(6) GOODGOLLYMISSMOLLY has won two straight easily in this class and although she faces tougher foes here, she gets the call to keep her win streak alive. (3) STORMONT BARBEQUE had her drifting issue from two starts back straightened out and she looked solid beating NW2 foes on 4/11. She should be a threat tonight. (7) UNBEATABLE KEMP lived up to his name last time as the big chalk and he is another that is improving that should be in the mix in a competitive dash. (5) BLUE BAYOU DEO made a couple of moves in a strong winning effort and she is another possibility for early Pick 5 tickets.

Race 2: NW $9,000 L5 or $26,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT

(5) TRUFFLES TOO takes a big drop here and he should pop if he stays flat tonight. Classy (3) ODDS ON AMETHYST has been brought back to form by owner/trainer/driver Hudon and he can be a late threat here. (4) KAMERAN HANOVER exits a race where a runaway breaker crossed in front of the field at the head of the lane. A slight class drop makes him a contender here. (7) H P ROYAL THEO should be a speed presence again and stick around for a share.

Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT

(7) WILLIAM HANOVER raced decently first up last time but he unfortunately was up against a returning monster that simply blitzed the field roaring off cover down the lane. There are no Silk Road Smashes in here and this colt should have a good chance of breaking his maiden tonight. (8) DUNES BEACH showed promise in a limited campaign last season and he qualified well for this. He is in with a chance in a race where it makes sense to shop for a price. (3) FROZEN HANOVER is another that came up against a monster that has already come back to win impressively and he did well to rally for 2nd. He should be dangerous against these; using. (6) BETTER STYLE took some action last start but he ended up trying to rally into a 27 2/5 kicker which was mission impossible. He can be in the exotics mix tonight.

Race 4: NW $20,000 L5 or $39,000 L10 or NW $130,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $60,000 - Pick 4

(4) PATRIARCH HANOVER raced great to fall just short in a 1:53-flat mile after leaving from the 10-hole. Post relief makes him the clear horse to beat. (2) FREE WILLY HANOVER wasn't far behind the choice and he should be an Exacta factor tonight. (1) ALL WRAPPED UP couldn't fish out any cover and he ended being first up in that race which was clearly not the place to be. He can sit and rally at a price tonight. (7) PHEONIX is in solid form and he should rally for another share.

Race 5: Claiming $15,000 for NW $52,500 LT

(4) JUST PLAIN NEEDY was aggressively handled by Macdonald last week and he equalled his lifetime mark in a strong effort. He is the obvious one to beat here. (1) SLICK N SPORTY, 3rd to the choice last time, can be an Exacta factor in this spot. (5) PERPETUAL ROCK is usually around the money and he figures to be part of the Super or High-5 tonight. (2) DO YOU SEE IT can stick around for a slice.

Race 6: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L4 - Pick 5

I'll take a stab with (5) ESQUIRE here searching for a price in a wide-open race. His form is good racing in the top classes at the B tracks and he picks up Roy tonight. (2) MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE rallied well in the rain but the winner was long gone. He should be a threat vs. these. (6) ARRAKIS was 2nd in that same race and his good early speed typically puts him in a threatening position; using. (7) MISTER OF ALL was a predictable winner at Flamboro and in this field he should be good for a share.

Race 7: CLM HDCP $8,500 to $10,000

(10) LYONS IMAGE, a winner here in March, raced tough at Flamboro last time and he should offer a good price. I'll give him a slight nod in a wide-open race. (2) BARRYS SHELBY was dead game to win a claiming stake final despite being parked the mile in London. He can be a threat here, likely off a much better trip. (4) HELLO ROCKY should wake up on the class drop. He is another in with a chance. (8) P L IDAHO faces much easier here in this third start back and a form reversal would not be a big shock with this one.

Race 8: NW5 (F&M7) or $80,000 (F&M $100,000) - Pick 4

(6) L DEES PATRICK won 4 in a row here in the winter and Macdonald, who continues to run hot, fits him like a glove. He should be the main danger. (1) HIGHLAND MOWGLI looked outstanding blitzing weaker rivals in a driving rainstorm in his return race and he figures to be a threat tonight. (4) COLD RAGE should sit and rally for another good share vs. these. (7) HONE THE TONE was on a wild gallop for the entire mile last time. I imagine he rallies from the back tonight if he can stay flat.

Race 9: PREFERRED

(5) ONEY HALL has been untouchable with Henry driving in his past three starts. Assuming he behaves again, he will be tough to beat. (2) PERFETTO looks next best and he is the only rival you can legitimately use as a Pick 4 or Pick 5 alternate. (3) PIKACHU HANOVER tripped out to win last week. He will likely be fighting for scraps here. (4) DERF HANOVER is racing well for Macdonald and he can land in the Super.

Race 10: CLM $22,000 to $30,000

This will likely be a battle of the fresh claims and I'll give (3) LEGAL BETTOR the nod expecting improvement with the move to the Barrington barn. (6) JULERICA, winner of three of his last four is obviously razor-sharp as seen by his change in tactics to a more aggressive style and he is the one to beat. (8) LAST MACH was third behind the top two choices when claimed and he should be an exotics factor here. (5) ROYAL RENEGADE likely sits and rallies for a share vs. these.

Race 11: NW $6,000 L5 or $17,000 L10

(5) LIFE IS A FEAST set some big splits last time and understandably tired late. He gets to drop a couple of levels tonight and he should be tough vs. these. (4) ALL THE TRUTH got a needed clean line last week now he gets to drop, too. He should be a threat in this spot; using. (3) DANCER HALL gets a driver switch to Macdonald which has been a hugely successful angle so far this year. He is hard to toss getting the leading driver. (8) OKEANOS got a brutal trip and he was still only beaten three lengths. He should get a better trip here from an improved post; using underneath. (1) WHAT A RUSH should close for a smaller share in this spot. Consider using on the bottom of the exotics.
