal debut where he closed for a check. That was a trip he got a few times last year, and he did fine with it. (9) ANTEBELLUM might have the best kick of anyone in the final quarter, but might be a dozen lengths back at the half. I’ll use her underneath as a value chance.
Race 7: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(5) I DRINK SHE DRIVES was a strong third, and a nose away from second, in his first start of the year. I thought he was moving well behind Bitofthebubbly, who I picked earlier, and now he gets post relief. (10) CLASSIFIED showed plenty in his lone morning prep, but has to navigate post ten. If he is put in play, he could be the value of the race. (3) D A MASSTERMIND was a fringe stakes type last season, but I like that he double qualified and took a step forward in his second trip around the Mohawk oval.
Race 8: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $25,000) LIFETIME.
(1) DELIGHTFUL YANKEE was a strong second behind odds on favorite My Ghost, who has won a few in a row. If she can get away in decent order from the rail, she should be tough in here again. (5) RAUCOUS has upside potential on his side after finishing a solid third in his seasonal debut. If he secures the pocket, he could trip out. (2) ILL HAVE THE RED secured a good spot off the car, but spoiled it with a miscue. She gets a new pilot this week and should add a little bit of value to exotics if she minds her manners.

Race 9: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 (FM 4) RACES OR $50,000 (OS $62,500) LIFETIME.
(10) MAXIMUM EXPOSURE looks to follow in the footsteps of other M1 shippers who have won right away. Hard to ignore missing by a length against Rocket Man Hill and Rattle My Cage, regardless of the post. (8) UNGAWA will give the shipper a run for his money, especially if he is able to get to the lead like last week. Last week’s win was a career-best. (3) WOLFPACK CROWN has the post edge on the top two, and enough gate speed to secure a stalking spot from up close.
Race 10: HORSES & GELDINGS CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW $66,000 (OS $84,500) LIFETIME. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.
(3) CATITUDE has taken a step forward in recent weeks, and that form hasn’t gone away. I’ll give him the nod and hope that he turns the tables against his main rival. (1) LOCHINVAR AUSSIE is perfect since shipping from NJ and is the horse to beat on paper. (2) CHEF is a horse I will never be able to catch when he wins again, but he gets a big post switch and should be in the mix given his early speed.
